Ch.421 - Han Imperial Palace

Xiang Yang easily entered the Han Imperial Palace without being noticed by the soldiers.

Xiang Yang walked very leisurely, no one was aware of his presence even if he passed right before the eyes of the soldiers.

Xiang Yang spread his spiritual senses to search for the whereabouts of the members of the Han Imperial family.

After finding the closest person, Xiang Yang immediately headed to where that person was.

Xiang Yang arrived at a courtyard of the residence of Han Lie who was the crown prince of the Han Empire, also Han Shizu's elder brother.

Han Lie was seen practicing the sword, swinging his sword with a determined and serious expression, as if it contained complex emotions, like something had happened behind his expression.

Han Lie had already looked exhausted, his breathing was irregular as well as the sweat that was soaking his body.

Xiang Yang walked over to Han Lie.

"Yes!"

Han Lie stopped then immediately turned to the source of the voice, seeing a young man with a friendly smile walk up to him.

Han Lie frowned with a watchful expression, he clearly saw the existence of Xiang Yang in front of him, yet could not sense his presence at all, as if what he saw was a mere illusion.

"Who are you?" Han Lie realized the young man in front of him was no ordinary person, so he did not directly attack recklessly.

Moreover, Han Lie did not feel any ill will from the young man before him.

"There's something important I need to talk about, so can we take a comfortable place?" Xiang Yang said without hesitation.

Xiang Yang and Han Lie were now sitting on a chair under a tree with a table as a barrier, they were still in Han Lie's practice yard.

"So what does senior want to talk about?" Han Lie thought Xiang Yang was an old man who could maintain his youth.

It was indeed arguably the age of Xiang Yang older than Han Lie if his age was calculated when in Dong Jian Dimension. But if calculated normally then Xiang Yang's age was still a few years under Han Lie.

"Previously introduce, I am Xiang Yang from the Xiang Family in Black Stone City. So sister-in-law need not be polite!"

Han Lie was stunned with a frown upon hearing Xiang Yang's call.

"What do you mean?"

"Where should I start.." Xiang Yang thought for a moment before saying, "Han Shizu, he is still alive!"

Han Lie was speechless with widened eyes staring at Xiang Yang.

"What.. did you just say?" Han Lie felt he had misheard.

After the end of the battle against the Black Stream Alliance 5 years ago, Han Shizu was not known to have disappeared anywhere.

Among the many casualties in the battle, Han Shizu's body was not found at all.

The Imperial Family thought Han Shizu had disappeared somewhere and almost all the soldiers were deployed to search for Han Shizu.

But after 5 years of searching, Han Shizu was nowhere to be found. There is not even a single clue as to its existence.

"You didn't mishear, Han Shizu is indeed alive," Xiang Yang repeated his words.

"Xiang Yang, where is Shizu now? Tell me!" Han Lie stood up.

Although Han Lie felt strange and confused as to why Xiang Yang called him brother-in-law, but he chose to ignore it because all he had in mind right now was his sister.

"Well, then follow me!" Han Lie hurriedly walked out of his residence, followed by Xiang Yang.

When Han Lie found a servant, he ordered the servant to escort Xiang Yang to the Imperial family room, while he was about to pick up Emperor Han Luo.

Emperor Han Luo walked with wide strides with his son, Han Lie. After hearing what his son said, how could he not want to immediately find out the whereabouts of his beloved daughter.

"Lie'er, is what the young man said true?"

"I don't know dad either, he just said that Shizu is still alive and asked that you all tell me about Shizu to me."

"Hm, if he dares to lie, I won't forgive him!" Emperor Han Luo muttered in a heavy voice.

Upon arrival in the living room, Emperor Han Luo and Han Lie saw Xiang Yang was sitting casually with a few servants standing in a certain corner of the room.

Han Lie gestured for the servants to come out. The servants nodded respectfully then immediately walked out.

Emperor Han Luo and Han Lie sat in front of Xiang Yang.

"I'm not going to make it easy so just go ahead, where's my daughter?" implied a threat from Emperor Han Luo's tone of voice.

Xiang Yang only smiled amiably, not taking Emperor Han Luo's threat at all was anything serious.

Xiang Yang briefly described how he was thrown into the main dimension and Han Shizu followed him.

They finally meet and start a special relationship. Xiang Yang was accidentally thrown back into the Han Empire inside a small dimension.

"Before I had promised Shizu that if I could return to the Han Empire again, I would take her family to the main dimension. So now is a good time to fulfill my promise. But if you follow me, you can't necessarily come back here, so I won't force you if you don't want to go to the main dimension."

Emperor Han Luo and Han Lie both sighed in relief.

"Knowing that Shizu was alive and well, that was enough for us. Even though we were eager to meet him, but if we leave the Han Empire then there will definitely be chaos. I can't just ignore my people for my own sake." Emperor Han Luo smiled bitterly.

They were also happy to know Han Shizu had chosen a good man like Xiang Yang.

"On that the father-in-law is calm, I can bring all the people of the Han Empire to the main dimension," Xiang Yang explained briefly how he will bring all the people of the Han Empire to the main dimension.

Of course he did not tell about Dimension Xiang and some other secret matters.

The faces of Emperor Han Luo and Han Lie became bright.

"If it could be like that then I wouldn't refuse!" Emperor Han Luo instantly approved Xiang Yang's plan.

"By the way, father-in-law, where's the mother-in-law?"

The two of them both smiled bitterly at Xiang Yang's question.

"My wife, after learning about Shizu's disappearance, became moody and refused to eat. But luckily after I persuaded her, she was willing to eat even if it was just a little, her condition was now aching.." Emperor Han Luo sighed, "but I can feel relieved now, if my wife finds out if Shizu is okay, she will definitely get back to health."
