I went down from the top floor to the dining table along with Arka and Alicia. Not only the room I occupy, but the feel of this house looks ancient. As far as the eye can see, I don't see any electronic devices. Lots of furniture made of wood, as well as some strange paintings displayed on the wall.

Arriving at the dinner table, I saw two people sitting down. Justin and the other one was a man in his thirties with round glasses. His face is very similar to Mr. Ferdi– my homeroom– but this one looks younger.

"I'm disappointed that you didn't recognize me right away, Killa," said the man, "Have you forgotten your own homeroom teacher?"

Wait, my homeroom teacher he said? Then...mean...that man is Mr Ferdi? I can't believe why he's going to be young again. Moreover, I wonder why he is here. Why didn't he go to school? shouldn't he be teaching today?

I also forgot one other fact. Why are the three of them, Alicia, Arka, and Justin here. Today is not a holiday, I'm sure.

"Sit down, Killa, we'll talk about it all while eating breakfast. I'm sure you'll love this meal because it was made by a great chef." Mr. Ferdi smiled warmly. While Justin, he didn't care at all, he was busy with his food.

This dining table is long and made of wood, very sturdy with five wooden chairs the other standing alone at the end of the table, which is now being occupied by Mr. Ferdi

I was still silent, before a hand touched my shoulder. "Come, Killa." Arka smiled. I nodded and sat down beside Arka . I feel the most foreign in this house.

"Please, do not hesitate, you can eat the food," said Mr. Ferdi.

I stared at the bowl of porridge without any topping, which was still hot. I hesitated to eat this porridge, but my stomach was already thrashing after smelling the scent of this food.

I don't know why, lately I've been feeling very hungry. I took the spoon placed next to the bowl and started putting the porridge into my mouth. I really didn't expect that this porridge was so, even better than my Mama's. Although it only looks pureed without any toppings, but it feels like I'm eating meatballs.

From the end of the table Mr. Ferdi looked at me with a smile. "Not to be ashamed if you want to add" he said.

You are much more than us or humans. The Slyther nation has incredible abilities and you are stronger than that. That's why you're called a special creature."

I don't fully understand what Fredic said. He said I have extraordinary abilities? Everything he said was not true. I suck at exercise and my academic grades are also common. What did Fredic say that I was a special creature? Can I fly or something?

"Have you ever heard of a blood-sucking creature, Killa? Or humans used to call him a vampire." Fredic finished his meal. Now he turns to look at me.

You are like an ordinary human being because you have not awakened something that is within you, something that is very extraordinary. And do you know who attacked your mother last night?"

I shook my head in doubt. Was my mother attacked? but she said Mama just fell. But ... I don't think there's any harm in listening to Fredic.

"But that doesn't mean it's impossible" Justin said suddenly. He finished his breakfast. He breathed before looking at me. "When you can control your power, then after that you can be as normal, as a human being in general."

"That's right," said Arka and Alicia in unison.

Fredic smiled broadly. "Nothing is impossible, right?"

I clenched my hands. "Well how can I control my power?"

"If you do that, you can hand it over to us. Enjoy your breakfast for now." Fredic grinning.

I don't know why I feel bad.

After a few minutes we finally finished breakfast. After that Fredic told me to follow him– out of the house.

My eyes widened when I arrived at the front of the house. Dozens of trees towering hundreds of meters upward encircled this house. Green grass filled the courtyard, with several flowers blooming. A few meters ahead, there is a very large lake with a small pier, as well as a wooden boat that has been tied up in the dock. The water in the lake is very clear.

Across the lake there is also a forest, with trees that are not less high than the trees around the housing. Housing Green Grass classic western style with a spacious yard, which is surrounded by a white wooden fence. On the front porch there are several wooden chairs and tables facing towards the lake, there are also some lanterns hanging on the terrace ceiling.

I don't stop being amazed by the environment here. I did not expect that there would be a house in the interior of a forest like this, a forest filled with trees towering so high up, that the sunlight had difficulty touching the ground.

I followed Fredic until we stopped next to the lake. Looking towards the lake, I saw the reflection of myself being exposed to the rays of the sun. The wind blew from the front, my hair bobbing. For a moment I forgot all the problems that had happened, until I remembered something.

"Oh yeah, then what about my school?"

For a moment Fredic was silent as he spread out his arms, feeling a gust of wind so reconciling. I realized that she was not what she used to be, not only did her aura appearance change as well.

I fell into the lake. Fredic said from the shore of the lake, "Effort to swim here. This is your first exercise. Try to get back safely."

Fredic walked away. But he came back again. Is he going to save me?

I think I'm gonna die.
