Two o'clock in the morning in the middle hills of the forest. Ellard only heard the sound of the waves pounding on the beach down there. Occasionally bats and owls fly in the dark middle of the night.
No sign of life around here. Even the lights of residential residents and fishing boats are not visible. It only faintly looks flickering from a distance. It looks like it came from a different side of the beach.
"What's going on? Why would this goddamn GPS take me to a haunted place like this?"
Ellard stomped her feet to the ground where she was standing. The sound of a branch breaking due to its footing, made some of the rats wandering among the grasses run away.
"But really, is this the mansion and the villa? Is this an old building? And what I occupied yesterday was in a different place?"
Even the bewildered Ellard could only be fixated in the darkness of the night. He doesn't know who to ask. There's no one there. HP signals sometimes appear lost.
"Ck! I was in vain here. I'll find out again in the morning, huh. I hope there's another clue." The slightly dark-skinned man turned his car engine back on, then left the place.
Halfway through the journey, Ellard's HP rang. He gets a call from a hired detective.
"Hello, is there good news for me?" ask Ellard.
"Sorry, I lost track of that woman at Incheon Airport. It seems he's off to Japan. Because there is no invoice of the flight from Korea to Japan," replied the man on the phone.
"Gobl! You should have looked for it! To get to Antarctica, you have to find and kill her." Ellard went berserk hearing the report that she didn't expect.
"Haaah, I want to do it. Just as long as you keep your promise. Until now you haven't paid me a dime. Does stalking someone cost nothing?" reply the hired detective with a ketus.
"You don't believe me? I'll pay you many times over. Just so you managed to kill the old granny," Ellard replied with a snapshot.
"I don't believe you. You could say you are poor right now? That's why you chased after Mrs Eleanor and wanted to kill her, to get her property" said the detective. "If you want this mission to continue, pay me ten million seconds too."
Being slapped by reality left Ellard speechless. Let alone ten million. Ten thousand of them do not have it at this time.
Lilith's branded goods are worth a dozen million. Moreover, Anella's necklace is worth billions. But as long as the items had not been sold or invested, it was still not worth anything to Ellard.
"Here you go, I'm lazy to continue this mission. Let's just say my trip to South Korea was a vacation. I'm not going to charge the poor like you" the detective said before hanging up.
"Fuck up! That's why I don't like being poor. Everyone goes when I'm poor." Ellard muttered in annoyance.
...*** ...
Morning, at Lilith's apartment. The woman didn't sleep all night after everything that happened to her. Neither Ellard nor Arella, there was none that could be on the line. The woman asked someone to track them down.
Geck! Geck! Geck!
"Excuse me. We are building management staff. " Lilith's bedroom door was knocked by a man.
"Eh? Why is the manager of the building coming? Really tumben?" lilith thought doubtfully. During his stay here, he had never arrived the manager of the building unless deliberately requested.
Geck! Geck! Geck!
"Is there anyone inside?" yell that guy again.
"What do you need to do here?" sahut Lilith while tidying the living room that looked like a broken ship was as rough as it was.
"Ah, wait a minute." Lilith hurriedly smeared the powder onto her face so as not to be too pale. Not to forget he also combed his tangled hair.
Chequek!
"Please ma ..." Lilith's words stopped in the middle. "Wine! I don't think they're building managers, though. Where is there a manager of a thug-looking building like this."
Lilith suddenly fretted and frightened, seeing the four burly men and the tattoo on her hand standing in front of her. The four men had rogue faces like thugs.
"Yes, Boss. This is the woman" said one of the smallest men, who was holding a piece of paper with a picture of Lilith.
"Who are you?"
Lilith hurriedly closed the door. But the movements of the men were much faster. They held back Lilith's apartment door, so as not to close. One by one they barged in.
"Hey! Who're you! If anything, I'll call security" exclaimed Lilith.
"You want to call the security forces? Huh! Yes please aja. They have said that when it comes to building security debt, they do not want to interfere" said a man called the boss.
"debt? What debt do you mean?" lilith was confused.
"Hey you guys. Let's grab her stuff! TV, fridge, all taken. Don't forget to check the closet in the room! Clothes, clocks, jewelry, bags, shoes, all branded things don't forget to take too!" Griffith the loan shark chief ignored Lilith's question.
"God! You guys are crazy? Why touch someone else's property? It's a criminal act called. I can report you to the police."
Lilith pushed one of the men who was about to take her expensive shoes. He also threatened the thugs. But the burly man and the long hair just laughed. Lilith's energy was nothing to her.
"Well, shit! This woman is crazy, apparently. It's probably just debt, but it won't pay" said the man. His left hand threw cheap shoes on the floor, and took a heels for two million rupiahs off the shelf.
"Return! That's milkku!" lilith screamed with all her might.
"Yes already. Ni, take it." The man threw the maroon-colored heels at Lilith. But then she took a French brand fur coat from inside the closet.
"That's mine too! I bought it overseas! Restore it!" lilith's orders were deafening.
"Hey, female demon. Don't interrupt our work. We're here because we didn't get paid the loan, according to the agreed deadline."
Griffith, who had only been monitoring the work of his men, spoke up.
"We only confiscate valuables as per the agreement. Even this is still lacking to pay off your debt" Griffith continued.
"You're dreaming? Or wrong people? I am a successful businessman. Where is it possible to borrow money from you, "reply Lilith again.
"See this letter. This is a photocopy of your debt agreement. If you want to see the real one, you can come to my office," Griffith explained in a flat tone.
"Ellard borrowed a billion? So why should I pay for it? If he borrowed, he should be the one to return it, too" Lilith said.
