Cheating is a term commonly used related to actions or activities that are dishonest and abusive to their partners, whether boyfriend, husband, or wife.

The term is generally used as something that violates agreement over the fidelity of one's relationship.

The male usurper or the so-called actor today is indeed often the case and becomes one of the things that a wife is wary of.

Various ways will be taken by a wife so that her husband is not captured by other women.

One way that can be done is to pray for her husband, so that the husband remains loyal to her.

Is there a special prayer that the wife or husband is always faithful?

Developing a marriage and maintaining a harmonious household relationship is not easy. Temptations and obstacles often come. It hurts the most when one of the parties is cheating.

It takes effort from both parties, husband and wife, to achieve a family that is sadinah mawaddah warahmah. One way to maintain household harmony is to pray. For the heart of man is changeable, and only Allah can turn the heart of His creature upside down.

Therefore, we should pray to God that our spouse, both wife and husband, is always faithful and kept away from infidelity.

One of the keys to being kept away from infidelity is to maintain loyalty. Loyal to the couple will also make the household more harmonious. Especially avoid the temptations of other demons.

According to Dai Muda Nahdatul Ulama, Ustadz M Najmi Fathon, loyalty should start from yourself. It would be very unfair if we expect a loyal partner but ourselves can not maintain loyalty.

Second, said Najmi, growing mutual trust. If suspicion begins to arise then it should be avoided, considering that married couples must trust each other.

Husbands and wives should also not accuse their partners of cheating without any witnesses and hard evidence. Instead of accusing recklessly, we are encouraged to always tabayun in solving problems.

“So that in the household has arisen seeds of mutual suspicion is dangerous. Grow mutual trust, when there is any information, do not accuse blatantly but we tabayun first,” said ustadz Najmi.

Therefore, praying for each other is important for every couple, in order to stay faithful and be kept away from infidelity.

Rabbana hab lana min azwajina wa dzurriyatina qurrata a’alna lil muttaqina imama.

Meaning: “Our Lord, grant us our wives and descendants as my heart-warmers, and make us priests (leaders) for those who fear.” (QS. Al-Furqon: 74).

Those are the three prayer readings that Parents can practice so that their husbands or wives are loyal and blessed with a healthy family.

Read the prayer regularly three times after the Fardlu prayer. By routine and Istiqomah practice it, God willing, Allah SWT will provide harmony and peace in the household.

Hopefully by practicing these prayers, couples are kept away from the temptations of other men or women who will damage the household.
