The Man stopped laughing, “We haven't called each other's names with the same spelling.” The girl smiled, as if forgetting the tears she had shed because of the man. Why does a woman's heart change so quickly?
Shouldn't the girl just say “forget”, wouldn't she feel hurt for a guy like that? My hunch is not good. I don't want to think that the girl still loves him.
I was shocked when a few seconds after that laugh, the girl shed tears. I didn't expect him to cry here, in front of me again, and in front of that brash man. Confuses me. Makes that guy awkward too. The girl slapped her palms on her face, trying to hide her already broken cry. The man misbehaved, standing up in a frenzy. He scratched his head and seemed to be thinking about something nervously.
“I-I-eh...introduce, I'm Erik and you?” A voice finally came out of the man's mouth. The girl looked a little calm, no longer as unwilling. Doubtful, he opened his palm from the face, looking at the man with his eyes. He smiled awkwardly. I'm annoyed I could never make her smile like that.
The man named Erik reached out like a newly acquainted person. The girl looked at the outstretched hand, then returned the hands with a smile on her face. “Na-name Rika. Nice to meet you,” Rika chuckles, causing relief on Erik's face.
Heart's broken. Heartbreaker. I know what they're doing. That was the thing they did back when they first met in this library. In front of me.
Rika tries to wipe away her remaining tears, but Erik blocks her. He replaced Rika's hand, wiping the tears with his hand. I'm upset. I was jealous, but there was nothing I could do but run away. Avoiding love that is not kurestui, re-flowering.
I glanced at Rika who looked enthusiastic with Erik's words. A faint red tinge adorned both of his cheeks.
“I know I was wrong,” Erik sat next to Rika. Staring at Rika inside, while putting down the book she had just picked up. “I-I know I've done evil by leaving you for another girl,” she bit her lips, “I'm sorry.” Regretfully.
Rika looked down, maybe trying to guess her own feelings. They long in silence. I'm pounding, hoping my nightmare doesn't come true.
Rika sighed. Slowly, but calmly. It was as if releasing all the heavy burden he had been carrying.
“And you know?” Rika looked at Erik. My breath hunts. I want this day to never be in my life. “time always goes without compromise, taking anything, anyone, without ever even asking for approval. However, time is also medicine, medicine for my wounds and your regrets,” I gulped at Rika's soft words, but almost took my consciousness. “whatever I tried to go far, I tried, I always come back to your figure.” Rika blushed, Erik no less met. I'm listless.
They were silent again for a while. Smiling themselves. It makes my life seem to stop.
