"Anella, where are you, son? I'm sorry that Mom doesn't believe you."
Lady Eleanor walked towards the elevator with a shudder step. The two policemen who were accompanying her, looked at the woman with pity.
They had dismantled all rooms of Ellard's 1313 apartment, but found nothing suspicious. The last week of CCTV footage in the building also did not show Ellard meeting anyone there. Now, Mrs Eleanor's only hope is the result of tracking Anella's HP position.
The woman was truly sorry for her attitude, who could not believe her daughter's words about the rottenness of Ellard, her adopted son and daughter-in-law.
"Ma, Ellard cheated on me. She's been in a relationship with a woman named Lilith for the past three years" Anella said two days ago.
"What's that blank, Anella? A man as good as him you say is cheating on you?" refute Lady Eleanor.
"I know, Mam trusted Ellard a long time ago. But try to open a little Mama's eyes," pinta Anella while holding her mother's hands.
"Your husband is not that kind of person. He was quite quiet from a small. But he was the most well-mannered boy Mama had ever met," replies Lady Eleanor.
"Mama pretended not to know, or really didn't know?" anella asked as she held back her tears from breaking. "Now there is a lot of evidence. Mama must have felt her strangeness too, right?"
"You're just jealous because Mama's spoiling Ellard, right? Mama let him rise as director in your place. Then buy him a luxury car and a luxury boat" said Mrs Eleanor.
"Ma, why would I lie? It's not easy for me to tell this. But I still have to say, because I don't want all the gifts you give me, to date another woman."
"It's not necessarily the woman you say is her boyfriend. You're just too sensitive to not get pregnant" replied Mrs Eleanor.
Anella took a deep breath. He was no longer able to accept the betrayal from Ellard. But he also could not scold the mother, who was too dear to his daughter-in-law.
"Ma, if one day I happen to me, please come to this apartment room 1313 with someone" Anella said, giving up a paper containing the address of the apartment in the next town.
Lady Eleanor only caught a glimpse of him, without even bothering him.
...***...
"Are you awake? Now you are in the hospital and getting treatment.
A soft and very soothing voice, greeted Anella who had just woken up from her sleep.
"Thank you ..." Anella hung up her sentence, while staring at the face of the sweet lady sitting on the edge of the bed.
"Rhea. My name is Rhea" said Rhea, introducing herself.
"Thank you, Rhea" said Anella.
"Either. Please don't move, Anne. The stitches in your body are still not dry" Rhea reminded.
"Stupid?" reset Anella. He was horrified to hear it.
"Yes. The doctor decided to operate on some of the injured parts of your body. And now it's still recovery time. Since we don't recognize your family and your identity card doesn't exist, Railo is in charge" Rhea explained.
"Railo?" anella thought to remember. "Ah, he must be the guy that was that night with this woman," he murmured inwardly.
"Ah, then what about the hospital fees?" anella felt sad.
"Railo paid for it" replied Anne.
"Don't feel awkward, Anne. Your condition was very critical and needed emergency help. That's all we can do for you."
"just? This is more than enough. Though the husband who was supposed to guard and protect me, just wanted to eliminate you," Anella muttered while holding back her tears.
"your husband? Now tell me about yourself. What happened to you that night?" pinta Rhea gives a tissue to Anella. She knew that the poor woman had been holding back her tears ever since.
"My name is Anella. That night I just finished dinner celebrating my wedding anniversary with my husband. Turns out it was just his trickery to kill me."
Anella then tells all her stories, which her husband cheated on, and is about to be killed and thrown into the middle of a pine forest.
"Bad! Why is there still such a thing as this in modern times?" Railo Umpat. The smile on his face faded away, changing with a horrifying jaw and fiery eyes.
"I didn't actually faint. I could hear all their talk clearly. But I was forced to pretend to faint, as it was powerless to fight them both" Anella replied. "I pretended to be dead too, when they both beat me" he continued in a soft voice.
"Jeez, so mean?" Rhea could not hear Anella's bitter story. "How did you get out of there?" ask Rhea curiously.
"They threw me into the abyss. Luckily I got stuck in a tree, not far from the top. I also broke a leg and crawled to the side of the highway."
Anella told me about her painful struggle. Her shoulders moved up and down, along with her heart-wrenching sobs.
"Gruesome! Why could there be such a cruel person, anyway?" Railo clenched both his hands. She also felt the pain felt by Anella.
"Thank you for helping me. If I go home later, I'll change all the costs" Anella said.
"Don't think about it, Anne. Focus on your health first. But I hope you will accept our help without a reply" Railo said.
"Actually that night we reported you to the police, to help find your family. But unfortunately until three days passed, our report was not published, because at that time there were landslides and flash floods in hillside villages," he said.
"Three days ago?" Anella was shocked to hear it.
"Yes, you were in a coma for three days because of bleeding in your head and other injuries to your body" Railo said.
"God! Mama! What about my Mom? She must have lost me these few days," Anella shouted hysterically.
"Do you want to call your mama, Anne?" Rhea gave her phone to Anella.
"Can I borrow it?" ask Anella.
"of course. You have to inform your family, Anne," Rhea said with a smile.
Drrv!
"Hello?"
"Mama, it's me."
"Gosh, Son. Is this really you?" Lady Eleanor cried as well as breathed a sigh of relief, having lost her only daughter for three days.
"Tenru this is really a beautiful and spoiled mama's child" Anella replied with a sob.
"Why did you go abroad without telling Mama? Why call Mom now? Are you angry with Mama? Forgive Mama, son," said Mrs Eleanor, full of regret.
"Eh? Out of state?" Anella asked her mother.
