Chaptre 48. Become an Alchemist

Xu Chen frowned hearing the old grandfather's clan was Huang. Of course he knew who had the Huang clan in this village.

"Dear?" Xu Chen raised his voice slightly. "What senior is...?!" Xu Chen looked at Huang Po Sin asking for an explanation.

"Yes, exactly as you think. I'm Ho's boy in touch!"

Xu Chen was again confused by Po Sin's words. If he were to call a man as old as Huang Ho by the name of a boy, then who was Xu Chen in Huang Po Sin's eyes.

Xu Chen was puzzled to want to tell her how her life story was. Xu Chen's story was a bloody tragic one, he certainly wouldn't tell that story to others, let alone a person like the one he just knew and was as mysterious as Huang Po Sin.

Huang Po Sin saw from Xu Chen's expression, he could guess that the young man didn't want to tell anything about his story.

"Alright, alright!" Huang Po Sin shook his hand. "Then tell me, why don't you want to kneel to me and what's your purpose in coming here?"

Xu Chen said he did not want to kneel because he already had people he respected and would not drop his knees on anyone carelessly.

Huang Po Sin was not offended at all by Xu Chen's words. He instead looked amazed by a young man like Xu Chen, despite the pressure, but Xu Chen remained firm in principle.

Xu Chen then said his intention came here to learn about making pills and medicine.

Xu Chen said he already knew a little about alchemists and could do that alone.

Xu Chen was certainly lying about this, to be honest the young man did not know anything about alchemists at all, he just read the book was not too detailed.

Huang Po Sin did not understand Xu Chen's thoughts. Huang Po Sin could see that Xu Chen was not shouting at all with the alchemist, but the old man did not impose his will, he allowed Xu Chen to wear his place, but on one condition. Huang Po Sin was always watching him.

Xu Chen was already standing in front of the tools along with some herbs to make Pills.

Xu Chen knew a lot a little what those things were, he knew it from the book he had read a few years ago.

"Soundless boy!" The Dark Emperor suddenly made a sound after a long moment of silence. "Are you nervous?"

The Dark Emperor said that because he could feel a tremor in Xu Chen's hand.

"Calm down! accept this," the Dark Emperor said in his usual casual tone.

The Dark Emperor began to transfer various knowledge regarding herbs, Pill-making objects, how to make and all things related to alchemists. Even the Dark Emperor transferred also regarding the science of poison.

Xu Chen could feel a terrible pain attacking his head to the deepest part of his brain. However, Xu Chen remained steadfast in enduring the pain of the transfer process. Xu Chen knew that if he fought the pain, his brain would be damaged and he would end up being an idiot.

Huang Po Sin looked at Xu Chen from a distance just silently sculpting. However, it is like enduring pain.

"What's he doing?" Huang Po Sin said to himself.

The process only went for a few seconds because of which Xu Chen breathed a sigh of relief.

"Huhh, this method is indeed efficient does not need to take a long time to learn, but even so the pain caused is very terrible!"

"Fuck all that stuff. Now my brain is filled with knowledge!"

Xu Chen admitted the pain he received was comparable to the knowledge he had gained. However, the moment Xu Chen scrunched up the knowledge his teacher gave him one thing made Xu Chen frown.

"Poisons?" Xu Chen frowned. "Why did Master give Students poison science?" Xu Chen decided to ask the person who gave him the knowledge.

The Dark Emperor casually replied that Xu Chen would be in dire need of the knowledge later and would thank him. The Dark Emperor also explained that the poison science he provided was only low-level and forbade Xu Chen from thinking that any further.

Xu Chen nodded his head in understanding. "Fuck it, I won over a Dark Cultivator who was despised there is no harm in learning this kind of science!?" thought Xu Chen.

Poison Science is indeed considered despicable in the land of cultivators because it opposes the principles of knights.

Huang Po Sin shook his head lightly at Xu Chen's "Come, can you really make a Pill, I doubt that!?" inner Huang Po Sin doubted Xu Chen.
