Chapter 43. Disappointment

The sun was shining warmly and its light slowly entered the room which looked very elegant, the clock showed at 07:22 am.

"How are you doing?" ask a man to the figure of a woman who is still in a weakened state,

"Ekhemm, it seems to be still not good." replied the woman as she cleared her throat because she was strangling her voice which was still a bit raucous.

"Xana take a break." said the man again he got up from his seat and was about to get out of the room

"Alnerd.." call the woman who turns out to be Xana and the figure who saved her last night is Alnerd Amartha.

Alnerd turned to look at Xana who still looked pale,

"Thank you." said Xana briefly.

Alnerd smiled a little and left Xana alone in his room.

"Damn what happened! I have to ask for an explanation from Theo!" gerutu Alnerd growled in heart.

It turns out that Alnerd has been following his brother since returning to the mansion, because Theo's strange behavior makes Alnerd curious because he does not usually come home so late at night.

"Cullen.why are you looking for me.." muttered Xana inwardly inexplicably she felt lonely if not with Cullen. Xana slowly got up from Alnerd's bed, and went to the bathroom.

Xana stared blankly at the reflection of her being reflected,

"My face is so pale? What medicine did Morvin's brother inject me still react to?" xana asked herself.

"I can't believe what happened last night." - Xana cried in her heart until her tears came back.

Xana was terrified when Morvin savagely opened up Xana's entire outfit, her body shaking violently again.

"Does he deserve to be a brother?" xana asked herself who looked extremely chaotic and more chaotic than before.

Xana clenched her hands tightly until her veins appeared on the surface of the skin, the incident last night was really very frightening. Suddenly...

The sound of the bathroom door is slowly being knocked down,

"Xana are you okay inside?" ask Alnerd who had been waiting for the girl

"Yes." said Xana briefly and Xana opened the bathroom door and saw Alnerd bringing him a bowl of porridge and warm water.

"Breakfast first." said Alnerd flatly, Xana walked to the bed and then he welcomed the porridge brought by Alnerd.

Xana's stomach was as turbulent as she again wanted to spit out her entrails, she said,

"What happened to me?" ask Xana wonder.

Alnerd, who has learned that Xana is three weeks pregnant, is silent, overhearing all of Theo's conversations and a man who was about to desecrate Xana last night. But Alnerd didn't know the man just that he knew the name and what family the man was from,

'Morvin Elvano!'

"Xana.." call Alnerd slow and look lethargic

"What's wrong?" ask Xana wonder

"You know what happened to you." said Alnerd flatly not as usual, yes of course not as usual! Which man can tell if the woman he likes turns out to have been pregnant with another man, although there is no relationship but still Alnerd felt a little disappointed.

"What's up Alnerd?" ask Xana wonder

"You're pregnant" said Alnerd briefly made Xana speechless when she heard Alnerd's speech earlier

"Don't joke!" ketus Xana

"You're three weeks pregnant." said Alnerd, making Xana pias instantly

"What right?" xana asked still in disbelief, Alnerd just stared at the woman flatly.

"You're not a girl anymore." murmured Alnerd slowly.

"Is this Cullen?" thought Xana who still did not believe Alnerd's words before proving the truth.
