"You're wearing dirty clothes... When you pass out you slip in the blood..." Nathan didn't finish his sentence, no need.
"Who changed my clothes?"
"Casalia I don't think this is the most important thing..."
Cassie stand. He was only wearing a man's shirt, the only thing they could give him was because there were only two men living in that house, he said, but he didn't seem to care much and there wasn't the slightest bit of embarrassment in his voice.
"I wonder who changed my clothes!"
"That's me" Nathan, on the contrary, was very shy.
When Robert tells her that he has to look after Cassie's mother and that he also has to look after Cassie, he doesn't realize that this includes taking off her bloodied clothes. Not blood scares her, but taking Cassie's clothes off...
"Who is this shirt?"
"You think? Do you think Robert has good taste?"
Cassie smiled, "No, I don't think so" Cassie lay on the bed and looked at Nathan.
"So this is Robert's apartment" Cassie said, looking around.
"I don't think he lives in a modern apartment like this..."
"Do you think he lives in a log house on a hill?"
"No, but I didn't expect modern furniture like this..."
"If it were for him, surely we would have a 19th-century furnished house, but luckily I still have the right to speak!" Nathan lived for years with Robert. ..
Cassie nodded and narrowed her eyes "Where is Robert?"
"He took care of your mother... I think he'll be back in a while"
"And Cameron?"
"All right! When we took her home, her wound was healed" Cassie fixed her blanket and at that point her eyes opened again.
"Where are you going?" He said, putting his hands on Nathan's arm.
"I have to call Robert and tell him that everything is fine here..."
The girl nodded and closed her eyes. His breathing became heavier and Nathan knew he was asleep.
Nathan has been watching Cassie all the time since she fainted and was anxious for him. Now he's better, he's calm. He looked at her one last time before walking away and the strange feeling in his heart made him shudder. He had a vague idea of what it was, but decided not to think about it. A new day is about to begin, and he and Robert must decide what will happen with Cassie.

"Did you tell me that you killed a woman just because her daughter hit you?"
Morgan had no idea why, but he told everything to his now furious grandfather.
"Yes, grandfather, I don't know what happened to me ..."
"You fool! And you're further tarnishing our names, like your father!"
Father ... Morgan could not remember the last time he saw her. When she left, her mother was not too sad and she did not waste her time looking for her. They never really loved each other and this made her feel as if she was born only to carry the good name of the family and not as a fruit of their love.
"You will be punished for this act! But now go to your room and don't leave them until I give you the order to do it!"
It felt strange, as if his mind was lost, he wanted to remember what had happened but every time he tried, he had a severe headache.
As soon as Morgan reached her room, after taking a bath, she looked at herself in the mirror. He did not have any injuries, but his body was in pain. When he looked back into his own eyes, he grimaced. A shadow appeared in his mind: another pair of eyes that were exactly like his, but where had he ever seen it?
He felt another stab of pain in his head and decided that it might be better to sleep. Is something wrong with him? Killing the woman was only because the girl humiliated her. This was a clear sign that his grandfather's influence was beginning to take over. It doesn't have to be like this, he wants to be like his father.
Despite everything, he never hated it. His father had left him, no doubt, but he was a great man. The boy decided that from then on things had to change! He would not obey his grandfather, not anymore. He doesn't care if he revokes his inheritance and if he's not the next heir. He had to change and apply his father's teachings.
He should have found the girl and apologized to her. And if the girl decides to kill him, he won't fight back. That'sthat's true! If he continued this lifestyle, he would definitely become like his grandfather and he did not want to be like that.
"Kill one to save a hundred." If the girl, whose name he could not remember back then, killed him, he would only help her. If Wistledes' legacy continued, they would only wreak havoc.

He looked around and searched the room. It was not big and the walls were gray. In the middle of the room were two rather large beds. He occupied one bed while the other was empty and perfectly arranged. To his left was a large window that did not catch the light from the thick anti-visibility curtain, and under the window was a large, light-colored wooden table. A large closet occupies almost the entire wall at the back of the room, and next to it is a door where you can see a small bathroom.
Although her clothes had already been changed, she still smelled blood and her hair was slightly crusty. He got up and walked to the bathroom.
Someone had washed his war supplies because they were now neatly folded on the little dressing table in the bathroom. He took off the shirt he borrowed. Before taking a bath, he lingered over the small wound on his chest. At that moment, he recalled everything that had happened the night before, and he shuddered at the thought of Morgan's indifferent face.
No matter how hard he rubbed, the smell of blood didn't seem to want to go away or maybe he couldn't stop thinking about it. She came out of the bathroom and after getting dressed she saw herself in the mirror. Her contact lens had completely burned when she was about to change, and now she did not take it and even if she carried it she would not wear it. He was like it was willing or not, so it was best that he show his true self and stop hiding.
Cassie went back to the room and saw Nathan. He turned his back to Cassie and looked out the window. She knew Cassie was there, but she didn't turn around.
"Are you okay?"
Cassie couldn't take her eyes off Nathan.
"I'd be better off if you let me die!"
"Is this a thank you for saving your life?" said the boy.
"I'm not asking you to save my life" Cassie replied coldly.
"Give me a good reason why I should thank you! My mother died at the hands of my brother, and now I have nothing left!"
"That's not true" Nathan said looking out the window.
"Losing makes us strong Casalia. I can't let you die!"
"Because?"
Nathan sighed and combed Cassie's hair by hand. Nathan was quite pale and it was proven that he did not sleep for a single moment that night.
"The world, both our world and the human world, needs people like us, like you! You can't die without realizing your dreams..." Nathan turned around and smiled at Cassie. Perhaps it was the first real smile she had given Cassie since she met him.
"You must die like a murderer! It'll really give you credit, it'll be worth it to you."
Despite Nathan's comforting words, Cassie is still angry.
"You don't know anything about me!"
"Maybe you're right" Nathan said, turning away from the window.
This time Nathan walked towards Cassie and Cassie instinctively took a step back.
"But I know one thing" Nathan stopped a few inches from Cassie and smiled at her.
"I know you're strong enough to just die in your brother's hands so don't be afraid. It was enough for me to know that you have what it takes to be a hunter. And believe me, Casalia, whether you're a Wistledes or not, you're worth more than you think."
Nathan has saved her and Cassie is unhappy, she would rather die the night before than face the pain caused by her mother's death and accept what life will give her from then on. Nathan thought that if he only had the strength, he would glare at him, but still he could not avenge his anger.
"Why are you in my house? Are you following me?"
Nathan feels accused and on the one hand he knows how to justify his attitude.
"I'm afraid something bad will happen to you and remembering what happened is not a bad idea".
"Why didn't you intervene before that?"
"I think you're just waiting for the right moment to attack him... Then I realized that you were really willing to be killed, so I intervened."
"He could have killed you too! Is it worth losing your life to me?"
Nathan also asked himself the same question that morning, but could not give an answer. He only knew that at that moment he wanted to do it and he would kill Morgan if Robert did not come at the right time.
"And who are you?"
"You knew? What matters is that you exist"
