Chapter 60. Happy Ending or Sad Ending?

Two months later.

"Brother Ellard. There are proven to have committed crimes in the form of fraud, extortion, premeditated murder and attempted murder of Mrs Eleanor.

Ellard had a look with Arella who smiled satisfied to see it. The man's chest rumbled, as his life had been completely destroyed. A handsome man named Railo swiftly protected the woman from the camera glare of the reporters, who were lined up in front of the courtroom door.

"Happy new life, my ex-husband," said Arella, smiling so sweetly.

"Fuck up!"

Arella could see Ellard's lip gesture saying those trashy words. Arella simply raised an eyebrow in response.

Behind Ellard, Lilith was led away by several policemen with handcuffs. The woman asked to pause for a moment, and looked at Arella's face with a pushy look.

"Have you ruined my life?" lilith said with a shrill voice. Some of the people around them turned to the inmate.

"Well, aren't you the first one to ruin my life? This is just a small reply, so you can feel what I felt first," Arella replied with her chin raised, showing her victory.

"Sat! Fuck you!" Lilith's tiny lips curled in annoyance.

"Already! Just stop! Want your punishment added?" snapped at one of the policemen, pulling Lilith to leave immediately.

Arella was weaving her lips, seeing the twins Railo and Rhea had just come.

"Allard! Replace your clothes with this. There's someone who wants to meet."

A prison warden called out to a skinny, black man, who was hoeing a small vegetable garden behind the prison.

"Well! Who's visiting me?" ask Ellard.

"You will know too. Now take a shower, then change your clothes with this shirt" the warden ordered.

Ten minutes later, a well-groomed Ellard walks into the prison's living room, to meet someone who's looking for her.

His eyes widened to see the beautiful and long black haired woman sitting behind the glass. They cannot meet in person. Especially since Railo was a heavyweight prisoner.

"Yes, I came here because I knew that there would be no one to visit you" Arella said.

The woman held back her tears, seeing the appearance of her ex-husband who had changed much compared to before. The man now looked more like a living skull, as it was very thin. After all, he had spent happy times with his little friend.

"Thank you, yes," Ellard replied.

"But don't be happy just yet. Because maybe this is the last time I'm here. So I'll give you two tidings" Arella said.

"What news is that?" ask Ellard.

"First, the woman of your choice is now a maid in a women's prison. He occupies the lowest caste there," said Arella smiling cynically.
