I don't know how long I've been unconscious. But, all I know is I woke up in an old, shabby hut–it's no longer in Lisa–'s housethe woman who poisoned me. My eyes twitched as I tried to sit down.
The room inside this hut is narrow. Many cobwebs on the ceiling and inside here smell like long-rotting apples. My head is also throbbing–seems like the effects of the poison are still there. I hissed before deciding to come out from inside this old and shabby hut. The smell really makes me want to vomit.
"Ah, that's right!" I said growled.
When I came out of the hut I was treated to the view of the cemetery–a very wide cemetery. I am not brave! Seeing this scene of course gave me goosebumps, let alone the sky was already dark, and the atmosphere here was very gripping.
Next to the old hut was a large tree that was dead, leaving only branches. And, there are a lot of crows perched there. All the crow's eyes were fixed on me as I stepped foot.
One crow hooks. The next second, all the crows up there hooked, then rained down on me. I instantly protected my body with my hands, but luckily none of the crows attacked me, they just passed me by.
I let out a breath. No crow perched on a dead tree. And now, I'm staring at the funeral. I don't know how many people are buried in this cemetery, but certainly more than hundreds.
Many crows perched on tombstones–saling. I walked through the cobblestone streets that cut through this cemetery. The atmosphere around the dark in the fog, it felt like I was being the main character in a horror movie.
The moon above the sky shone beautifully without the stars beside it, so lonely, like myself as I passed through this cemetery. But before long there was someone running from the front, and they stopped when they saw me.
"Cilla." Justin breathed when he saw me. "Thankfully," he said.
"Quick! we need to get out of this cemetery!" a pointed-eared dwarf figure beside Justin warned, "This place is dangerous" he continued.
I understood so I nodded. We ran to get out of the funeral. However, suddenly the ground trembled, the crows perched on the tombstone instantly flying.
"We are late" said Aulus Parau.
The lands of each grave were split open, giving rise to a skull. Not just one grave, but the entire cemetery in this cemetery is also like that–behaved–lalu took out the figure of a skull. The whole skull gathered together to form an army.
The three of us are trapped. The skulls surrounded us. And without warning they stormed towards us. The skull could easily Justin defeat, but its sheer number really overwhelmed him. Aulus also fought, his movements were very agile.
I really didn't know what to do when a bunch of skulls ran towards me. So, I raised my hand forward hoping for a miracle. And sure enough, a bunch of skulls up ahead there stopped–like there was a fortress blocking them.
My eyes shine. I tried to move my hand to the right, the horde of skulls in front also shifted to the right, I moved my hand up, the horde of skulls also lifted up.
I had no time to be amazed because from my right and left side there were a lot of skulls running towards me. So I stomped the horde of skulls that were affected with my power, stomping violently to the ground, making the skulls instantly crumble.
Aulus who seemed to be looking at my axes, he said, "Good, Killa. Use your power to open the way. Hurry along!"
I'm nodding. "I'll try."
Justin and Aulus came straight at me. I immediately raised both of my hands towards the horde of skulls blocking the path. It worked! I swung my right hand to the right side violently, so that the horde of skulls in front of it crashed to the right side. And so is my left hand. I swung my left hand to the left of–the horde of skulls crashed to the right side.
I continued to use my telekinesis ability to split through hundreds of skulls blocking the way. We finally made it through the cemetery gate, but strangely the skull troop was no longer chasing me once we arrived at the cemetery.
They looked disappointed, and they went back into their graves.
I breathed a sigh of relief while smiling sumringah. Not because I survived the invasion of the skull troops, but because of the strength I have.
I smile. "It seems so," I replied still with a face.
"Then how did you get here?" ask Aulus.
I breathed a rough breath. "Firstly when I first moved in the woods I met a woman. He said he knew something about special blood, so I followed him to his house.
"I was treated to a tea that turned out to have been mixed with poison. I woke up, and suddenly I was in the hut at the cemetery. She said she was one of your friends Aulus ..she was beautiful, and .. her name was Lisa."
Aulus. "Friends? ... Lisa? ... I don't think I know him." Aulus thought hard to remember. "Yes, I don't know him" he reiterated.
Aulus took a deep breath. "It's dark, we have to leave immediately" he said.
After that, the three of us headed east. We continued walking until we finally arrived at a lake with a small pier. On the right and left side of the pier are torches that emit blue flames. And next to the dock there is a wooden boat with the end of a boat shaped lion head.
We boarded the wooden boat. When I got on the boat, I thought: How to move this boat, while there are no oars or any tools to make this boat able to walk.
That's when I just found out it turns out to move this wooden boat we need to cast a spell. Aulus did it. "Offoss soffus."
After saying that, the eyes of the lion at the end of the boat gave off a blue-colored light. A few seconds later the boat was walking on its own.
I looked around the dark lake. It feels great to be on an automatic boat. I turned to look at Justin who was sitting in front of me while holding his arm. He looks calm.
"Justin, where are the twins. Didn't they come with you?"
Justin glanced at me sharply. My mind is suffocating to see it.
"They're somewhere" he answered briefly.
After that I decided to shut up. I dare not ask any more. The atmosphere became an arm before Aulus hummed, giving off a beautiful melody. It feels very suitable for a sleep song.
Every hum that Aulus let out was like there was a story behind it, a very poignant story. Next Aulus changed to sing, the intonation is perfect, Aulus released a sad facial expression–dia very deep into the song.
Aulus stopped singing as the boat entered a large cave. The speed of the boat became slower, the atmosphere in the cave was very quiet. Aulus stuck his finger on the lips– which was blocked by the white beard– hinted to be silent.
Now I understand the reason. Above the ceiling of this cave there are many giant-sized bats that are sleeping. I'm a little surprised, shouldn't bats be active at night?
My question went unanswered because the boat I was on came out of the cave. I saw an island up ahead, where on the coast of the island there was a large enough house, surrounded by dead trees. And behind the creepy house there is a very thick forest.
The house was filled with tree roots. There are two smoke funnels on the right and left sides, a wall made of dark stone, two dog-like monster statues on the front porch of the house, and in the front yard of the house filled with strange plants.
The boat I was on stopped on the island. The three of us got off the boat.
I saw a grandmother standing at the door of the creepy house. His eyes were watching the three of us.
