It has been 15 minutes, now is the time for all participants to get ready to receive the next material. The committee in charge of informing was already in their resting place and asked to immediately go to the room that had been prepared.

They also immediately get ready and take books and stationery is no exception with prayer tools.

Outbound events also run very smoothly and have been determined by who the winner of each game is.

Although it feels like they are also like me not wanting to hurry back from here. But, inevitably, we have to return immediately because we only rented the place for 3 days and 2 nights only.

Before returning, we also took pictures first. They seemed very happy and grateful to all the organizers because during the activities are always very well maintained.

We also did not forget to shake hands with all participants and congratulate them, however now they are part of BEM.

Some cry because they are moved, some smile because they are happy. All the look on their faces really made us the organizers feel good to see it.

After everything was done and prepared, we all just waited for the invitation bus to come. When waiting for the bus, there are taking pictures with friends, some are joking together, some are exchanging social media, some are berghibah ria and so forth.

While we are the committee, are evaluating this activity for 3 days. And the results are in line with what was expected.

The show went very successfully. We shake hands with each other and we shake each other. We didn't expect the result to be this successful. Good cooperation will produce satisfactory results.

Today is the first day a new BEM member carries out his responsibilities. Similarly to me, I told the new members of my Ministry what they should do. They also take it very well.

I and my ministry members have started working one job at a time. We work very well together.

Compared to other divisions, my ministry is often in the BEM Room coupled with Fadhil as the Student President who always supervises the work of all his men.

Usually there are also other ministries that can go to the BEM Room, but not infrequently also most new members just follow their friends.

It is called natural selection. Can come at the beginning, can come in the middle or can come at the end. We cannot predict when natural selection will come.

But that doesn't mean we other ministries can't do very well. Because BEM for us is family. So, we both help each other between ministries. We are not focused on the ministry that is being shaded.

However, we work together to work on all ministries in BEM. For us, helping is an important point in an organization. A successful organization.

It does not feel it has been 3 months since the recruitment event for new members of BEM was held, we are really natural selection is at work. Not many are active in BEM.

They mostly just stop by for a while just lying down, taking pictures with their friends or even just sleeping. We can't blame them either.

Maybe they also have their own busyness, eventually resulting in not being able to be active in BEM.

We long-time members of BEM can only understand, because how we have also been in their position. Moreover, the business of college assignments is sometimes no stop.

 

Today there happened to be a meeting with the members of BEM, I was an hour ago already in place for helping others prepare.

 

Similarly, Fadhil, he has long been in a room with several stacks of paper that will be discussed later in the meeting.

I just watched him for a moment and smiled. But, my heart actually wishes that this meeting can run successfully and many come as expected.

The meeting had begun, Fadhil opened his meeting and began to discuss the core of the meeting. I and the others watched Fadhil closely. He explained it in such detail that those of us who noticed him felt like they were getting carried away.
