The House's

The House's
A Weak Soul Filled with Sin

The atmosphere became quiet after the departure of Hana and Jeremy. To fill the time, Madison cleaned the house because she was going to stay there for an indefinite period of time. He hoped that for only two weeks he would be in the house, hoping that within two weeks he would be free from the effects of the cursed drug that had ensnared him for many years.

Madison was looking for a tool to clean the house. Some rooms he's been looking for but the cleaning tools he can't find anywhere. Two empty rooms he had searched until finally, Madison was already standing in front of the door that was filled with padlocks. Honestly, he was very curious about the door. One locked kingpin was already in his grasp, Madison seemed to be thinking.

Taps.. Taps.. Taps... Suddenly it sounded like footsteps coming from behind that door. Madison frowned, spit swallowed with great difficulty. The sound of footsteps coming back sounded, Madison stepped closer with a hunting breath. Slowly, Madison put her ear to the door. He looked doubtful but he was growing more and more curious about the tightly shut door. There must have been a certain intent so that the door was closed in such a way.

"He...lp us," a whisper was heard from behind the door. Madison was startled and reflexively retreated backwards. Whose voice is that? Is there anything locked up in that room? The curiosity got higher, Madison put her ear back to the door but there was no sound. The atmosphere was quiet again, he was actually surprised by Milo's barking.

"Damn!" Madison's holding onto the chest, she's really getting worse. Rather than standing indistinctly in that place he better clean the house immediately and take out his belongings.

Madison walked away while shaking her head. He had to stop the hallucinations getting worse throughout the day. Milo came back barking. Madison soon searches for her dog, who is standing in front of a room Madison has not checked.

"Did you find him, Milo?" ask Madison. Because the door wasn't locked, so Madison opened it without hesitation. The room was quite dark, the lights were turned on and sure enough, all the cleaning tools were there.

"Smart dog!" Madison stepped inside. Some of the tools he needed were taken, now it was time to clean the house. Once enough, Madison was about to step outside but some of the keys hanging on the wall distracted her.

Is that key a key that can open the lock that locks that door? Does he have to try? Madison shook her head, forget it. He didn't come to check on anything strange in the house. He came to calm down. After all, he should not open the locked door carelessly because the owner of the house could be angry.

Cleaning tools have been obtained, Madison busied himself with singing songs so that he did not hear anything strange even the sound of barking Milo he did not hear anymore. The items in the box he also took out, Madison put the items down as if she were in her own house.

It felt quite tiring, he had just finished the room section and had not finished with the others. He'd better rest for a while before he goes back to cleaning up the others. Some of the books on the bed were taken, Madison put the book on the table.

Wait, it looks like he can move that table on the balcony of the room. There is already a chair, just put the table then the night will be perfect. After getting a brilliant idea, Madison moved a fairly heavy table by being pulled out of the balcony.

"Damn, my waist hurts so much!" lamented Madison. Balcony facing the forest, he can read books there during the day or night. Madison stood on the balcony for a while, the sun shining with the heat. Although there were many trees growing around the house, but the sunlight that illuminated the place was quite good.

"One is done, the other is now. But I had to call Hana to find out if she had arrived or not" Madison spoke to herself because there was nothing she could talk to but Milo.

The song is turned off, Madison calls her best friend because she wants to find out if Hana and Jeremy have arrived or not.

"So, what did you call me? Are you all right?" ask Hana.

"I'm fine, Hana. Thank you and sorry for worrying you."

"That's it, now tell me why you called me. Is there anything you've forgotten?"

"No, I was just wondering if you and Jeremy had arrived or not."

"Of course, thank you for worrying about us but it looks like we can't go there anytime soon."

"I'm so happy to hear you being so passionate like that. If anything suspicious, call me immediately. You can also call 911 because there's a phone you can use."

"Well, thank you for telling me" Madison said.

"I hope you take care of yourself, Madi. And come back with the new Madison."

"Surely, now I want to clean this house again. Sorry to interrupt" Madison said.

"No need to worry, we are friends!" said Hana pula.

"Thanks, Hannah. You really are the best friend I've ever had," Madison said before ending their conversation. He will definitely come back and not disappoint Hana but unfortunately, it is not easy even the possibility that it will be their last conversation.

Madison cleaned the house again. He came back to rest when he was tired. A recently saved book was taken, Madi read the book while resting. Milo lay on the bed with him, the cool air blowing in through the wide open window.

The place was really soothing and the cool air made Madison decide to sit in front of the window where a recliner was there. Madison fell asleep from exhaustion, dark clouds shrouding the once-bright sky. The weather was bad, the wind was blowing.

The night came again, the night where the demons would come out of the dark hole to reveal themselves. The night in which they are the rulers. Dark clouds were increasingly gathering, covering the sky so that the moonlight could not illuminate the place. Madison was still asleep, but the thunderous sound of thunder shocked Madison and woke Madison from her sleep.

"Oh my God, what time is it?" Madi looked around, the atmosphere looked dark because she had not turned on the lights in the house.

"Millos!" Madi yelled for her dog because she faintly heard a growl !Milo.

"Milo, where are you?" Madi got up, she had to turn on the lights. He did not use a flashlight from a cell phone because he left it on the table at the side of the bed.

Milo's voice that sounded like fear rang out, Madi fingered the wall in the dark to look for the light switch that was on the wall. Suddenly she felt fear, Madison's breath hunting. Madison was unaware that a terrible figure was in front of her, her hands constantly fumbling to look for a switch she could not find.

"Milo, are you scared?" madison asked, spit swallowed with great difficulty. He felt that he was not alone in the room, especially he felt that Milo was afraid of something.

Madison stepped slowly, her one hand constantly groping. Suddenly he felt something strange, he even touched something that was like hair. His breathing was hunting more and more, where was the light switch he was looking for?

Woof... Woof! Milo barked and the dog growled. Madison did not realize that the scary figure was in sight. The terrifying figure looked at him sharply, inhaling the scent of his weak soul and was filled with sin. The feeling of fear struck him moreover he was like hearing someone me*sigh with his heavy breath.

"Please, No. Please!" Madison closed her eyes tightly, and she prayed non-stop. Although he was not a believer and a devout man, he knew very few prayers that he could say. Now the incessant prayer she was saying, Madison was more and more convinced that she had gone through something. With a hunting breath and overwhelming fear, Madison stepped forward until she was finally able to touch the light switch and turn on the lights.

Madison opened both eyes after the lights were on. He looked around but he found nothing even Milo who was hiding under the bed came out barking. Madison breathed a sigh of relief, she was completely frightened by her stupid thoughts.
