Day by day passed.
After the distribution of reports, the school entertained teaching and learning activities for 2 weeks.
Maybe for other children, school holidays can be filled with holidays out of town or play as much. But for me school holidays are boring activities that just stay at home because since High School I was lazy to play outside the house. Instead of not wanting to get along wrong, or I'm lazy to travel anywhere.
Although bored but I still survive until the holidays are over.
On the eve of entering school, I was informed that each extracurricular should be a committee in MOS activities or student orientation period.
Finally I was interested in participating in the activity, so I was very excited. In MOS activities I was invited by the senior to introduce extracurriculars to the new students.
It just so happened that I was active in Islamic extracurriculars. So at the time of showing the exkul demo, we did not need to bother in preparation. Just introduce the activities we do in the exkul.
After the MOS activities ended, I officially became the elder brother of Class XI.
The XI class is all-new because of the new classrooms, new friends and new atmosphere as well. I met up with friends from different X classes. At that time our classes were divided into IPA and IPS. While I ended up being chosen to IPA class, I was grateful because it was within my expectations.
I don't know if I have to be happy or sad when I have to adapt again to new friends. I parted ways with my old classmate X, and I parted ways with Lutfia.
But it doesn't matter to me, the important thing is that I have to learn better.
My classroom is next to the cafeteria, when it's a break or an empty hour the kids steal the opportunity to go to the cafeteria. Even when my class was focused on studying, there were other classes that stopped by the cafeteria and made a scene near my class. Okay, but how else.
The beginning of being a student of class XI IPA was quite scary for me, because I had been overshadowed by the formulas of Mathematics, physics, and chemistry.
He said that being an IPA child is very confusing, because every day will be filled with formulas. But the shadow of the formula did not make me give up before the war. However, IPA is my class of choice, because when working on psychotes I really hope to enter IPA class.
There have been several statements from previous seniors, that IPA children are diligent children. While IPS are wayward children. But I have no problem with the statement, both majors each have advantages. IPA children are more concentrated in memorizing formulas and practices, while IPS children have concentration in accounting or rote theory. So there is nothing to dispute from these two majors.
Some new friends in my class are friendly, but there are some who still play in groups. Understandably because they have only adapted in the new class, they have not been close enough to other friends.
Like a new class usually, in my class there is an election of a class president. And the one who was chosen at that time was a guy named Irham.
Before the election of the class president, there was a homeroom teacher who introduced himself in front of my class. Her name was Madam Fatimah and she was pregnant. Before maternity leave, she made sure that classes were well organized. After getting a homeroom teacher and class president, finally discuss some class needs for the next 1 year.
"Hallo. I'm Miss Fatimah, for the next year you'll be my son yes.."
"Yes, ma'am, " answered my class.
"But. I ask you to please understand, because soon I will be on maternity leave. So I can't guide you for a while."
"Yes Bu gapapa, later if already born his son brought to school yes ma'am"
"Yes insyaallah. Why did you have to take her to school?"
"Let's just momong Bu hehehe"
"Hehe does not need, the time is that the mother must tell the children of the students to momong the children of the mother. You focus on learning"
After a few weeks of being a child of class XI IPA turned out to be enough to make me saturated. Because every day we are presented with math, chemistry, physics lessons can be a 3x week meeting.
Until one day I just liked the lesson. Where activities outside the classroom and can breathe fresh air without being overshadowed by formulas.
And long ago I knew that Iyan's senior class turned out to be the schedule of lessons along with my class. Either by chance or it is arranged by God. So that I meet with brother Iyan in the field every week.
Every week the class first uses the field, then continued with my class. What a coincidence.
Even though he didn't know me at all, so did I who could only look at him from afar.
While I was still waiting for the Information from Lutfia that had not reached me yet, it seemed like she had also forgotten about the agreement. Though it has long been promised to find out information about kak iyan.
A few months after the teaching and learning activities were carried out, there was an announcement that the school would hold camp activities. I intend to come, hopefully I get permission from both parents.
"Bu. lara permission to participate in school activities yaa"
"What activities?"
"Hemm that's like that inauguration table, camp"
"Oouh.. Are you brave?"
"God willing, was it first when SMP lara had come too"
"Yeah I'm a ngizinin, just be careful there"
"Yes Ma'am.hehe thank you, ma'am ngizinin"
"Sama-sama, how are you going to prepare?"
"Oh that's it.yes it's already"
After I gave the school a sheet of paper about the announcement of the inauguration, they were hesitant at first but they finally allowed it.
Then I prepare everything needed for there, starting from personal equipment, medicine, or others. This was my first experience to participate in activities outside of camping during high school.
Inauguration Day.
That day it was seen that all the students who were excited would follow the activity, while carrying things. When I was watching the other students who were preparing, suddenly my eyes failed to focus on someone who was carrying gallons and a backpack.
"Well, isn't that Iyan's sister? Turns out he's coming too?" I murmured in my heart. I became happy and excited, after knowing that Iyan sis participated in this activity.
My feeling at that time was very happy, hoping there would be many opportunities to meet with brother Iyan.
For 2 days I will camp in that place, indeed the location became one of the most popular locations for camping.
Arriving there, the teachers or coaches gather all students on the field to make an announcement. After listening to the announcement, each extracurricular is welcome to set up a tent. And what surprised me so much, it turns out that the tent of brother Iyan close to my tent is only one tent apart.
While the others were setting up tents, I was busy watching Brother Iyan who was trying to set up his tent. Kak Iyan is included in the extracurricular football, whose average members are men.
At nightfall, the atmosphere of the camp was getting crowded because some students liked to sit outside the tent rather than inside.
There are people who play the guitar, there are also those who are meeting for the next day. Because the core activity is tomorrow, and tomorrow will be held various kinds of activities.
Lucky that night I fell asleep. Until the morning, I woke up and heard the sound of the dawn prayer. The sound of the Adhan is quite far, because the location we camp far from the mosque or residential residents.
I wanted to go to the toilet but no one woke up at the time. If I go to the toilet alone, it's still dark outside and people haven't woken up. I had to wake my friend Fitri. A friend who is tenting with me.
"Fit.. wake up fit. Anterin I yuk"
"Hmmm...What time is it?"
"it's dawn"
"Huh? it's dawn?"
"Yes.ayo get up, we go to the toilet first. if you are sure to queue"
Then Fitri woke up sitting and rubbed his eyes.
"Come on.." then Fitri took the toiletries and changed clothes.
I waited for Fitri outside the tent, while breathing fresh air, it turned out that there were already some people who woke up from other tents.
And when I looked towards Iyan's tent, there was someone sitting in front of the tent. But because it was still dark and there was so little lighting that I couldn't see exactly who was sitting. My eyes are also still sleepy, just need to wash my face or take a shower to be fresh.
After taking a shower and getting ready to do activities, I and other friends had breakfast with rice wrap.
Finished breakfast and preparing the equipment, all students who will do outbound activities that day began the path of looking for traces of each of their extracurriculars. So did I, who was acting as senior brother, to guard the second post.
As usual, each post was asked a few questions about our extracurriculars or general questions. If the participants incorrectly answered it was definitely given a punishment, whether it was push-ups, sit-ups, or just smearing his face with mud.
Finished guarding the post and exul members have successfully passed the post I guarded. Finally I immediately walked towards the outbound location, passing through one post after another extracurricular.
But then my friends and I stopped under a shady tree, exhausted from walking.
After some time there were some people passing in front of us, it turns out that one of them there was Iyan. My reflexes looked at him and smiled. One of my ex-kul friends who took shelter with me was Kak Yogi greeting kak Iyan casually. It turns out they know each other.
"Hey Iyan, what kind of post were you guarding? "
"Just for the first post, you're done?" answer brother Iyan.
"Udah nih, I want to go to the location of outbound gilee far away"
"Hahaha is far away, yes let's go together to let the spit sampe"
"Come.. Will the others walk again or ventar?" ask Yogi and the others.
"Go ahead" said one of my friends.
Kak Yogi even invited us to walk together with Iyan and his friends.
Really at that time my feeling was very happy to be able to walk together with Brother Iyan. Even though I just saw it I was happy, especially being able to walk behind it.
