Chapter 24. The Whole Night

The Cullen Mansion looked lonely in the middle of the night, Xana who had already slept in her bed comfortably without realizing there was someone sneaking in.

A shadow makes Xana wake up accidentally because she feels someone, Xana walks towards a curtain in the glass window of her room. Suddenly...

"Xana??" calling Cullen from behind Xana, Xana turned her head but simultaneously a knife was directly on Xana's neck.

"Xanna!!" cullen shouted, then saw a man right behind Xana who had put the knife on his neck.

"Hahahaha Cullen why are you so stupid." said the man, laughing roaringly and sounding all over the room.

"Once you touch her, I'll never forgive you again!" cullen insisted on the man

"Hemm, is he Megi's replacement?" ask the guy

"Megi??" xana murmured in the heart

"You know that little girl, your master is a mob boss!" said the man right in Xana's ear

Xana's heart was beating fast again because of a remark that to her was very 'impossible and impossible!'

"Xana don't listen to him!" said Cullen coldly

"Bahh! Cullen, Cullen until when are you going to hide this reality?" say that guy

"Daniel SILENCE!!" cullen shouted firmly and with great emphasis

"Ap.what's right?" xana asked curiously, Cullen looked at Xana from a distance actually he would not hide all that just not yet the time to say all these facts.

Xana loosened Daniel's grip and unlocked the man, then Xana swiftly turned her body and hit Daniel's neck with both hands.

Daniel falls because of Xana's hit on target, Cullen is quite surprised by what he sees with his eyes. Although Xana used to shoot thugs who almost desecrated her, but only this time Xana showed her martial action.

Xana turned things around, quickly seizing Daniel's knife and pointing it straight at Daniel's neck.

"Never test my patience!" firmly Xana is cold and expressionless, she is angry and upset but on one side Xana tries to understand the situation.

"Tick up Daniel and don't let him loose again!" cold Cullen's orders

"All of you don't move!" firmly Xana, her red eyes held back the crying as well as the overflowing emotions. Somehow Xana still finds it hard to accept the fact that 'Cullen is the Mafia Boss?'

"Xana we can talk about that later" said Cullen trying to persuade Xana

"SILENCE!" xana said coldly making them all speechless again staring at the woman who felt lied to

"Why am I angry!! I don't know what happened to my heart!!" grumbled Xana annoyed.

Actually Xana started to open her heart, eager to trust Cullen. But what is all this? Xana felt she had been lied to! He thought Cullen was a nice guy, albeit a little cold and rough. Xana is simply unable to understand her own heart, what happens in her life does not fit Xana's original plan.

Cullen approaches Xana, who is still locking Daniel in both hands,

"Xana let me take care of Daniel" Cullen said

"He almost killed me! Do you still want to forgive her?" xana asked, Cullen silently looked at Xana who was full of anger.

"Well do what you want to do" said Cullen, then he sat down as if sulking. Dony and his men fell silent,

"What happened to these two people?" they thought they saw one full of emotion and one was silent without speaking because of sulking.

"Hahahaha, it turns out that you are not an ordinary little girl" said Daniel who had noticed them, Xana tightened her lock and injured Daniel's neck until it bled a little.

"But unfortunately your little girl is only Megi's replacement for Cullen." Daniel told Xana.

The sound of the shot that Cullen lay right on Daniel's forehead until he died in front of Xana's eyes, Xana was silent her body slightly shaking because Daniel's body slowly slumped from Xana's grip.

"Damn!!! He's my part!" yell Xana ketus

"If I don't stop quickly, you won't act" Cullen said. Xana was furious and she let Daniel go and went out of the room with a sour face,

"Hurry and clean Daniel's body and clean up all the mess in Xana's room!" cullen's orders were firm

"And explain to me why Daniel escaped!" cullen said coldly making his men shudder in horror because of his sharp look Cullen's eyes.

Then Cullen chased after Xana who left them in his room earlier, somewhere the girl Cullen to go around the mansion but Xana was not there.

"Quick find Xana don't let her go! Or you all won't set foot here again!!" cullen's orders overwhelmed his men.

While on one side Xana was sitting in the flower garden behind the Cullen mansion, she was sitting right under a shady tree. The moonlight faintly illuminated her teary-eyed face, Xana's body trembling as her fear and emotions mixed.

Xana muffled her screams using her mouth, for some reason it hurt to be lied to and Xana felt toyed with. Although reality is not what he imagined, it is just a misunderstanding.

Xana stared at the moon of the night that looked round like a ball, her old memories re-spinning in memory making Xana's cry even more so.

Unknowingly Cullen had been behind him and was looking at Xana with the same pain, for the first time he felt guilty for lying to Xana with the black world he had been in all this time.

Cullen did not approach Xana, but she sat leaning behind the tree that was also Xana sandari. Their current position was both leaning against the same tree, Cullen did not want to disturb the chaotic-looking Xana. He knew and realized that Xana would not easily accept this reality, but everything had to be made clear so that Xana could accept herself as she was.

In the silence of the night a soft crying voice echoed in the flower garden, it seemed as if it was emitting out all the pain that had ever occurred in life. The voice was a cry of hurt and disappointment muted long enough, yet it was as if he wanted to shout at the universe saying that his heart was wounded and very, very disappointed.

Cullen involuntarily shed a few tears for the first time,

"Did I just get out of the black world for Xana?" cullen thought that when he saw Xana like this he felt guilty and hurt, even though this was not entirely because Cullen made Xana cry but because Xana also remembered her painful past.
