The Love After Agreement

The Love After Agreement
Chapter 39

Madam Mona invites Filia to attend the usual arisan event she does with other socialite mothers. During the trip to the restaurant, between them there was absolutely no conversation whatsoever both of them were silent with their respective minds. Until the moment they arrived at the restaurant held a rally, then Mrs Mona shouted her voice.

"You don't have much behavior and don't draw too much attention. Shut up, just follow my words, "Mrs Mona's message as they arrive at the restaurant's courtyard.

Philia who did not want to argue much with her in-laws only answered with a nod. "Okay, Ma. I get it."

They entered after seeing some of Mrs Mona's other fellow soldiers already present. Madam Mona's friends stood up at the arrival of Filia and herself.

"Hi Jeng!" greet one of the mothers whose bodies are fattened, he immediately approached Madam Mona and did a chipika-cipiki.

"Hi too, Ma'am. Have you been waiting a long time?" ask Mrs Mona.

"Not too long. Who's Jeng?" the mothers asked, looking down at Philia from top to bottom.

"My assistant."

Degh ....

Oh, so this is why Mama invited me to accompany her and told me to shut up. Let's follow the flow of the game he will make, Filia's mind with a smile looking at the mothers.

"Well, your son is very attentive to his mother? To the point that he's providing an assistant for you. I thought he was your son-in-law" said the mother again, looking down at the young woman before him.

"Don't think like that. My son is still waiting for his true love that hasn't returned." Madam Mona replied lightly she did not even care about Filia's cold gaze.

"Oh, okay. Let's start the show, everyone's gathered, right?" ask the mothers to some friends who were sitting in their chairs.

"It has. Come on, let's sit down." One of the mothers who had a small high posture told Filia to sit next to him.

"No need, Jeng. He was used to standing for a long time. So, it doesn't matter. Yeah, right, Lia?" ask Lady Mona to Filia. He even emphasized his every word.

Filia nodded slowly, she had to be more patient to face her mother-in-law.

Patience, Lia. You can definitely resist standing in the next few hours, the inner Filia who was already standing next to the Madam Mana.

Mistress Mona smiled cynically at Filia who only obeyed her words, it was indeed her plan that wanted to prank the daughter-in-law.

As she was standing beside her in-laws, her gaze unintentionally saw two women whom Philia knew very well. They entered the restaurant with jokes and laughter.

Mama, Bellina? Are they here? philia asked in her heart, as she saw the two of them sitting on one of the benches not far from where her father-in-law was sitting.

"I'm sorry, can I just go back for a second?" philia asked her in-laws, and she wanted to go to her mother and cousin.

Madam Mona, who was busy enjoying their show, did not care much about her daughter-in-law's words, just nodded and told her to leave with a flick of her hand.

After receiving permission from her in-laws, she went to her mother and cousin.

"Mama, Bell? You guys here too?" philia asked as she stood beside the table where they were sitting.

"Ka–kamu? Why are you here?" mama Rini asked her son.

"Li–Lia is accompanying Mama-in-law who held a rally here," replied Filia slowly.

Bellina pulled the corner of her lips slightly, she looked satisfied as she looked at her cousin who was saddened by the treatment of her own biological mother.

"Yes, go back to where you were." Mama Rini immediately kicked Filia out without asking news or anything to the child.

Filia looked at her mother. For some reason, the more days his mother was more and more untouchable by him.

"Mama ngusir Lia?" philia asked with a trembling tone.

"Ck, get out of here!"

Bellina silently smiled her thin smile, she was satisfied when she saw her own cousin being chased away by her biological mother. Rasain loe's! his lips in heart.

Filia could no longer hold back her tears, she rushed straight from there and headed for the toilet. He just spilled all his feelings out there alone.

Wh why? Why did Mama change so drastically like that to me? Is my mistake completely unforgivable by him? Oh my God, why does it feel so stifling to see your own parents driving your child out of front of you? philia's mind while beating her chest that felt tight.

After feeling better, Philia came out of the room. It turned out that there was already Bellina waiting for him.

"Are you deliberately waiting for me here?" philia asked in a cold tone and stared intently at her cousin.

Bellina displayed her smirk for a moment, before finally turning her face back into a cheerful and warm look.

"Why do you think that, cousin?" bellina asked without guilt. He even pretended to be busy with red lipstick on his lips.

Filia folded her hands on her chest, she also threw her gaze in the other direction. It is sickening that there should be one room with the wolf woman, her inner being.

"Well, if you don't do that. Please enjoy the glory days, cousin." Filia spoke as she pressed down on each word. After that, he left there and left Bellina who was still upset with him.

The insolent! That woman! Just look at what I'm going to do to you," he muttered bitterly staring at Filia's departure from before him.

Filia returned to see her mother-in-law, after she improved her appearance so as not to fall apart in front of her fellow prisoners.

"Where are you from?" mrs Mona asked as Filia stood beside her.

"I'm sorry, didn't I just want to go back?" answer Filia.

"Don't you start lying to me. Tell me where did you get out of that VIP room?" It turned out that Madame Mona saw the departure of Filia who entered the VIP room of the restaurant earlier.

"So I saw someone come like my mom and my cousin, but it wasn't." Philia chose to lie because she knew that her in-laws would not believe her words.

"Oh."

What can I expect from Madam Mona and Mama? They all really didn't expect me to exist. If Mas Grys hadn't convinced me to be patient, maybe I would've preferred to walk away from their lives.
