Chafters 23.

The metallic black car drove at a speed. Speed exceeds the standard in driving.

“ Doctor Raiyan, please stop.” My screams seemed to be unconcerned.

From a speed of 36km/h to 59km/h, in a certain interval Raiyan realized that a car was following him from behind. Raiyan reduced his speed so that the car behind him could pass him first.
