Addendum – Those Connected to Humanity
Humanity first encountered another human civilization besides them 1513 years before the founding of the Galactic Empire.
"It happened when a planetary survey ship from Adele, the third planet of the Smaport System, made its rounds exploring the distant Gaia Star System."
"The crew of Adele was initially overjoyed after discovering a planet that might be able to support human life, but as the survey continued, they found that the planet harbors flora and fauna similar to those on their home planet, and is even home to life forms very similar to them. They were surprised to find another different human civilization that had a genetic structure similar to theirs."
"As the exchange of each civilization progresses, scientific evidence emerges that suggests that their two civilizations have evolved independently of each other. Why do they have a similar genetic structure? It is thought that it is impossible for two life forms that have evolved independently to have identical genetic makeup."
"This led to various heated discussions on both planets; the most accepted theory is that humans did not evolve independently but were instead brought to a planet with an environment suitable for them to live in and left there to evolve themselves by the “th-party” not known."
"The theory does have a lot of holes, but nothing else can explain exactly the confusing situation of the two civilizations."
(Years passed and the investigation of Adele's authority expanded, “This Third Party Theory of” finally became official after it was discovered that the situation was exactly the same as the second and third human civilizations they had managed to find.)

(1023 years before the Empire was founded, the Adele government proposed to form the “Galaxi” Alliance with various planets hosting other human civilizations they found. The conditions for joining the Alliance were limited to [those related to Humanity]. The rules were pretty loose and no specific objections were raised, so all the other human planets eventually merged.)

"Some time passed, and 33 years before the founding of the Empire, the Galactic Alliance had managed to find 151 planets that housed human civilization throughout the galaxy. The positions of the various planets are not solid in any particular sector, but rather evenly dispersed."
