The Love After Agreement

The Love After Agreement
Chapter 12

Filia was surprised that Gryson did not usually relax while in the apartment, but this time her husband lived as if he had never thought about the company.

"Tu, emh, Mas, this afternoon's tumben looks more relaxed than the previous days?" asked Filia who could not bear to see Gryson just sitting still while watching TV.

"Hmmm, I just want to enjoy some relaxing time. Mumpung is currently not much work, so I want to relax for a while." Gryson replied without distracting himself from the TV screen in front of him.

It was impossible that if he had to tell his wife the truth about his problem this afternoon, he chose to keep quiet about it. After all, he still has income from his restaurant, so it does not matter if he resigns from the position of CEO of a company owned by his parents.

"really? Has something else happened that I don't know about?" philia asked feeling bad.

Gryson smiled, this is what he did not want from Philia. "Don't worry about anything, nothing big happened to me."

Although a little suspicious, but Filia tried to trust the man who is now her husband. "Hmmm, okay. Maybe Mas Grys is right, I'm just too worried."

Gryson smiled and nodded in response to Filia. When Filia was sitting next to him, she hesitantly ventured to invite Filia to move into the house she already owned.

"Lia, there's something I want to talk about" Gryson said.

Filia turned her head and focused her attention on Gryson who was now right in front of her. "What does Mas Grys want to say?"

"A–aku ... Actually I want to invite you to move to a simple house that is not far from here, do you mind if we move from here?" Gryson was anxious to hear the answer from his wife.

He really wanted to build his own household intact, so since their series wedding took place, he immediately looked for a simple house, but comfortable for them to live in.

Filia stared in surprise at Gryson, because he was quite comfortable to live in this apartment. Why are you taking her away now?

"Why do you want to move out of here, Mas?" philia asked without turning her gaze away from her husband.

Gryson took a long breath, he was quite confused to convey the reason he had, because he knew if his wife never wanted this marriage.

"I just want to make you comfortable to stay with me, so I think you'd love it if we stayed at home rather than in an apartment" Gryson replied, looking at Filia expectantly.

Filia did not immediately reply, she was silent for a moment as if thinking to justify her husband's thoughts. "Indeed it's more comfortable to stay at home, anyway," her inner self.

"All right, I'll just come along, Mom. Isn't that one of my duties as a wife, which requires me to follow wherever my husband goes?" philia asked, for she did not mind staying anywhere.

Gryson developed his smile, he was quite happy when Filia was still thinking about her obligations as a wife.

"All right, we're moving out tomorrow. I'm sure you'll love the house" said Gryson, grabbing Filia's hand to hold it.

Filia returned her husband's smile and did not refuse when Gryson held her hand. "Hmmm, actually I have no problem living anywhere, the important thing is there is still a place to go home and shelter from the heat of the sun and the wet rain."

Gryson slightly thinned his lips when he heard Filia's answer, he did not expect that in this era there were still girls who were just simple-minded like that. If remembered the first time they met, Gryson thought it would be very difficult to face Filia who he thought was very spoiled and stubborn, but all the thoughts that used to be now began to diminish, he said, for Philia would follow wherever she went.

"alright. From now on, I'll take you wherever I go" Gryson said with a kiss on his wife's hand.

Philia who was treated like that was flattered. "If Mas Grys were to treat me like this, would I still stand by my stance, go through the marriage for forty days, or rather stay for thirty-seven days from now?" philia asked.

Just a few days of living with Gryson, has made Filia feel comfortable on the man's side, will their marriage continue to run in accordance with the wishes of Gryson or Filia? I don't know .. for sure at this time they are just trying to do their best in the future.

Starting at night, Gryson had also told aunt to go home to the mansion, while aunt came home had not had time to prepare dinner for them.

"Lia, for dinner .. would you like to have dinner outside with me?" ask Gryson.

Filia smiled and nodded. "May, it's up to Mas. But would it not be better if we cooked by ourselves? Besides the ingredients in the refrigerator are also still a lot to be processed," said Filia who actually wants to enjoy her husband's cooking again.

Gryson seemed to think for a moment before finally nodding and answering, "Maybe, good idea. What if we cook together?"

Filia looked down, not that she did not want to cook together, but she was still not good at cooking.

Gryson understood Filia's insecure thoughts toward him. Immediately, he calmed his wife so as not to be discouraged by her abilities. "Don't worry, I'll teach you how to cook until you're really good."

Evidently, Gryson's words immediately made Filia smile and excited again. "Yes I want to, Mom."

"Yes, let's start now!" take Gryson while slowly pulling his wife's hand to stand from the sofa they were sitting on.

They walked to the kitchen in the apartment. Gryson began preparing the ingredients, while Filia prepared all the cookware they might need.

Filia began to wash all the ingredients that had been prepared by her husband and Gryson's task to start slicing. When she had finished washing it, Filia took another knife to help Gryson slice the vegetables and seasonings he had washed.

Slowly, she began to slice after the example that her husband had shown. However, when Filia began slicing the onion suddenly her finger was slightly scratched by the sharpness of the knife.

"Aww." Filia grimaced softly.

Gryson immediately approached her and reflexively sucked Filia's sliced finger. "You okay?" he asked her to throw away the blood she had sucked.

"I'm okay, Mas. Why did it suck my blood?" filia asked unkindly for Gryson's treatment of her.

"Okay, I did it with reflexes.I'm sorry if it makes you uncomfortable."

"Ti–no, Mas. It's okay, thanks."

"Let me treat your wound first. After that, you wait on the bench, let me finish the cooking for our dinner," Gryson said, slowly pulling Filia's hand and sitting her on the dining table chair, while he immediately ran to the middle room to retrieve the medicine box.

He painstakingly began to treat Filia's wounds and attached plaster to them. Filia silently smiled as she watched what Gryson did to her.

"Thank you, Mum. Sorry again I made a mess in your kitchen, "sorry Filia while looking down when Grysonn finished treating her.

"It's okay, you're still learning anyway. I appreciate your efforts" said Gryson, smiling and gently stroking Filia's head.

After she had finished treating Philia's wounds, she went back to cook their dinner, while she sat and watched all that her husband had done.

"Come, our dinner is ready," asked Gryson who was immediately embraced by Filia.

"Yes, Mum." Filia helped prepare all the dishes and they finally enjoyed the dinner in peace.
