Chapter 11
Anna was already preparing to wear her best clothes, but for this time the dress that Anna was wearing was unlike the dress last week, she was wearing a pretty polite and elegant dress. "If I told Emily she must be in a frenzy right now" Anna murmured softly. She did not intentionally tell Emily about William's invitation to dinner with her, Anna was afraid that this event would not go as she imagined, it's better that Emily doesn't find out and Anna won't be more embarrassed.
An incoming call resuscitates Anna from her daydream, she sees William's name calling her. Though Anna was waiting for the location that William shared for her to depart now. Without wanting to make William wait a long time, Anna raised the call quickly. "Hello, William? where are we meeting tonight?" ask Anna directly to the point.
"Meet near your apartment garden."
"What?" anna asked confusedly.
William's voice laughed. "I'm in front of your apartment Anna, let's get down and let's go right now."
It was like a dream, Anna quickly looked back at her makeup and picked up the bag that was on the dressing table. "You serious? you're not kidding, are you?" anna asked hurriedly in her black shoes.
"Why am I kidding, let's get down quickly, I'm really waiting for you."
After the call was interrupted, Anna quickly locked the door of her apartment and got into the elevator. It was the first time William had picked up Anna after a few years ago that William had delivered her from college.
Arriving on the ground floor, Anna came out and sure enough William's car was waiting near the park. "I'm sorry for so long, you didn't say you were going to pick me up" Anna said as she got into William's car.
"It's been a long time since you've been sitting in my car again?" kekeh William's. "Now put on your seatbelt and we're leaving now."
"You'll know once we get there" William replied with a small smile.
Anna could only breathe out slowly. During the trip Anna tried not to think far and make the hope that always fails was back to develop. "Whose house is this?" anna asked puzzledly as William's car began to enter a courtyard of such a spacious house, the white house stood gallant and majestic.
"My house." William parked his car and opened the seat belt quietly, unlike Anna who was surprised to hear that.
"What's? um— I mean what are we here for? is there any of your stuff left behind?" ask Anna to panic.
William again gave a small smile, he shook his head slowly. "No, our goal is to come here. Mommy I want to see you, I've told you about the ad idea you made a few times." As Anna was about to return inquiring, William's voice first cut her off. "Here you go, let's go down now."
Doubtfully and very confused, Anna walks into the house following William. At the dinner table, there was already some food and there was only a steel beak woman who seemed to be William's mother. "Hi, are you Anna?" greet the woman smiling very kindly.
Anna smiled gently, she nodded her head. "Yes, I'm Anna" replied Anna politely.
As the three of them sat down, the corner of Anna's eyes saw a man who had just descended from the top floor. "Use Daniel's polite clothes, let's join dinner quickly."
Hearing the name, Anna turned her head and a beautiful sight that was not worth seeing Anna was clearly displayed before her. Daniel went down with all the buttons of an open shirt featuring his burly body that looked seductive. As Anna's gaze rose onto Daniel's face, the man immediately smiled slightly as if implying a message to him. "I'm sorry, I didn't know we had a special guest" Daniel said with his hands slowly buttoning one by one the buttons on his shirt.
