Nadia and Fauzan walked together to the ward where Arfan was in care, they just kept quiet while not talking to each other down the corridor, making Nadia wonder because not usually Fauzan so quiet.

During her time with the man, Nadia judged that Fauzan was jolly, friendly and a little narcissistic or inclined to overdo everything. However, finding it silent this time, spread an awkward and cold feel.

Is it because he is hurt? Thought Nadia.

The girl felt an ache in the corner of her heart for the sake of feeling such pain when she knew Antoni had a wife. “Why?” asked Fauzan while raising both eyebrows.

“It's okay, I'm just worried that you're going through something like me,” Nadia said.

“What are you going through, heartbroken with a person whose name is Anthony instead?”

“Where did you know about Anthony?”

“That's an easy matter,” Fauzan's statement is almost the same as the answer Imma gave when they talked to each other on the phone a while ago.

The successful speech made Nadia pensive and furrowed her brows, for a moment he thought that if the same answers from rich people about something that is considered difficult for people seem to be easy for people like them.

Ella is pleased with the presence of Nadia who will now be betrothed to Arfan, by Imma and Fatima. Therefore his desire to approach Fauzan and get his love will be wide open and there is no barrier.

Arkan who is still weak, after this morning he got joint motion therapy for the first time. Seeing Nadia and Fauzan, his heart warmed because he thought they were the perfect couple. She thought her sister did need a woman like Nadia who would guide her.

Fatima and Imma had the same thought that they were so excited by the plan to send many gifts and also visit Nadia's parents' house as soon as possible. That's why they're calling the girl now.

“Sit here, Nadia!” imma said while holding Nadia's hand, she had already stood up and walked to the side of the bed to unite Nadia and Arfan's hands.

Ella, pursing her lips on seeing that, though she no longer loved Arfan, but the man had once been a lover and occupied one corner of her heart.

“Mistress, don't be like this” Nadia said as she pulled her hand back. “Not good with Ella, she's Mr. Arfan's lover.”

“Who said?”

Nadia glanced at Ella who was sitting on the sofa close to Fauzan and Hadian, showing astonishment, how easy is it for a woman to turn her heart away, when loved ones never hurt? He was just sick and needed more attention. What if they had to live to old age and begin to bother, would they be easily abandoned?

“But, Mistress, I object to this decision.” Nadia rebutted meekly.

“Don't call me Madam, call me Mom, and call her Bude.” Imma said as she pointed towards Hatimah who was smiling sincerely at her. Right now, they were standing around Arfan's bed.

“I'm not asking you to accept as soon as possible, I know that it all takes time. So, I ask you to accompany Arfan here often, so you can know each other.”

‘Ah, it turns out only for this I needed apparently' Nadia's inner self while thinning her lips.

“Iya, Nad. You don't have to worry about your needs while here, and about your parents, I've sent them a lot of gifts probably will get there this afternoon.” Fatimah chimed with passion.

“You don't have to worry about me!” ella said as she stood up. The girl stepped closer to Nadia and Imma. Then, again said, “Arfan, tell him that we broke up, yes, right?”

Arfan, the man still lying down nodded and smiled faintly. Despite his heavy heart, he still managed to. She had already heard everything Imma said and Ella's own confession if during her coma, her boyfriend began to fall in love with her half-sister Fauzan.
