The Marrying The Prince

The Marrying The Prince
07

"This door is soundproof. Maybe he's not done yet" Phillip said.

"But we've been waiting for over an hour, Your Majesty."

Phillip knocks on the door and calls Jane's name. There is still no lawfulness. "Don't... Give me the spare key!" orders to the waiter.

The servant ran towards the key storage that was tens of meters away from where they were standing. After returning with a sober breath, he gave Phillip his spare key.

The door opened and they rushed into the bathroom, which was closed. Phillip is no longer knocking. The man turned the doorknob and found Jane still in the bathtub naked. "Jane," call.

Instantly, Jane's eyes widened. Seeing Phillip, he immediately turned his body to turn his back on the man. "What are you doing?" his screeches.

Phillip himself was surprised and turned around. "I'm sorry, Jane," she said in her own shame.

"Miss Watson, please," the waiter widens the kimono to a white towel so that Jane can cover her body.

Jane came out of the bath and immediately put on the kimono and fastened the rope around her waist. When he finished, he faced Phillip. He looked at the man sharply. The water hardens. "You're crazy?" he asked, looking up because Phillip is taller than him.

"I'm sorry, Jane. The waiters said you hadn't been out for an hour and your door was locked. So I thought something happened to you."

"What will happen to me?"

"Well... Bi-you could have jumped out of the window to escape," Phillip stuttered.

"You're afraid I'm running away? I am not someone who does not respect others. I appreciate you, mister. If you say you'll drive me tomorrow, I respect your decision. Unless. you want to disavow," Jane turned to challenge Phillip.

"I've always kept my word, Jane. A prince's promise is not carelessly spoken" Phillip said proudly. "I've apologized, anyway. I'm just worried you're out of here, and then you're lost."

"I've grown up, Dad," joked Jane, making the waiters behind Phillip laugh.

Hearing the howl of the servants, Phillip turned around as fast as lightning. "You can get out" he said.

"All right, Your Majesty. Excuse me." The servants saluted, then left.

Phillip was able to catch their burst of laughter in front of the door that had not been tightly shut. After returning to soundproofing, Phillip continues his dealings with Jane. "I always want my guests to be comfortable staying here. So, I hope this isn't long-tailed. I'm sorry, Jane," she said politely.

Jane accepts Phillip's apology with a nod of her head. Not wanting to be alone for long and quietly in the bathroom with the prince, he went to his bedroom to check his cell phone. No one contacted him at all. He sighed, then pressed a few buttons. A voice sounded in his ears.

"Who are you calling?" ask Phillip who feels ignored by Jane.

"My mom," Jane replied despite assuming Phillip was too curious about her affairs. "Hi, Mom!" as soon as Natasha said hello from New York. He deliberately took a high tone to impress cheerful. "Oh, I'm fine, don't worry about me. It's so much fun here. In fact, I was greeted with a marching band."

Phillip laughed.

"That's the prince's voice. Yeah, he's with me. Whahuh? You want to talk to him? You think I'm lying?" jane asked not to believe her own mother suspected her. "Do you really think I'm a cheap woman that just any man would want to be with?" Jane grunts violently. He was forced to give Phillip his phone that was still connected to the charger.

Phillip yanked out the cable fearing the phone would explode. It made Jane roll her eyes. "Good morning, Mrs. Watson," he said to Natasha.

"Good morning, Tom. No need to be so polite," replied Natasha.

Phillip realizes Natasha thinks Jane is with Thomas, so he chooses to pretend to be his cousin. "How are you, Natasha?"

"It's amazing like no other day is this beautiful. Is Jane troubling you?"

"Of course not. We're very happy that he's here" Phillip said.

Phillip obeyed the wishes of the owner of the phone.

"My son is a bit stubborn, unlike his sister" Natasha said.

Hearing her mother compare her again to Jill, makes Jane upset. He is not Jill. Jane is Jane, not anyone else.

"I think everyone is different. Even twins" Phillip said. "Even though they have the same face, but their characters must be different. Jane and Jill are from the same parents. It's not worth comparing them."

Jane was surprised that Phillip was lecturing her mother. On the one hand, the woman felt Phillip was being impudent for advising an older person. However, on the other hand, he was satisfied and grateful as well as happy that someone would defend him.

Natasha herself was silent for a few seconds. "Jill is pregnant" he said.

"What?" Jane is overwhelmed by the new information she hears. "He just got married!"

"I know, honey," Natasha said. "She's been keeping this a secret for two months because she's worried you're gonna hate her."

"And now you're the one who leaked this secret! You know what, Mom? You're the one who made me hate Jill. Goodbye, Mommy. I'm not going home" Jane cut off the phone. He slammed his phone on the floor until the screen cracked.

"Hey! You shouldn't..." Phillip was protesting Jane's attitude.

"Shut up!" cut Jane. "I don't want to hear your talk." The woman sat on the side of the bed. Head bowed. He tried to regulate his breathing to be more regular because he realized his blood pressure was rising.

Phillip took Jane's phone on the floor and put it on the dresser. "You... really don't want to go home?" tanyanya slow.

"I don't know" Jane replied. "We promised never to marry before we were thirty."

"You and your sister?"

"Yes. I guess I'm the only one who's sticking to that deal, because Jill met Harry and forgot all about it. At first I thought they were just messing around, but apparently they were serious enough to cover up Jill's pregnancy."

"Do you love your sister?"

"Of course!" Jane stood up and turned to look at Phillip. "I've been pretending to be happy all along, as if I'm comfortable with my life. That's all I'm doing so he doesn't worry about me. She must have felt guilty because she thought I'd be angry if I found out she was pregnant. Maybe he thinks I'm a monster ready to get in the way of his marriage," Jane laughed, more to laugh at her own stupidity. A tear slid down her cheek, making her realize that she was talking to a stranger. "Sorry" he said, wiping his tears.

Phillip smile. He approached Jane and placed both hands on her shoulders. "You don't have to bother me. You can stay here as long as you like. This is my palace. No one can bother you" he said softly. Really she wanted to erase Jane's current unease.

"Thanks," Jane smiled shyly.

"No problem. Now, rest. There'll always be a waitress you can call."

"Yes, Your Majesty," Jane's lead, managed to make Phillip laugh.
