Painful Love (Painful Love)

Painful Love (Painful Love)
I'm Coming, Honey!

After searching for information about the guest list of the resort where he stayed, Bimantara finally found where Emma's room was. Although to get it all is not easy, but the twenty-nine year old man managed to get what he was looking for. For the sake of her ex-lover, she was willing to do anything as long as she could meet the woman with four eyes without fear of being bullied by Tsamara.

"Emma, I'm coming, dear," said Bimantara excitedly. The man hurriedly swung his feet down the path made of wood.

Meanwhile, a beautiful woman slim like a Spanish guitar was sitting limp on the edge of a king-size bed. Eyes reddened, crystalline granules continued to flow in the corner of the eye.

"Why do we have to meet again, Bima? Why?" emma as she continues to sob. "After five years of trying to forget you and when I could almost remove the shadow of your face from my memory, God brought us back together. Does He really want me to continue to be tormented, to remember the sweet memories of when we were together? I can't keep getting caught up in the stories of the past. No can, Bima. Can't!" The head shook weakly. A thread of tears continued to fall soaking the woman's cheeks. The chest becomes more crowded when you recall the eyes full of worry that radiated clearly in the eyes of Bimantara.

"Am I destined to suffer forever while you live happily with your wife Tsamara? This is not fair to me, Bima! It's so unfair!" Sink your face between your knees. The sound of sobs was heard among the waves that sounded shahdu.

That night, after a long time, Emma finally returned to cry over her love story that ran aground due to obstructed parental blessing. Born to an underprivileged family, continuing his education to a high level only capital scholarship makes him have to accept rejection from both parents Bimantara. Irawan and Hasna reject Emma outright without giving the girl a chance to prove that she deserves to be part of the Danendra family.

Five years ago, Bimantara and Emma had just completed their studies at one of London's famous campuses. At graduation, all parents from any part of the world attend historic moments for their children, as well as Bimantara parents. However, unfortunately, Emma's parents can not be present to watch the graduation procession of their beloved child because they can not afford a plane ticket.

Never mind buying a plane ticket, to eat everyday is difficult if not helped by Uncle Emma who works at one of the fast food restaurants in the city of Jakarta. With great force, Kartika-mother Emma did not attend the historic moment for her beloved son. Even so, Kartika still pray for the best for his children.

"Darling, my Mom and Dad arrived in London this afternoon. In the evening, I will take them to eat at the restaurant and introduce you to my parents. So, prepare yourself to meet your future father-in-law" Bimantara told Emma. They are currently sitting in a park behind the campus overlooking an artificial lake.

Emma who was looking straight ahead immediately looked up the head when she heard Bimantara asked her to meet the parents of the lover. "Meet your parents? Don't joke, Bima! toilet the girl with an irregular heartbeat.

"I really wanted to introduce you to both of my parents." Bimantara embraces Emma until the girl's body is nearby. "I want our relationship to move to a more serious level. That's why I plan to introduce you to Papa and Mama. I want them to know that you are the lover and mother-to-be of my children."

"Your parents will accept me? I am just a poor girl born into a normal family. What if they reject me outright?" emma smiled.

"We never know if we don't try. Yes, don't think about it! Most importantly, prepare yourself to meet Papa and Mama" Bimantara replied while giving a kiss on the top of Emma's head.

Bimantara invited Irawan and Hasna to dinner at a famous restaurant in London. An expensive and luxurious restaurant that they often go to when they want to discuss important things without wanting to be disturbed by anyone.

"Tumben once you took Papa and Mama to dinner together outside. Is there anything important you want to tell us?" Irawan asked coldly while choosing the menu from the menu list brought by a waiter.

Bimantara looked at his parents in turn. There is anxiety about sneaking into the deepest part of the nasubari. However, he tried to be calm and reassured himself that what was feared was impossible.

"Pa, Mama. I did deliberately invite you to eat here because there is someone I want to introduce," replied Bimantara steadily, not looking the slightest doubt when he said the last sentence.

Hasna looked closely at her beloved son. Eyes squeaking, the brain is trying hard to think who is the person who wants to be introduced by Bimantara, the only child. "someone? Who?" ask the woman curious.

"Ehm .. he is ...." Bimantara's voice came to a halt as the soft voice of a girl interrupted the man's conversation with his parents.

"Good night. Sorry, I came late," said Emma, giving a sweet smile to cover up the awkwardness in front of Bimantara's parents.

Seeing the idol of the heart standing majestically in front there, a happy glow emanated in the eyes of Bimantara. Then the man got up and approached Emma. "Come, let me introduce you to Papa and Mama" whispered softly while holding the girl's hand.

Without a second command, Emma obeyed Bimantara's orders. The girl walked over to the table of Irawan and Hasna. He tightly grasped the hand bag Bimantara bought as a second anniversary gift. A gift purchased using his hard-earned personal money works as a waiter at one of the fast food restaurants.

Suddenly, the couple looked at each other and then turned to look at Emma.

"Darling, introduce yourself to my parents" whispered Bimantara in Emma's ear.

Emma's heart is pumping faster than usual. The palms of the hands are dripping along with cold sweat starts to slide from the forehead then plunge into the temple. Although the air conditioner is at the lowest temperature but is not able to repel the sweat that continues to flood the body.

Although Bimantara's lover was nervous, but he tried to relax in front of Irawan and Hasna. "Hello, Om Aunt. My name is Emma Veronika from Indonesia" he said politely and gently.

Both parents Bimantara gave a sharp look at the figure of the girl who was determined as the lover of the child. Hasna noticed Emma's performance from head to toe and said, "You're Bimantara's classmate?"

"Yes, Aunt. I'm Bima's classmate. From the first semester to the final semester, we were always in the same class" Emma replied honestly. There was no truth hidden by the girl. Kartika always teaches dear children to always tell the truth even though it is a bitter reality that must be accepted.

"How long has it been with my son? During the courtship, have you ever spent the night together in the same room? Where do your parents work? How much does your father earn in a month?" ask Irawan full of search. For some reason, the man in glasses did not like the girl Bimantara choice.

Hearing Irawan flocked Emma with various quality questions made Bimantara upset especially when the father openly asked the work of his beloved parents. Meanwhile, Emma just froze in place while bending her gaze. The girl's feelings were not good when Irawan asked about his parents.

"Papa. Don't ask me anything unimportant to my beloved!" sergah Bimantara's. Can't bear to see Emma's facial expression begin to turn pale. Asking Emma's parents' job and income is a very sensitive thing for a beloved lover because Kartika-the girl's biological mother is only a waitress in a restaurant while Emma's father has long died when she was born the girl was ten years old.

"Is Papa wrong to ask the unknown? Papa just wants to know the background of the girl you love!" said Irawan. High tone of voice because of feeling offended by Bimantara's speech.

"But Papa's question is weightless. There are a lot of questions to ask other than that question, Pa!" sahut Bimantara did not lose the sewot. The man tries to defend Emma in front of her parents.

Irawan stared cynically at Emma, then pulled the right lip up and said, "Oh, speaking harshly in front of the old man."

"Mr ...." Bimantara's words were cut off when Emma's soft hand blocked the lover's arm. The girl's eyes stared fixedly at the tall man. Highlight the girl's eyes full of supplications, hoping Bimantara shut up and close his mouth tightly.

Emma took her hand off Bimantara's arm. The palm of the girl's hand is getting tighter grasping the hand bag of Bimantara. "I'll answer the questions one by one. First. I have been in love with Bima for three years. Second one. We have never once stayed one roof even though life here is free. Then the third ...." It was hard to answer the third question. "My parents were just a waitress in a small restaurant in a suburb of Jakarta. My mother's income wasn't great, just enough to meet her daily needs."

"So ... you ... are not from the elite like us, are you?" hasna answered a nod to Emma's head.

Emma's daydreams broke suddenly when the sound of the doorbell was pressed very hard. The woman was aghast from her current sitting position. Not wanting to continuously hear the sound of the doorbell being pressed impatiently, the woman finally got up to the door.

The fingers turn the door handle until the door leaf is wide open. When perfectly open, Emma's eyeballs are perfectly rounded. "You?"
