A little girl walked slowly towards the roses that adorned her home garden. Without the protection of his hands he plucked the red rose. The blood that had emerged from her little fingers as a result of being pierced by thorns began to drip, but the little girl
it seems to feel nothing. No tears or pain. He just stared blankly at the rose he was picking.
"Anabella, are you picking roses again?" said a voice that made the girl turn slightly towards the origin of the voice.
Yes, she is Anabella Curtina Evelyn or commonly called Ana. A little girl who has eyes and hair that is as thick as the sky at night and has pale white skin like snow. Not to forget the little red lips that add
the beauty she has. She is the only daughter of Lucas Evelyn and Mikaila Evelyn. Mikaila approached her only daughter who today is 8 years old. Mikaila brought her daughter inside the house and grabbed the rose Ana was holding. Mikaila gently treated the finger
little Ana.
"Mom said, don't pick your own roses. Why are you still picking it? Look at your finger getting hurt. Girls should take care of their bodies well. There can't be any scars.
Promise me you won't repeat this again" Mikaila said.
Ana tilted her head while staring blankly at her mother. His mother thrust her pinky towards Ana. Ana hooks her pinky on her mother's pinky. Mikala kissed Ana's chubby cheeks gently. She hugged Mikaila tightly
channeling his affection to his only daughter. Ana just kept quiet hugging her mother.
Ana is different from girls her age. She's a quiet girl and hard to get along with. He spends his day confined to his room or picking roses in the garden behind his house. Ana only talks to mommy, daddy and his maid head.
at home with the maid head as Ana's teacher. For both parents, Ana's comfort takes precedence.
"I'm home!" said a handsome man who came with a large package of roses in his hand.
Ana and Mikaila looked at the man who revealed his big smile. The man grabbed Ana in his carrier and twirled Ana's small body. Ana held her arm around the man's neck tightly.
"Happy birthday, dear. May you be a useful child for your country and your religion. May happiness always be with you," said the man as he kissed Ana's lips gently.
A small smile was engraved on Ana's lips for the man she called daddy. Lucas grabbed the large package he had placed on the sofa before lifting Ana. He gave the package to Ana. Lucas sat down while holding Ana, who took note of the large muted rose she had received. Her daddy kissed her mommy who came from the kitchen while
bringing Ana's birthday cake. Don't ask why they didn't celebrate her single daughter's birthday so festively. They could have rented a five-star hotel for their beloved daughter, but Ana would definitely not like their plans.
"Open up, Princess" said the father, peeping at Ana's cheeks
"Blow the candle first" said his mommy.
Ana stared at the cake with her mommy-made rose. He closed his eyes to say his request inwardly. His request was only one and he always had a birthday like the previous years. He just wants his family to be whole and happy. Slowly he blew the candle and the sound of applause echoed in the room.
