Chapters 16. Guests Not Invited

It was now dark that the night had come when all activity was stopped and people were resting to recover power including Xu Chen and Yan Yu they both decided to stop looking for herbs and find a place it was safe to rest and spend the night if all according to plan the two would be out of the Demon Valley tomorrow because Xu Chen this whole day had already gathered some herbs that he was looking for only ginseng and one stalk left the sunflower leaves of these two herbs had somehow been this whole day Xu Chen accompanied Yan Yu to look for it but never found, it might have been taken by someone else

"If I could know! what are you collecting these herbs for?" yan Yu asked after they found a resting place

"Are you stupid? Of course to make pills!" reply Xu Chen was brief

Xu Chen found that it immediately flowed the dark Qi of his sword keeping it from being broken against the man's big braid

The two exchanged Xu Chen's attacks with his sword and the man with his big axe, at the beginning of the fight the two balanced Xu Chen nimbly playing his sword his entire movement was coordinated creating a hard-to-pierce protector and a sharp and deadly attack every swing of the sword Xu Chen had always targeted a vital area, the most important of which was the most, after exchanging a few strikes as Xu Chen began to master the fight, Xu Chen's swordplay managed to create several cuts to the big man and forced the big man into a defensive position, "Br*n*as for you, I will kill you" cried the big man, running with a high axe ready to destroy anything

Xu Chen ignored the words of the big man, the young man leaped in the air like a tiger crashing at his prey and shouted loudly "God of death" while slashing towards the big man vertically, saying, From Xu Chen's sword came a blood-red energy with a sharp streak that led to the big man at high speed

Seeing that of course he did not stay still, the man who had seen the prowess of this one Xu Chen's skill, immediately flowed more Qi into his palm in order to hold back Xu Chen's slash

The type of blood-red energy that Xu Chen threw collided with the big man's axe created a huge shock wave accompanied by a violent explosion that blasted the surrounding area into a thick cloud of dust
