I made a fatal mistake

"I hate this!" I said as if I were doomed to destiny.

Forget about my stomach feeling so hungry. Now I have to get out of this forest first. I had to find Aulus and the others because I didn't know what to do. So, I walked back down this path. Well, even though my head is a little throbbing.

This forest looks very peaceful, but somehow I feel a bad feeling. This time, the path I went uphill, continued uphill, until I finally managed to get to the top.

Below there–now downhill roads–this trail connects to a strange market. From up here I noticed. I came to the conclusion that the market was a traditional market. All sales are placed on a cart painted in red and a lantern hung around the wagon with a blue flame.

There was no seller, I mean there was no one standing guard on the trading wagon. And all the people who were in the market were very strange, they all wore kimono (Japanese clothes) and wore a mask. Is it a black market?

I don't dare go down there, I can only watch from up here. If I go there, the people at the market will think I'm a freak. Actually I want to go there and ask, but instinctively said that the people in the market there are not good people.

What kind of market does one try in the middle of a forest like this? Isn't it normal to think the market is weird? Then... What should I do now? am I going to continue like this?

I let out a breath. Then suddenly I smelled like a flower from behind. I immediately looked back and found a tall woman wearing a deep red kimono and a white mask without any pattern.

"I finally found you" said the woman. "Come with me now. We don't have time" the woman said.

I followed the figure of the woman wearing the deep red kimono. At first I was confused and suspicious, but after the explanation the woman said, I believed her too. He said that he was one of Aulus' friends who came to pick me up.

There wasn't much the woman said, but in essence I had to follow her somewhere. We went through a detour to pass through that strange market. Looks like my guess is right, that market must be terrible, not what it looks like.

I'm actually grateful that woman didn't ask me too many questions. So, there were no conversations along the way, but somehow I felt strange about this situation.

We no longer pass the path. We went deeper into the forest. Although the forest here is normal, but it still feels terrible. Until I saw a very large tree where under the tree there was a house–home that blends with the tree.

The woman opened the door of the round house, and let me in. "Please come in" he said softly.

I'm nodding. I also went inside. And it turns out that inside here is pretty broad. The living room here is joined with the kitchen, and in the corner of the room there is a shelf with many books.There is a fairly large chandelier, which gives off a luminous, light, and there is a deer headdress on the wall made of wood.

It's warm in here. I must have stayed here for a long time.

"Please sit. I'll prepare the tea" said the woman. Then he walked towards the kitchen.

I sat on the couch leaning my back. This sofa is so soft. I looked around, if you look around, this room is very similar to the one in Green Grass Housing. There are many similarities in this room, for example; paintings, and strange carvings on the walls.

The woman returned from the kitchen carrying a tray containing a teapot and two small glasses. Strangely, despite being inside the house, the woman was still wearing a mask. Is there something on his face that he doesn't want to show to anyone?

The woman nodded. After that he poured the tea into the glass, so graceful while doing so. The aroma of the tea was very fragrant. And this smell, it looks like I've already felt it.

"We will talk casually while drinking tea. Please, you can drink it." He pushed the glass closer to me.

I'm nodding. I picked up the glass and drank the tea slowly. My eyes widened, the taste of this tea is the same as the one I once drank in Green Grass Housing. It tastes like chocolate milk mixed with honey.

The woman took off her mask, smiled at me, then said. "How does it feel?"

"I-it's very tasty," I answered almost choking with tea.

"Thank you."

Really, the woman in front of me is very pretty. His face was like a top artist. His face was thin with pale skin, his nose pointed, and his eyeballs were bright blue. How could such a beautiful woman be in a place like this.

It feels noisy also in the face by such a beautiful woman. However, I felt a bit sleepy after drinking the tea, and my head also felt dizzy. I thought, at least I should have a little chat with the owner.

"So, does the lady live alone in this house?" ask me without any strange intent.

"Lisa," said he. "Call me Lisa. And yeah, you're right. I live alone here."

"Isn't it dangerous to live in a place like this? in the middle of the forest."

Lisa grunting. "No. This forest is not dangerous, even this forest is very friendly. You know, there's a lot of necessities in this forest. You'll understand if you've lived in this place."

I'm nodding. Trying to be a good listener.

"Wait a minute. You must be hungry, I'll bring you some cake." Lisa stood up and walked towards the kitchen. Soon he returned with a plate full of cake. Lisa put the plate in front of me.

I really want to eat those cookies. My stomach is very hungry. But this sleepiness is getting worse. My eyelids are heavy.

"Are you starting to feel it?" tanyakanya.

I immediately swerved. I stared at my tea glass, only then did I realize that it turned out that my tea had been mixed by poison. My head was getting dizzy, my vision became blurred before I finally fell unconscious.
