Chaptre 63. Little Snapping

"What's? wh why? does the teacher want it?" Xu Chen dropped his jaw when he heard the Dark Emperor tell him to get the slave girl.

The Dark Emperor snorted softly "Why do you talk so much? just like mothers! when I tell you to you you have to obey it as best you can without asking too many questions."

"All Master!" Xu Chen bowed languidly. Xu Chen thought he had already said he did not want the slave girl to Ru Shi and Qing Shan, but now he would make an offer to even have to get one.

"Five hundred thousand gold pieces!" Xu Chen said lazily.

Ru Shi and Qing Shan heard Xu Chen make an offer immediately frowning. So did the other guests, but there was someone who was grieved upon hearing the voice that he believed Xu Chen was making an offer.

"Six hundred thousand gold pieces!" Qin Wei-Quo said loudly from his room not to be outdone.

While the other guests heard Xu Chen and Qin Wei-Quo were back competing in getting the price, just being silent and resigned was already no hope of obtaining a beautiful slave that could be invited to have fun every day.

"Is there another offer?" Ying Yue took over again.

The auction eventually ended peacefully without a hitch except for a few minor sparring while fighting over the items.

Meanwhile Qin Wei-Quo's six fibrous brothers were plotting something on Xu Chen for having dared to humiliate Qin Wei-Quo.

"Do you understand?" Qin Wei-Quo said after he finished telling his brothers and sisters his plan.

The six Qin Wei-Quo brothers nodded simultaneously, they all laughed together.

Simultaneously, Xu Chen was sitting leisurely alone, as Ru Shi and Qing Shan were picking up the item that Xu Chen had obtained at the auction today, he said, at once called Kuo Huo on Xu Chen's orders.

"Teacher why did you tell me to buy a rusty sword and that slave girl? isn't that just a waste of my money?" Xu Chen continued to grumble, making the Dark Emperor fed up as Xu Chen continued to repeat his adventures.

"Why are you so noisy? just a few gold pieces make you chatty like moms."

Xu Chen snorted softly, "Currently, Master just told him so bothered. You old geezer," Xu Chen muttered little hoping the Dark Emperor did not hear him.

"Did you say...?" the Dark Emperor's words were cut off because someone knocked on Xu Chen's door.

Xu Chen breathed a sigh of relief, "Huhh, just in time."

Xu Chen then walked to open the door while chuckling lightly, managing to dodge his teacher's anger.

Xu Chen opened the door, the young man then found the woman who was so troublesome to him was smiling sweetly at him.

"Miss Yue what are you doing here?" Xu Chen said flatly.

Ying Yue remained smiling yet did not reply. Ying Yue then turned her smile into a sinister smile.

Xu Chen frowned but he immediately understood when someone appeared behind Ying Yue.

"Come in," Xu Chen immediately turned to ignore Ying Yue and the slave girl he delivered.

Ying Yue entered with the slave girl and then closed the door. Xu Chen sat down in his seat.

"Where is Huo's head? I thought he was coming here?" Xu Chen frowned.

Hearing that Ying Yue also frowned "Head Huo wants to meet you? what's the matter?" Ying Yue knew that their leader Kuo Huo would not meet carelessly anyone let alone a young man like Xu Chen.

Xu Chen cursed to himself when he realized the wrong speech to Ying Yue.

"Miss Yue, have you ever heard the saying?" Xu Chen looked seriously at Ying Yue trying to divert the conversation.

Yet Ying Yue was an educated intelligent person, she would not be gullible, but Ying Yue simply replied not trying to follow Xu Chen's game.

"Too many questions can shorten life," Xu Chen let out a hint of his death aura then pointed at Ying Yue.

Ying Yue who tried to follow Xu Chen's play and toyed with him, was now instead stuck in Xu Chen's play. The Death Aura that Xu Chen directed at Ying Yue managed to make the girl breathless even as she looked at Xu Chen to be sinister.

Whereas the slave girl who saw Ying Yue was asphyxiated and frightened just frowned she did not understand. The slave girl did not feel the aura of death because Xu Chen only pointed it at Ying Yue.

Xu Chen then retracted his death aura as a small chuckle saw Ying Yue already painstakingly re-arranging her breath.

"Miss Yue do you think the saying is true or just nonsense?" Xu Chen still chuckled.

"I don't believe that saying. I just believe master Chen wants to kill me," Ying Yue said with a gasp of breath.

Xu Chen laughed loudly when he saw Ying Yue's expression was so cute when Ying Yue tried to regulate her irregular breathing.

"Then, what brought Miss Yue here?" Xu Chen was serious.
