"Doctor Tsamara, there is a serious patient who needs immediate help" said a woman in a nurse's uniform.
"Okay, Sister." Without a second thought, Tsamara took a quick half-run towards the IGD. He who was just about to feed food into the mouth immediately stopped his activities. Although the stomach has not been filled with food at all since this afternoon until the afternoon before, he remains ready to provide the best service for patients in the hospital.
"How is the chronology so that the patient can get into an accident?" tsamara asked the witness who brought the patient to the IGD. The right hand records all the information obtained in a patient notebook. No matter how small the data submitted will be very meaningful for a medical personnel.
Witnesses of a silvery-haired accident begin to tell Tsamara the chronology of the incident. The eldest son of the couple Fahmi and Sekar seemed so focused on listening to the narration of the witness. Fisting the girl's hand did not stay silent, she recorded all the information that the middle-aged man had conveyed around fifty years old.
"Suster Nadia, please attach the ECG. Then Sister Khansa, please check the vital signs on the patient" Tsamara said.
"Okay, Doctor," said the two nurses almost simultaneously. They hurried to carry out the decree given by Tsamara.
That afternoon, in the IGD room there was only him and two nurses. Doctor Fatma who is the doctor in charge of the IGD room is attending a meeting with the officials of the hospital so inevitably the girl has to deal with the accident victims alone.
"Suster, try to check if the patient has an injury to the area around the neck." Tsamara again gave the order to Nadia.
Without being ordered a second time, Nadia directly examined the area around the patient's neck and found a shift in the trachea area. The girl directly pairs the neck collar or in foreign language terms is also called the name of the neck brace after getting the order to pair the object on the patient's neck area.
"Suster Khansa, did you hear any gurgling from the patient?" Tsamara.
Feeling her name called, the white hooded girl brought her ears closer and listened to any foreign sounds that resembled the sounds of mouth-washings, snoring or stidor sounds because of the narrowing that resulted in the patient's airway clearance was not effective.
"There's gurgling, Doctor," says Khansa.
"Please get me the suction tool. We have to clean it up immediately" Tsamara said. The girl's fingers reached for a small tube commonly used to patients with the aim of removing the secretions that clog the airway. Long enough the girl struggled with the tool until finally the effort made to bear fruit.
From the results of the examination of vital signs (TTV) and EKG, the patient is declared to have tachycardic sinus with saturation of 90, blood pressure of 110/60 mmHg and pulse of 110. So the doctor provides treatment in the form of oxygen administration using non rebreathing mask for patients who experience acute medical conditions who are still fully aware and able to breathe spontaneously with a flow rate of 10L/minute. If saturation is still at 90 then the flow rate will be increased to 12L/min to 15L/min until reaching the normal limit of at least 94.
When Tsamara was busy handling patients, apparently Yudishthira had just returned from a meeting of hospital officials. Serving as a representative of the IGD space in charge, the oriental-faced man was asked by Fatma to accompany him whenever there was an important meeting.
Seeing that Tsamara was overwhelmed, of course, the heart of Yudhishthira could not bear. In addition to having the responsibility to save the life of the patient, the man did not want if the woman who had damaged his heart was exhausted and fell unconscious from being too tired to work without getting extra energy. Secretly, he watched Tsamara as long as they were in the same building and room so it was no wonder that the man knew that Bimantara's wife had not eaten at all since last afternoon.
Stepping forward towards Tsamara. "What's wrong with the patient?" tanya Yudhistira soon joined another medical team consisting of Tsamara, Nadia and Khansa.
Yudhistira deftly helped Tsamara deal with the patients. The man was doing a bed-shearing on the patient's leg while young mistress Danendra stopped the bleeding. The two young doctors were assisted by two female nurses who worked hand in hand with patients who were victims of traffic accidents.
After the task was completed and the patient was taken to the ward, Tsamara sat on a chair while making a report. Yudhistira who had just come from the canteen sat next to the chair of the beautiful doctor. Pouring recyclable plastic bags in front of Tsamara. "In here is bread and a box of chocolate milk. I happened to stop by the minimarket and remember that you haven't eaten at all since noon. Therefore, I brought you this food and drink. Eat, while the bread is still warm!"
Tsamara looked up the head, then furrowed both eyebrows. The girl was thinking hard how Yudhisthira could tell that she had not eaten at all. It is possible that the man has the privilege of knowing what others do not know. That was what the girl had in mind at this moment.
While Yudhistira, the man was still in his original position looking at the beauty of Tsamara with a look of admiration and love. Leaning slightly forward, without the slightest awkwardness, the man slapped his hand on Tsamara's forehead until the girl complained.
"Aaw, sick!" tsamara exclaimed as she rubbed her painful forehead.
"It's a punishment because you've been thinking nothing of me." Yudhishthira returned back to his body until he stuck to the back of the chair. "I am neither a necromancer nor someone who has the ability to see one's future. I'm just a human being just like you."
"If you ask me why I know that you haven't eaten at all since last afternoon, it's all because I accidentally saw you rubbing your stomach while grimacing a little in pain. From there I am sure that you have not filled your stomach with any food. Therefore, I decided to go to the minimarket and buy something there. Up here, do you understand why I know what you need right now?"
Tsamara fell silent upon hearing Yudhistira's explanation. Instantly he felt a strange hissing seeping into the recesses of the heart. A feeling that he himself did not know why could be present all of a sudden.
"Tsamara, can you hear my words?" yudhistira asked when he realized that Tsamara had not yet touched the food he had bought. "Wass? Hey, can you hear my voice?" Waving his hands before the girl's face.
Tsamara blinked a few times, then cleared his throat for a moment before starting to speak. "Yes .. I heard what you said, Doctor Yudhis." The girl grabbed a plastic bag and started biting at the bread she had bought.
The cheese? Why is it a coincidence anyway? How does he know I'm a true cheese lover? Um ... a little suspicious. However, ... Never mind it, I should spend this meal and go back to work on the report to give to Doctor Fatma.
