THE MAFIA OF LAW

THE MAFIA OF LAW
SECTION 081'S

Since yesterday the day after, Christ had started to suspect Yuli who was very curious about what had really happened.

Before moving on to his car, Christ had a chance to see the TV news that morning. a large-screen LED TV inside the court office.

The Reporter reported that this afternoon also, there was an inauguration ceremony of the statue of the late father Lusi who was also one of the best judges in Bekasi in the past.

For a moment Christ looked at the news, then made his next plan.

“I heard, That Charge Killer has died. Can you keep me out of here?”

In NUSAKAMBANGAN prison, Yuli is seen in the visiting room, meeting with Jono.

“You must not despair. I'm sure Christ's lawyer can get you out of this place. There's a testimony from Mr. Bejo, and also footage from his CCTV cafe that proves your alibi.

This morning, Lawyer Christ was working on whether the tape could be used as evidence, so, you don't have to worry.” Yuli tried to calm down.

“And also, what is possible...”.

“Do you think Lusi will make this trial easier?” Jono interrupted speech.

“What do you mean?” ask Yuli not understand

“Do you think he'll let Christ prove my innocence? Don't you know what he looks like? He tried to kill me with the law he made. You don't know that?”

“Why are you even talking about Judge Lusi?”

BRAK!!! The door of the room opened tightly. Christ came and heard the conversation between Yuli and Jono.

“Originally you know, Lusi and Miko were conspiring.”

“Enough, Jono!” exclaim Christ. What happened to Christ. Jono was telling him about Luci's rot on Yuli. Christ didn't want that to happen. He wanted to tell Yuli in his own way

“Why is your face like that? Does he really not know?” Jono looked at the newly arrived Christ.

“Yuli, stand.” Christ pulled Yuli's hand from her seat. “Let's talk outside only.”

“Jeez, what's wrong with you guys? You guys work together, but you don't tell your partner,” said Jono.

Christ didn't care about it either. He continues to pull Yuli's hand and drag her out of that prison.

“The judge I know is not someone who can be said to be carelessly by people like Jono,” said Lusi.

They both walk out of the prison to Christ's car.

“Have you pondered deeply about Judge Lusi?”

“What do you mean?” Yuli doesn't understand.

“You may think that you are the person who knows and is closest to him, but, the truth is not so. You could've been wrong with all that.”

Yuli smiled broadly. He still can't believe Christ's bad talk about Luci. “I will never doubt anyone I trust.”

“Do you know? Judge Lusi has rejected the evidence and witnesses I have.” Christ looked at Yuli seriously.

“Really? He rejects both? The CCTV footage in the cafe of Mr Bejo was also rejected by him?”

“Yes, all rejected.” Christ was getting upset with Yuli.

“No. It can't be.” Yuli shook her head still in disbelief.

“All the things you know about Judge Lusi are lies.” Christ rushed into his car, followed by Yuli. Back to the law firm.

“Ehem.” Yuli breaks the mood in a quiet and awkward car by telling her about her mother. “My mom went to buy me a harmonica, because my old harmonics were broken, but she never came home again.
