“Why did you come alone? Where's Christianto?” ask Jono.
Early in the morning Yuli had visited Jono at NUSAKAMBANGAN. That day he came alone.
“I didn't come here to discuss the trial.”
“Keep, why did you come here? There's nothing we can talk about besides.” Jono sat down on the chair, and the warden left him.
Yuli just smiled a little. “I want to know more about Judge Lusi. Can you tell me what you know about Judge Lusi?”
Jono turned his face away. He was confused what to answer, because he saw Christ who came the other day and forbade him to talk anything to Yuli.
“Please tell you, Mr. Jono. Tell me,” said Yuli.
“I ... Don't you know how long I've been a corrupt cop and working with ex-thugs like Miko?”
“Yes, I understand that.” Yuli nodded.
“There was someone who always told Miko, but she never revealed who the mastermind was.”
“So, do you think the mastermind is Judge Lusi?”
“Yes, that's it. Come to think of it, only Lusi could control Miko in Bekasi City. No one else can control Miko other than Lusi.”
Yuli nodded in understanding. “Alright, thank you for your information, Mr. Jono. Excuse me first, see you in court next.”
After returning from NUSAKAMBANGAN, Yuli did not go directly to the office of Christ law firm.
Head to one of the grocery stores in the T-junction, and wonder about the building that is currently Christ's law firm instead of buying something.
“It used to be a 3rd floor building that was a free disk repair office, hard files, and others like that. That was years ago. Probably about 20 years.” The middle-aged man explained.
“A woman used that office alone once. As I recall, he had a child. However, I heard the woman killed herself, and her son just disappeared after the incident.”
“Oh, so it seems. Thanks for the explanation, Mr.”
“Sama-sama, Son. If you're still curious, you can come back here again.”
“Alright, I'll excuse you.” Yuli smiled, then left the grocery store. Heading to the Christ law firm.
In his office, all of Asep's men were cleaning the office. Some swept, mopped, and wiped the windows under Gun's command.
good morning paralegal Yuli! Everyone greeted Yuli that morning. Yuli replies with a smile, then approaches Gun and asks, saying,
“Manager Gun, you moved here from Jakarta with lawyer Christ, right?”
“Ya, there you go,” replied Gun.
“Why did you decide to move to Bekasi? Lawyer Christ himself has been very successful and rich in Jakarta. I heard his house is also like a palace in Jakarta, then, why did he move here, and choose to live in an old building like this?”
“It .. so here ... I ..” Gun scratched his head, not knowing what to answer. He's the person Christ trusted the most and knows all his origins. It was impossible for him to tell Yuli about it.
Yuli turned to Asep because Gun only sculpted.
“Have you known Attorney Christiano before he moved to this place?”
