186. Mysterious Man

Ana goes on to check the cctv after dinner. Until his eyes pounded on one tape that made him silent and fixated on the spot.

Suddenly his head felt very sick and his nose was nosebleed. Ana is suspicious of the tape. His hand quickly stopped the video and called Professor Stone.

"Help me," she said softly before falling unconscious and leaning over on the table.

It didn't take long, the room was knocked from outside. But it's locked inside.

"Dismantle it!" captain Lance's orders upon hearing Professor Stone's report.

A technician unloads Ana's room key. They were shocked to see the girl lying face down on the table, in front of an open laptop.

"Ana," Professor Stone swayed the girl's body slowly. His head shifted and drooped. Blood flowed out of his nose.

"Help get him to my clinic!" professor Stone's orders.

Two officers quickly carried her body on her back and ran towards Professor Stone's special care room.

In the back, he followed the man with the laptop. He didn't close it. The laptop was left on so he could see what had knocked Ana unconscious.

Professor Stone is convinced that whatever Ana saw earlier, it must have something to do with her condition. Maybe the one on the laptop triggered the missing part of his memory.

He immediately checked on Ana. Check it with an MRI to find out important details that may be missed in the examination so far.

He hasn't found anything until midnight. But he had already given Ana a sedative, in order to rest and not feel too much pain in her head.

He took his cell phone and immediately contacted Ammo.

"Yes, what's wrong with you calling me in the middle of the night?" ask Ammo.

"Ana nosebleed again. He called me and said, "Help me". So I went to his room and found him unconscious." Professor Stone explained.

"Did anything trigger his memory?" ask Ammo.

"I think so too. He lay face down on the table with a laptop on. I'll send you a copy of the recording he was looking at earlier. Maybe you can figure out what's going on" Professor Stone said.

"Well, send it to me. So what about Ana now?" Ammo sounded anxious.

"I've used an MRI, but I can't find anything that indicates anything. Maybe it will need therapy like that. But he's asleep now. I gave him painkillers" Professor Stone said.

"Maybe he found a keyword that might open up some of his other memories?" guess Ammo.

"Maybe too. But I don't want to speculate. I was only able to make a conclusion after passing a series of tests that I could account for!" asserted Professor Stone.

"alright. Send the tape first. Let me learn. It's possible that I could know what and who was on the tape" Ammo broke up.

"OKAY. If there's any new development, I'll tell you right away" replied Professor Stone.

Immediately a file slides into Ammo's phone. Professor Stone took a break in the bed not far from where Ana was lying. He also needed to close his eyes for a moment, in order to think clearly tomorrow.

The Ammo residence.

Ammo immediately checked the footage on a large computer screen in the workspace. Ariel who had fallen asleep again opened her eyes to the sound of conversation and video lighting up in front of her.

Ammo looked at the tape. It was a regular video visit. He didn't know the man who came with a full army escort. The head of the Slovstadt bureau immediately greeted him in front of the entrance. It means that the person is domiciled and powerful.

They headed straight upstairs, where the Bureau Chief's office was located. The meeting was attended by the chairman and vice chairman of the bureau. Ammo knows both. He had seen them at a charity event. Only, the stranger with the escort was the unknown. "Who is he?" thought curious.

"Why does it feel like I'm hearing a familiar tone of voice?" chirps Ariel.

Ammo was surprised and looked back. He saw Ariel who had fallen asleep, had sat down and attended to the video.

"You feel it too?" ask Ammo not to believe it.

Ariel nodded. "Although his voice was faint, but the tone of his voice and intonation did not sound foreign. Like I've heard it somewhere!" clearly without any doubt.

"If you hear it, and I hear it too, it means we've both heard it together. Where can we listen to someone talk together?" ammo murmurs.

"In this room!" hiss Theo half-covered.

"Yes! In this room! I think it was the voice of one of the people who contacted you via satellite phone!" Ariel finally found the answer.

"Let me find the tape." the young man became enthusiastic and his eyes were wide open now. The sleepiness is gone.

"I'll make you coffee and a night snack" Theo chuckled away and prepared a power ammunition for the two men.

Ariel played various voice recordings of each person who entered and communicated with Ammo. Most of it was the voice of Romanov and Vladimir. But their voices were both very different.

Arrived on another recording. Both were a little surprised. Then shut up, to analyze, whether the sound is quite similar or not.

Ariel uses her analytical skills. He juxtaposed the two voices from the two recordings, to find out the similarity of the sound spectrum.

Ammo can't wait to see it work. But it can't help at all.

"The same person!" Ariel said with a firm tone.

"You sure?" ask Ammo

"Yes! Just look at the spectrum of sound that I've been able to analyze!" Ariel turned her laptop around and showed it to Ammo.

With great expectations, Ammo noticed ariel's laptop screen. It's the same! exactly alike!

"And he is ...." Ammo fell silent.

"Yes, that is the voice of the man who wants to exchange Ana for your victory!" Ariel Strictly.

Ammo widened her eyes. The same person, who wanted Ana and who Ana was watching the tape, knocked her unconscious. "This person must be the key to all the events that happened to Ana!" Ammo concluded.

"Maybe he did something Ana knew. That's why he's willing to trade Ana for your victory. It could be, Ana is her big enemy." Ariel tried to make assumptions

"It could be, he also asked the bureau chief to brainwash and memory loss Ana and the rest of my team and friends!" Ammo also had her own guesses.

"That's possible. Because Ana is part of your friends. And Ana is also part of his team. That explains why his team members were also hunted down to be brutally killed!" added Ariel.

"It's possible that he's the one who urged the K bureau chief in Slovstadt to spread slander against Ana, "to be hunted down by The Hunters, and then they wash their hands!" growling Ammo.
