The Devil's Dribble Husband

The Devil's Dribble Husband
Chapter 29. As You

"So where are you going now?" search for Lilith, all of you divert the conversation.

"We're going to have dinner outside. Ellard promised me dinner at a nice place, "Arella replied

"Oh .." replied Lilith with a sour face.

"Duh, sorry. You must be upset to hear it. I didn't mean that. But we still can't take you. Because we're just a message for two people" Arella said with a happy smiling face.

"I understand. I've promised someone here" Lilith said in a rather high tone.

He deliberately put on a flat face, even though his heart was raging. Lilith didn't want Arella to see her jealous. Because she knows, the more jealous a woman is of her husband, the more happy she is to tempt him. Yes, you could say this was Lilith's own personal experience, when Ellard was still Anella's legal husband.

"What restaurant do you want to eat at? Must be an expensive restaurant, so you have to order first?" slowly, Lilith continued to investigate her husband's activities with Arella.

"No, really. We've already booked a suite room" Arella replied loudly and firmly.

"Well!"

Lilith and Ellard compactly opened their mouths wide. Even Ellard's heart was beating very fast, hearing the unexpected reply from Arella.

"Didn't he just take me out to dinner at a fancy riverfront restaurant?" ellard thought to himself.

"When talking about business a lot of things that interfere, even though they are in a VVIP restaurant. Not to mention the business secrets that must be maintained," explained Arella.

"You may be surprised to hear it, but business people used to do things like this, sometimes even not to go home" he continued.

Ellard stammered at Arella's reply just now. The sentence was exactly the same as what he had said to Anella, when he spent the night with Lilith first.

"Be-so, huh? But what do people say that men and women are alone in the room all night?" lilith said again. The friction between the two women was getting hotter.

"As I said earlier. In the world of business it is common for such things to happen. No one thought it was strange. Didn't you and Ellard have done the same thing, right? Even celebrating an anniversary at a luxury hotel before getting married, right?" Arella directly insinuated Lilith blatantly.

"Eh? But we do have a relationship? Not just a coworker or business associate?" lilith's reply was not to be equated with Lilith.

"Oh, huh? But what I heard, Ellard just lost his wife four months ago. Even her status is still a missing person" Arella said.

"Th-that ..." Ellard's body trembled hearing that. Unexpectedly, Arella was not the innocent woman she thought she was.

"So you're accusing me of being a mistress? Why can you accuse me of that?" Lilith said. His breath sounded rough, with eyes lit up.

"No, kok. You said you stayed at this hotel a year ago. And the business people in this city also know that Ellard has a beautiful wife. If I think about it, you're just talking about business."

Arella smiled with satisfaction after saying that sentence. He saw Lilith's sour face, but could not reply anymore. While Ellard who had looked tense, now began to smile. She must have thought, that Arella slowly began to open her heart to herself.

Arella showed the fitting card of a luxury hotel located by the lake and hills on Lilith while grinning widely. He knew Lilith would no longer be able to follow him to the hotel. Because just to get into the gate, there are a lot of checks.

I borrowed it for a couple of hours, yeah. I promise I won't taste it" Arella said moments later. "Come, Ellard. My stomach has sounded from earlier" said Arella. His hand again held Ellard's hand affectionately.

"Yes, okay. I'm hungry too" said Ellard.

"Y-yes, please." Lilith can't say anything anymore. He was forced to keep his sense of regret deep, so as not to be further humiliated by Arella.

"En, Arella. Sorry yesterday we got carried away until lack of rest. Don't borrow it too long, yeah. So that my husband can go home and rest quickly" Lilith said before they parted ways.

Arella smiled faintly hearing that. "Don't worry, I just borrowed it for a while to discuss business matters" Arella replied. "Unless he doesn't want to go home. I had to let her go home this morning like this," Arella continued as she passed away.

"Bad. Just look at it later. I'll make sure she won't be able to get close to the man again, after I've ruined his annoying face" Lilith snorted in annoyance.

"Arella, aren't we hurting Lilith too much? It seemed like he was a bit angry, "Ellard said as they entered the elevator.

"Eh, time? I thought you guys used to live free lives. Ah, I mean with an open mind" Arella replied not feeling guilty in the slightest.

"Lilith was a bit jealous. Especially when discussing my ex-wife first," explains Ellard carefully.

"Oh, so I'm just his ex-wife? Though no divorce papers from the court, nor death warrants from me." Arella grumbled inwardly.

"I'm afraid he's going to mess up our business plan" the man added.

Ting! Elevator door opens. Arella got out of the elevator first. Ellard followed later.

"Don't worry. He will definitely support you. Lilith must understand why we have to be like this" Arella said later, smiling in secret. His head rested on Ellard's shoulder spoiled. After all, that man is still her legal husband, right?

"But how did you know about me and my ex-wife? Did you know me before?" look at Ellard who holds a curiosity in Arella.

"I found out about it on the news. But your case is very well known among businessmen and businessmen in this city. That's why many of them are reluctant to do business with you," explained Arella. "I don't care, as long as you can work with you" Arella said.

"Yes, that's right. I'm very professional in business. All of those assets are in my name. So do not worry there will be a conflict of building disputes later," replied Ellard.

"Yeah ... I just found out, that my business is not smooth because Anella disappeared and I was rumored to be cheating. It turns out Lilith only brought bad luck to me. Hopefully I can get Arella's heart and come back successful" Ellard thought slylyly.

"Why are you smiling to yourself? What are you thinking? Must be thinking of perverted things, huh?" god Arella who was struggling spoiled on Ellard's arm. "Don't think too far, I won't interfere in business and personal pleasure" he added.

"Oh, huh? We'll see" said Ellard looking at the woman next to him mischievously.
