Ch.400 - Against the Lightning Qilin

Xiang Yang and Bai Ding had actually managed to break through a single stage.

Xiang Yang opened his eyes with a bright smile, feeling the strength in his body after breaking through amazed him.

"Each stage has a significant difference in strength, I can feel a completely different strength to when I was at the early Half Immortal level." Xiang Yang muttered then looked at the surroundings where this Spiritual Water lake had already become as clear as ordinary lake water.

Xiang Yang then looked towards Bai Ding who was still closing his eyes.

A moment later Bai Ding opened his eyes as well with a bright smile.

"So this is the feeling when we reach the late stage Half Immortal level? It's absolutely incredible! I never imagined I'd reach this level in my entire life." Bai Ding could not help but admire the new feeling at his current cultivation level.

Suddenly Xiang Yang jumped up, lunging towards Bai Ding with a fist enveloped in powerful energy.

Bai Ding naturally realized that, he immediately greeted Xiang Yang's attack with the same attack.

Bai Ding was shocked by the sudden attack. He had not expected any creatures to attack them, so he was not at all wary.

Bai Ding turned around, his eyes instantly widened with a bad expression.

This was the first time he had seen such a huge creature with the intensity of the lightning energy enveloping the body of the creature, adding an invincible majestic impression.

"Qilin Lightning!"

"I didn't think you were hiding in the Duyi Mountains! Your cultivation has also increased in these few months!" The Lightning Qilin stared intently at Xiang Yang.

The troops of the White Tiger Clan were shocked, they had no idea what had happened until the ruler of the Lightning Valley attacked them.

The Lightning Qilin narrowed its eyes, looking at Bai Ding, "White Tiger Clan, do you really want to oppose me? Do you know the consequences?!"

"I know the consequences but if it was for the sake of helping Master Xiang Yang, even if all of my Clan members sacrificed their lives, they would have no regrets!" Bai Ding replied without hesitation, even though his body was already trembling enough under the pressure of the Lightning Qilin.

"Just because you broke through to the Half Immortal level late stage you already feel so strong huh?! White tiger, I give you one chance! Catch the little creature next to you and I'll forgive your mistake!"

"I will never betray Lord Xiang Yang who has been so generous to my White Tiger Clan!" Bai Ding also changed to his true form, the White Tiger as high as 30 meters more.

Bai Ding was already arguably one of the greatest Spirit Beasts in the Lightning Valley, yet his size still did not reach half the size of the Lightning Qilin body.

"Haha! Leader Bai Ding, I have already decided that the White Tiger Clan will be one of the Clans that I will save!" Xiang Yang also instantly turned into his dragon form, making Bai Ding surprised by the aura pressure that was no less powerful than the Lightning Qilin, "The Lightning Qilin, I will repay you one last time!"

Lightning Qilin narrowed his eyes feeling Xiang Yang's aura.

"When his cultivation is below mine, but why is the pressure he exerts so terrible?" Lightning Qilin muttered inwardly.
