Ch.373 - Harvest of Souls

Xin Zan vomited a lot of blood after getting two consecutive attacks containing 5 different energies.

Xin Zan was now lying limp at the bottom of a huge crater with Xiang Yang standing beside him.

"I'll end it!" Xiang Yang concentrated the Yin-Yang energy in his fist.

Before Xiang Yang hit Xin Zan, Gan Dan darted from the side towards him. Xiang Yang who had prepared an attack for Xin Zan, turned to attack Gan Dan.

Xiang Yang reacted quickly dodging Gan Dan's attack and then struck the Fire Ape's head with a fist enveloped in Yin-Yang energy.

*BAAAMMM!!

Gan And bounced hard. Xiang Yang quickly chased after Gan Dan, until he was under the ancestor of the Fire Ape Clan.

*BAAMM!!

Xiang Yang kicked Gan Dan's back, making him bounce up. Xiang Yang disappeared again and appeared above his bounced path.

*BAAMM!!

*BOOM!!

One powerful punch sent Gan Dan bouncing down and then hit the ground hard.

Not stopping there, Xiang Yang spat out a breath of fire that contained the Blazing-Frozen Flame Core energy.

*HOOOMMM!!

The powerful explosion hit the body of Gan Dan who was already severely injured, was now getting worse.

"Awf.." Gan Dan breathed weakly, his eyes half open.

Even so he still did not give up, with the rest of his strength he intended to get up but Xiang Yang had already slid towards him with a proper kick hitting his head.

Gan Dan instantly fainted, unconscious on the spot.

Xiang Yang turned to stare in one direction, where the Fire Ape Clan Leader and the Illusory Fox Clan Leader and his troops were.

Without wasting any time, Xiang Yang flapped his wings, flying towards the remaining Spirit Beasts.

In the distance, Gan Jin and Xin Ji widened their eyes to see that both of their ancestors had lost to the creature.

Both of their ancestors just lost, then what about them? However thinking Xiang Yang had been injured and exhausted a lot of Qi energy while fighting against their ancestors, made them think it could indeed be against Xiang Yang.

They now understood the main enemy was Xiang Yang, so Gan Jin and Xin Ji decided to work together against Xiang Yang.

It's true what they think. Xiang Yang had exhausted a lot of Qi energy, it was even almost depleted.

If it used its Qi energy then it would not be enough to face off against those two Spirit Beast Clans.

But as long as it could still be in its Dragon form, Xiang Yang could utilize the boundless energy of nature.

Xiang Yang gathered the natural energy in his right hand and left hand, manipulating that energy into a thunderous lightning element.

Dragon Energy! World Lightning!

Xiang Yang fused his two hands that were enveloped in lightning energy, making a surge of lightning strikes towards those two Spirit Beast Clans.

Gan Jin and Xin Ji immediately made a defensive shield. However it was unable to withstand Xiang Yang's attack completely.

The energy of the lightning strike actually split into pieces as it clashed with the defense energy of the two Leaders of the Spirit Beast Clan.

*Boooommm!!

*Boooommm!!

*Boooommm!!

Some fragments of lightning energy finally exploded elsewhere. About some of their Clan members to death.

"The attack is very strong!" Gan Jin and Xin Ji thought the same thing.

"EVERYTHING! THE CREATURE WAS NOW BOUND TO BE EXHAUSTED AFTER FIGHTING AGAINST THE ANCESTORS! ATTACK HIM AT THE SAME TIME! WE CAN WIN!"

Gan Jin shouted then darted forward with Xin Ji, followed by all the members of their Clans both.

Gan Jin also let out the same attack of fire breath. While Xin Ji let out a breeze attack, making Gan Jin's fire breathing gush even stronger.

*HOOOMMM!!

The explosion occurred as the two fire breaths clashed against each other.

Xiang Yang did not stop gathering natural energy, continuing to dart forward facing the thousands of enemies who were now also darting towards him.

It didn't take long until the clash happened directly.

*BAAMM!

*BAAMM!

Xiang Yang easily smashed an attack on Gan Jin and Xin Ji, making the two of them bounce around randomly.

"Haha! Your ancestors alone who are at the Half Immortal level are unable to defeat me! What else are you guys on the Mahayana level down!" Xiang Yang grinned widely.

With a swift and powerful move, Xiang Yang smashed through those thousands of Spirit Beasts mercilessly. Not only did Xiang Yang intend to incapacitate all of them, but sometimes there were also those who were instantly killed in a single attack because they were unable to withstand the might of Xiang Yang's attack.

The Dragon Aura was still seeping out of his body, making all Spirit Beasts that were at Transcendent level completely unable to move while being near him.

None of them could bring an attack on Xiang Yang, what else defeated him.

It didn't take long until Xiang Yang crippled all of them, not least Gan Jin and Xin Ji who were the Clans' second Leaders.

"Finally done too!"

Xiang Yang's breath was puffed up as he was about to run out of Qi energy, his body was now back to how it was.

Xiang Yang felt pain all over his body, although it did not look at all that he had gotten a wound.

Indeed with the Golden Dragon Transformation, Xiang Yang had hard scales that left him unharmed.

Yet every clash that occurred during Xiang Yang's attack with his enemy clashed against each other, leaving his flesh and internal organs shaken, causing the pain he was currently experiencing.

However it was not a problem at all for Xiang Yang since he had now defeated all his enemies.

"Alright, now just do the last thing," Xiang Yang did a hand seal several times.

The Soul Seal Technique!

The chains of light shot out with the same amount as all the members of the Fire Ape Clan and the Illusory Fox Clan.

Each of the chains of light entered the body of a Spirit Beast, uprooting the souls of them all.

Those Spirit Beasts cried out in pain as their souls were forcefully expelled. Yet they could do nothing at all, only being able to accept their fate.

It took him up to half an hour until Xiang Yang unsheathed the souls of those thousands of Spirit Beasts.

Not stopping up to the soul, Xiang Yang took the blood essence of all those Spirit Beasts.

"Now.." Xiang Yang turned his head towards the place where Gan Dan and Xin Zan were, "only the two of them are left!"

Xiang Yang used the rest of his Qi energy to fly towards the fourth ancestor of the Spirit Beast Clan.

Xiang Yang first took the soul and blood essence belonging to Gan Dan, since the Spirit Beast Fire Ape was unconscious, so it was easier to take his soul.

Only now did Xiang Yang turn to where Xin Zan was.

Xin Zan did not faint, just that his condition was arguably very miserable. Some of his ribs were broken, his Qi energy was already drained away, completely unable to move his body.
