Ch.406 - Heavenly Fractional Crystals

It had already been half a week of travel, Xiang Yang and Lin Qi'er were still not getting to the destination.

Lin Qi'er was very anxious to babble yet he had absolutely no control over his body. Only his mind was still in his control.

"Qi'er, do you know what you're guarding?"

"I don't know, I don't know what it is I don't know because it's been around a long time. All I know is that it emits an incredibly powerful energy. It was stored in the belly of an active volcano in the Thunder Valley Forest!..

Lin Qi'er actually did not want to answer Xiang Yang's question, yet his mouth spoke for itself, and everything he said was precisely without a lie.

"Qi'er, that thing is called a Heavenly Fractional Crystal. It was a heaven-defying thing, one that was one of the keys to getting out of the Dong Jian Dimension!" Xiang Yang smiled widely, he was happy that Lin Qi'er did not absorb the Heavenly Fractional Crystal.

"Damn, I want to ask her a lot of questions but.." the thought of her being controlled made Lin Qi'er even more furious.

After a week of travel, Xiang Yang and Lin Qi'er finally arrived at the Thunder Valley Forest.

As before, the weather in the Lightning Valley Forest had not changed at all, filled with black clouds as well as rumbling thunder and lightning strikes happening everywhere.

"Qi'er, show me the way in which the Heavenly Fractional Crystal is located!"

Lin Qi'er nodded then flew in one particular direction. Xiang Yang casually followed him.

Finally Xiang Yang could see the only active volcano. The mountain was seen emitting smoke, as if it would explode at any moment.

But the mountain never exploded.

In a random period of time, the volcano will emit earthquake vibrations.

Xiang Yang looked up where the black cloud vortex was just above the mountain.

Xiang Yang and Lin Qi'er landed on the edge of the volcano crater, they saw lava emitting hot steam as well as gas bubbles that continued to explode.

"Where are the Heavenly Fractional Crystals?" Xiang Yang looked at all the craters but did not discover the existence of the Heavenly Fractional Crystals.

"It's under the crater, if you dive all the way to the bottom then you can find it there."

"Oh," Xiang Yang stared at the hot lava for a while before coating his body with a powerful Qi energy.

If it was ordinary lava then Xiang Yang would not need protection from Qi energy because his body was already extremely strong.

But the lava was formed from the chaotic environment of the Lightning Valley Forest and the energy flow within was extremely unusual.

"Is there a powerful Spirit Beast inside the lava?"

"There was a Hell's Magma Snake Spirit Beast that had 3 heads, I assigned it to guard inside the lava. But you take it easy, he won't attack you."

"Is that so." Xiang Yang raised his eyebrows, "then you can wait here to keep watch!"

Without delaying the time, Xiang Yang immediately jumped diving into the lava.

But the snake did nothing even though it had seen the existence of Xiang Yang. Maybe Lin Qi'er had already given him the order.

Suddenly Xiang Yang stopped, looking in one direction because his spiritual senses were grasping an unusual energy.

Xiang Yang's eyes widened when he saw that thing.

Xiang Yang saw that the core of the fire had a red color but strangely the core of the fire gave off a flash of lightning around it.

"Because I already have the Fire Core so maybe I can give that fire core to Yi An as a gift." Xiang Yang immediately moved to obtain the Fire Core.

However upon reaching a certain distance, the Flame Core suddenly issued an attack. It seemed like he considered Xiang Yang dangerous so he attacked in order to defend himself.

Xiang Yang endured the attack with the Fire Core energy he possessed.

"Calm down! We are the same, no need to be afraid!" Xiang Yang enveloped his entire body with Fire Core energy, making it seem as if he was harmless.

The Flame Core seemed to calm down and then no longer attacked.

Xiang Yang continued to approach slowly until it was half a meter away.

"The essence of Fire yet also has the power of lightning, is incredible!" Xiang Yang stared in admiration at that Flame Core, "Since you are the Fire Core that also contains the power of lightning, Thunder Flame, that might be a name that suits you."

Xiang Yang gently used his energy, coating the Thunder Flame until it was inside the energy ball.

After successfully capturing the Thunder Flame, Xiang Yang inserted it into his dimension ring.

He continued his journey, diving deeper into the lava crater.

Xiang Yang raised his eyebrows from seeing something strange. Xiang Yang continued to dive and finally came out of the sea of lava.

"Eh. It turns out that the bottom of the crater there is no lava." Xiang Yang is now at the bottom of the crater but not there.

A dozen meters above Xiang Yang looks lava floating as if it is the ceiling of this room.

"So that's the Heavenly Fractional Crystal?" Xiang Yang looked at a bright blue crystal as big as a little boy's fist, hovering one meter from the ground.

"I guess the Heavenly Fractional Crystal would have a gigantic size as it was a very powerful object, I didn't expect it to be of such an insignificant size," Xiang Yang walked up to the Heavenly Fractional Crystal until he was 1 meter away.

The Heavenly Fractional Crystal did indeed emit such a powerful energy, yet there was no feeling of pressing from it, it was just a comfortable feeling that made Xiang Yang feel like touching it.

"Teacher, what do I do next? Do I just need to absorb it as absorbing Spirit Crystals?"

The Yin-Yang God suddenly appeared not far from Xiang Yang with a wide smile.
