Chapter 7's

Elizabeth kept following where the young man was taking her.

After a few minutes of walking, they finally reached a room.

Eli frowned as he looked at the nameplate of the room.

"Why did you bring me here?"

The young man did not answer Eli's question, he quickly opened the door of the room in front of him.

The young man spoke.

"Hey, you're all here!"

Eli had no idea who the young man was calling, which he knew as the young man shouted, he could hear someone's voice from inside.

"What's up, James?"

Another young man appeared from inside the room, his eyes instantly fixed on Eli who was looking at him coldly.

"Who is this girl?"

"I'll talk inside, you come in."

After the two young men entered, it was Eli's turn to enter the room. He was surprised that he was not the only one in there.

There were two girls in the room, coupled with the two youths being four.

Eli asked the young man named James.

"Who are you?"

"We're a hunting team."

Eli asked back.

"So what business did you bring me here for?"

James gulped down his saliva after being given a cold stare by Elizabeth. The three friends also looked at him with confused faces.

Another girl whose hair was braided muttered inwardly.

'Why did you bring this girl here?'

"I want you to help us complete our last hunting mission."

The three friends were shocked to hear the young man's words, and Eli himself was shocked to hear them.

"Wait, James why did you suddenly ask him to help us complete our mission?"

"True, aren't the four of us enough to complete that dungeon!"

Eli caught one of the words spoken by the jet-black haired girl in her knee-length skirt.

'What did he say? Dungeons?'

"I have no other choice! The four of us are no more than D-level hunters, if we enter the dungeon without thinking for a long time our safety will be threatened!"

Eli began to be interested in the direction of this conversation, he walked up to the young man.

"Excuse me, did you say dungeon?"

"Ah yes, this week we received a task from each teacher to perform a hunting mission, of course this is for the value of our final assignment."

The look on the young man's face had now turned a little more serious.

"We've already done a hunt to four different dungeons, but the dungeons we've explored only have E rank. So, in order to get high marks we all wanted to explore a dungeon with a higher rank than the previous dungeons."

He stopped talking and was continued by his friend.

"There's only one more dungeon we have to complete, and that dungeon is at least A-ranked."

Eli nodded in understanding, for him this was an opportunity to increase strength. But, what made him wonder was why the four of them chose him and not someone else.

A jet-black haired girl had started to take over the conversation.

"Oh yeah I forgot to introduce myself, my name is Mary, this is Ellie, and the two young men are James and Thomas. I'm also a close friend of Ellise's."

Eli just stared coldly at the girl, if he was a friend of Ellise he would have known a little about her. And that doesn't scare him at all.

"You and Ellise may be hostile, but I'm a lot different than she is."

"No need to say much, just tell me why you chose me to join you?"

No one dared to ask at that moment.

"Is this about what happened to me yesterday?"

Eli's prediction was correct, information about him spread so quickly, probably almost everyone in the academy had already heard of it. He just doesn't care if there's a bad assumption he hears about him.

Seeing the increasingly awkward situation, Mary quickly opened her voice. He also knows that Elizabeth and Ellise have been enemies for a long time, so it is likely that Eli also harbors hatred for Ellise's friends, including himself.

"It seems so, but I'm sorry if any words bother you."

Eli didn't care, he just waited for the reason why he was involved in this lucrative matter.

"Alright well, I get it, just tell me when the hunt starts."

"You're coming?"

"Yes." Yeah."

The four people gave thanks in their hearts. Especially James who was the captain of that hunting team, he now did not need to worry about the shortage of people in his team anymore.

"We'll do the hunt tomorrow. For the license you don't have to worry, we'll make it for you."

Eli nodded, and immediately wanted to leave the room.

He turned around for a moment.

"Thank you for getting me involved in this hunt, I'm happy to do it."

He directly walked out of the room and left the hunting team with their shocked faces.

"Hey is that Elizabeth, Prince Alexander's fiancee?"

"It seems right."

Mary closed her mouth, she still could not believe that the person in front of her was Elizabeth's daughter. He knew the hadith from his friend Ellise.

He knew Eli because of his storyline and sociable nature, but for some reason today the girl is colder and creepier than usual.

Eli was holding one of the keys he got from his hunt yesterday.

The key does not have a rank, even Eli is also made confused because the system does not show the rank of the key.

Eli checked repeatedly but the results were still the same. If the system itself cannot measure the level of the key, Eli thinks the possibility of the dungeon he will visit is ranked S.

Each dungeon is different, depending on the strength of each dungeon.

'If my prediction is correct this is the key to a world of high difficulty, then I must not be careless.'

While walking, he accidentally meets his two best friends, Florence and Samuel.

Florence greeted Eli with excitement.

"Elizabeth, how are you?"

Ask the girl in a worried tone.

Eli was no wonder the two of them were so worried about him. Eli, Florence, and Samuel were childhood friends and had many experiences together.

Eli says.

"I'm fine."

"You know, we're both very worried about you!"

Eli smiled and laughed a little as Samuel began to nag him.

"Yes yes I'm sorry."

"At least ask for our help, if you get hurt then we'll both be sad."

Eli is no other way, this is the only way to save them both.

Not long after knowing that Florence will be held there will be a beast loose and attack to his residence. The memory was still vividly recalled in Eli's mind, and it left him feeling traumatized.

'This time will definitely be different.'

"I know, sorry to worry you all."

"Here you go, there's something else I want to tell you."

"What's that?"

Florence smiled before opening her voice.

"The next few days I'll plan my birthday celebration."

His words startled Eli, he had just thought about the incident and Florence had already discussed it again.

Eli learns that the beast that entered and attacked the residence of Florence is a beast with a higher rank. Although he had already defeated an S-ranked beast in his hunt yesterday, he did not want these two friends to get a small scratch from the beast.

"You're coming right, Elizabeth?"

"For sure, how could I not come to my friend's birthday party."

Florence laughed as the girl stroked her head.

Samuel who was beside them felt jealous to see Florence getting more treatment than Elizabeth.

Eli who saw the look on the young man's face immediately laughed out loud.

"What's with your face, Samuel?"

"N-nothing really."

"Did your head want me to elus too?"

Eli was unceasingly teasing his male friend, Samuel's cheeks now met red.

'Ah she's really funny'

Spending some free time with the two of them made Eli's heart very happy. He got one more reason to be strong, which was to protect the people he loved.

Eli laughed with them after that.
