The Heaven World's
Situation in the Kingdom

During his recuperation, Voran received reports from Fasuk and Veus related to the development of his territory, including the four regions they are currently trying to control.

He will indeed leave the post of the leaders of the region as long as they have a supportive attitude towards his government.

According to Veus, there is only one person who can be defended and at this time they have made contact with him. For the other three regions. Veus decided to attack him.

The attack was carried out under Larsson's command and was carried out very quickly.

The three regions that opposed the government of the Kingdom of Salauster were defeated in just a short time. The three regional leaders including their families were all killed without a trace.

This information doesn't make Voran happy. He had already suspected it and was confident of the results that would be obtained by them.

One information that makes him happy until he makes a smile is information that comes from the royal capital aka from Fasuk.

The information brought news of the diplomats sent by the Kingdom of Ellaydric in which they wanted to establish a cooperative relationship and a non-aggression pact.

Of course he was happy when he read it.

Of the three surrounding kingdoms, the Kingdom of Edarecia was the strongest and the most threatening, although the Kingdom of the Sevaeni was no less dangerous.

Voran felt unable to face the Kingdom of Edarecia or cooperate with the kingdom.

His kingdom can only be neutral to a kingdom that has a lot of power and military power that is so threatening.

By working together, Voran wanted to build a sturdy fortress and also launch an attack against the Kingdom of Edarecia.

Of course, he would not be the only party who would attack him.

Unfortunately, at the moment he can't make that decision. There were still some problems he had to solve before taking such a step.

Voran also obtained a scroll of reports from Stuart and the Intelligence Department where they had increased their numbers and spread them throughout the kingdom.

Although the members did not yet have high capabilities, Stuart had already given a report on the entire situation in his current kingdom.

As Voran read it, he could see what kind of picture was in his kingdom.

“There was a riot after the cleanup ended. Fasuk, can you finish it?” voran's inner as he read the information.

“You should have a good reason to execute that plan. If Swaster Merran can't believe it, then we won't be able to take advantage of it.”

Voran was worried about the situation in his kingdom. Moreover, he also had a plan that he had already discussed with Fasuk ever since he had taken the decision to clear some of the nobles present within his kingdom.

Of course, he needed to set up an appropriate alibi to cover up the horrific act.

He was not at all worried about the territories that had not been conquered.

The problems within his kingdom began to clear up little by little, this really gave a new outlook to the steps he was about to take. The arrival of the Diplomats from the Kingdom of Eldric also gave him a glimmer of hope.

In fact, he wanted to remove the greatest threat that existed around him, what other threats were great apart from the Kingdom of Edarecia and the Kingdom of Sevaeni.

Voran lay in bed while analyzing every report given to him. It was the big issues that came to his attention, especially some legal issues that would start to show once the entire region was integrated.

“Food problems I don't have to worry about. Agricultural fields and areas that produce food resources within the region are well protected. Security and law, these two will definitely be a problem for the future once I successfully annex those territories. I have to prepare it.”

Voran wrote many things about his thoughts on law and order that he wanted to create for his kingdom.

When making it, he thought about small problems, and also the biggest problem was rebellion.

He did not hesitate to form a special cruel law on this matter. He did not hesitate to make the law of three generations.

“It's a little cruel and heavy, but it doesn't matter. For the rebels, there is never an apology or forgiveness!” snarl.

“They deserve to die, and remove the problem seedlings should I do from the beginning. So, destroying a rebel's family would take care of all that. Maybe this is cruel and will attract a lot of cons, but it doesn't matter!”

His determination was rounded as he thought of a three-generation law-making plan. Where this law is a cruel law, but he only addresses this law to the rebels.

He wrote it in a scroll and then kept it. He would discuss this matter with Fasuk after he returned to Higgster City.

The next day, he could get out of bed. As soon as possible Voran came out to see the situation inside the city he had already occupied.

Such a majestic palace made him a little uncomfortable, he headed to the garden that was in the backyard of the palace.

There he sat quietly enjoying the tranquility. Several bodyguards were in the vicinity including Hainz.

“Is there no historic ruins? Should I send a special expeditionary force to explore some places in search of such special locations?” thought Voran as he sat in the garden.

For a moment he thought of a beautiful adventure, but he paused it because the kingdom still had some urgent problems.

“It seems worth trying. Maybe I'll find some surprising things.”

There was nothing that interested him other than a thrilling adventure for now. However, he was not a man who liked that kind of thing, but he was interested.

Voran felt a light gust of air coming down his face making his eyes faint. He felt like he was put to bed and actually did it a few minutes later.

As Voran enjoyed his time, Veus arranged for several matters related to the military. He recruited former soldiers of the Kingdom of Arannor.

Veus spread the soldiers in his army to fill the void that occurred due to the many casualties that fell in the previous war. He also found some good young talent in that recruitment process.

“Your Majesty has already agreed to it, this is good for military expansion. With a bloated army, it definitely takes a lot of talent to fill vacant positions,” murmured as Veus resolved some military matters.

“It is not easy to find a qualified talent or a good talent. However, look at the list that I currently hold. I think this is the best!”

Inside the prison, Selek Valaunter and Mival Belloc face each other. Their faces were pale and thin.

Their eyes were very gloomy and darker than the abyss. They are still in wounded condition. They sat weakly with both hands cuffed on either side in a stretched position.

“Huh!! Huft!! Huft!! Belloc, what happened to you and how did you get here?” Valaunter asked stammeredly and adjusted his breathing a few times. He did not have much energy and had to endure the pain in some parts of his body.

“Master, I don't know. Last time, I only remembered my fight with a young man who might be my age or below me. However, the young man was strange. He grew stronger in just a matter of seconds as I fought him. His attack still hurts until now.”

Mival Belloc recalls his fight with Voran which shocked him. He also held his chest the place where he received Voran's attack. His face slightly showed an expression of pain.

“Youth with unusual strength,” Valaunter said with a tone of guess and remembrance.

“Maybe he's the King. A common knowledge if a king has a blessing or power that surpasses that of an ordinary person.” Valaunter reminded Mival Belloc of general information.

“If he is able to increase his strength in just the blink of an eye, I can only think of the King. Especially in a place like this, only kings had such power. It is only right that you lose,” Valaunter said in a weak tone. His breathing was quite heavy at the time.

“How is our fate now, Sir? Will we be executed?” Belloc couldn't shake off his concerns about it.

A fleeting Valaunter shook his head gently. “Argh! I don't think so. They're gonna want to recruit us. I'm sure that's for sure. There is no way they will kill us, they need us to control the situation in the kingdom.”

Valaunter says it confidently despite his weak voice and occasionally he breathes with a heavy pull.

“They will definitely expand the military and people like us will definitely be in great need. Take it easy, you can decide whatever you want Belloc, I'm sure your family is waiting out there,”. He had a warm smile on his face.

“Are you not the same, Mister?” ask Mival Belloc. His eyes moved several times and questioned the decision that Valaunter had.

Even though Valaunter did not say what kind of decision he would take. Mival Belloc was able to figure it out through the expression on Valaunter's face. A determined and determined face to leave everything behind.

“Why are you talking like you've decided to reject whatever their offer is. Are you going to reject them, Mister?” The look on Mival Belloc's face was filled with doubt as he looked at Valaunter who seemed to already have his own answer.

Valaunter's stern demeanor was evident both from his face and as he clenched his hands so tightly that his chains and handcuffs trembled.

As the two of them were talking about their fate. Voran came in calm steps along with Hainz and a few bodyguards.

“It seems I came at the right time.” Voran smiled as he looked at the two of them.
