Chapter 32. Cullen's Story

Xana was lying on Cullen's arm without a thread, only a blanket covered the two.

"Cullen why do you keep forcing Ellena out of the country?" xana asked as she looked at the handsome face of Cullen who was closing his eyes,

"This is too dangerous.." said Cullen briefly.

"Why?" xana asked again still curious, now she was like a little girl who asked a lot.

"I have too many enemies here, if my family lives far away from me then they will be far from danger" Cullen explained

"Do you still have parents?" ask Xana

"Hemm" said Cullen briefly

"Why don't I know" Xana muttered softly but still heard by Cullen, the man chuckled.

"Of course you don't know, they're out of the country" Cullen said as he turned to face Xana. Cullen looked at Xana's sweet face, and then stroked Xana's hair, which was smeared on her face.

"Do you want to meet them?" ask Cullen

"I'm not ready yet." said Xana shyly

"When are you ready?" ask Cullen again

"Don't know." replied Xana origin made Cullen again chuckle

"You laugh a lot now?" ask Xana

"Can't I laugh?" Cullen asked back

"It's not just that it feels weird." said Xana slowly

"Xana.." call Cullen.

"Hmmm" said Xana briefly

"You know why I separated Ellena from my parents?" ask Cullen

"Don't know, you haven't told me why" said Xana, closing her eyes but accompanied by a small smile

"My parents live in America while my uncle and aunt are in New Zelan with Ellena"

"Why is that?" ask Xana wonder

"I mean why did you separate Ellena from your mom and dad?" ask Xana again

"I don't want Ellena to suffer." said Cullen made Xana squeak her forehead

"Since childhood Ellena always lived with her uncle and aunt, they adopted Ellena because my parents did not want to have a daughter" Cullen explained

"Hemm kasian Ellena." said Xana spontaneously

"Just be calm she won't lack affection" Cullen said

"What about your parents?" asked Cullen to Xana, Xana had thought for a while he had to tell the story or the owner of this body now. Sometimes Xana herself is confused about her identity but she must always be Xana the owner of this original body,

"Huhhhhh" Xana let out a heavy sigh

"If you don't want to tell me that's okay." said Cullen when he saw Xana's slightly sad face,

"Don't I tell you" said Xana briefly

"Hemm but I want to hear it again" said Cullen in a slightly spoiled tone

"Do you actually like Xana or me?" ask Xana suddenly

"I like your soul, whoever you are I like." Cullen said unexpectedly by Xana herself,

"I think you like the owner of this body" Xana murmured inwardly, but Cullen's words seemed so sincere that Xana was unable to say anything more.

A few minutes passed by the silence of the night crawling the two, right at 11:30 Xana still could not sleep while Cullen had fallen asleep first.

The man wrapped his hands around Xana's waist and Xana no longer resisted, as she slowly began to trust Cullen and accepted the man to enter her life.
