Ch.358 - The Collapse of Peace

3 Fire Ape slaves who made a mess in the Tree of Life which was the residence of the Fire Ape Clan, ended up in capture, while the ones who disturbed the two Treasure Room guards ended up being killed.

The Fire Ape knew the 3 troublemakers as members of their clan. So they intend to do the interrogation to find out the motives of the 3 Fire Ape slaves.

The three of them were brought before the leader of the Fire Ape Clan, Gan Jin.

3 Fire Ape slaves are now kneeling before the Clan leader and the Elders are in bonded condition.

The two Fire Ape Treasure Room guards were already relieved after killing the Spirit Beast who was mocking them.

The two of them immediately returned to the Treasure Room to continue their duties.

Back to the Main Hall of the Fire Ape Clan.

"So they're troublemakers?!" Gan Jin the Leader of the Fire Ape Clan asked in a high tone.

"Right Leader, we've already asked their purpose of troublemaking, even to the point of torturing them, but the three of them still don't want to open their mouths!" Gan Si, the Mahayana-level Fire Ape who had captured 3 Fire Ape slaves, answered his Leader's question.

Gan Jin stood up then stomped his feet, making the floor of the room crack, ordering the warning signs on the 3 Fire Ape slaves to open his mouth.

Although Gan Jin had already emitted an aura of intimidation, yet the 3 Apes of Fire did not look daunted at all.

The 3 Fire Ape slaves actually laughed out loud, although this was not the thing the three of them wanted, but what power, this was the thing Xiang Yang ordered.

The three of them simultaneously concentrated all of their Qi Dantian energies, preparing to blow themselves up.

Gan Jin and the Clan Elders present in the Main Hall were thrown away due to the loud explosion.

The sudden sound of a loud shout from one direction made Gan Jin and all the Elders turn to the source of the sound, finding a member of their Clan who was flying with a panicked expression.

He seems to be bringing bad news.

"What's up?!" Gan Jin who was in a bad mood, asked in a high tone.

"That's a really serious Leader, our Clan Treasure Room.. Treasure Room already..." The Fire Ape's breath seemed to be restrained as it was about to deliver its report.

"WHAT'S WRONG WITH THE TREASURE ROOM?! TELL ME OR I'LL BREAK YOUR HEAD!" gan Jin's patience was almost over.

Seeing her pale face made her feel bad.

The Fire Ape gulped down his saliva before finally saying, "i just happened to pass through the Treasure Room and saw that the door of the Treasure Room had been shattered, as I examined it. It turned out that our Clan Treasure Room had already been robbed.. there was not a single treasure left in the Treasure Room!"

"WHAT?!"

Not only did Gan Jin shout in shock, but all of the Fire Apes that were there.

Without saying anything, Gan Jin darted towards the Treasure Room, followed by the other Fire Ape, including the Fire Ape who had just given a report.

Upon arrival in the Treasure Room, Gan Jin's knees instantly went limp, his body trembling with bated breath.

Looking at the Treasure Room which was originally full of resources and now was completely empty leaping made him shocked.

The Fire Ape Elders also had the same reaction as Gan Jin.

Gan Jin suddenly moved quickly then grabbed the neck of the Fire Ape who had just given a report.

"Say! How could the Clan Treasure Space be empty like this? Where...where are all the treasures?!"

The Fire Ape had difficulty breathing because Gan Jin was strangling his neck violently, yet he kept trying to answer.

"I don't know.. Leader, I. have explained before.I just happened to pass by and look.. The Treasure Room was already like this... The two guards of the Treasure Room also disappeared. I don't know where. and I just found. a lifeless body.one of the herd inside."

Gan Jin angrily threw the Fire Ape, making his back hit the tree branch before falling down.

Gan Jin entered the Treasure Room and found the body of one of his herds lying lifeless.

It was the body of the Fire Ape that Xiang Yang had used before.

Yet strangely, there was absolutely no wound on the Fire Ape's body that made Gan Jin frown.

But he could not think logically when his heart and brain were already hot because of burning anger.

"THE ILLUSIONARY FOX CLAN! THIS MUST BE WHAT YOU GUYS DID! SINCE YOU HAVE BROKEN THE PEACE AGREEMENT THEN I HEREBY DECLARE ALL-OUT WAR! THIS HUMILIATION HAS NEVER BEEN US, THE FIRE APE CLAN FORGET!"

Finally Gan Jin accused the Illusory Fox Clan as the mastermind behind what was happening in their current Clan.

Without Xiang Yang noticing, because of him, the peace between the two powerful Clans in the Dong Jian Dimension that had been intertwined for thousands of years now ended in collapse.
