15. Looking for Maya

Ana watches over the pond and the recreational park behind the hospital walls. There's no one there. He was ready to jump.

Hup!

Ana jumped off a tree branch. He clumped once in the air before landing in the pool water.

Byurr!

The sound of water being hit by the body sounded loud. Water splashed everywhere. But Ana can't stay still. He had to quickly run away from it before it was noticed by the guards.

Ana ran in a wet shirt.

"Damn! I didn't bring a change of clothes" he said.

Ana kept running away from that place. He should get out of there. Ana could hear the footsteps of people running towards the garden and the pond.

Ana saw water dripping from her clothes. He has no other choice. The release of a leather jacket that is felt to be heavier. Also the leather trousers he wears. Now he is wearing only a tank top and short pants.

Ana took 3 steps back and made a foothold to jump onto the 2nd floor of the hospital

His body disappeared along with the arrival of the guards. They only saw the water in the pool. The men spread out and checked. But Ana had already slipped in through the door upstairs.

Ana nimbly sneaks into a room with a janitor/staff label when she hears footsteps in the hallway. There's no one in there. There is only one table with 2 plastic stools.

Large shelves fill one part of the wall. It contains various cleaning equipment and products. There are 3 buckets of mops lined up in the corner.

On the other side of the wall there is a multi-storey locker. Possibly to keep the goods" personal workers.

There was a voice talking at the door. Then the door lock was pressed from the outside.

Krieett....

Door opened.

A man comes in. And shut the door.

The man walked towards the locker. Unlock the locker and put down a small backpack.

He was shocked when suddenly Ana stood in front of him and directly hit his nape very hard. The man immediately fainted and lay on the floor.

Ana checked the contents of the locker. There are no other clothes there. So he had no choice but to borrow the clothes of the security

Ana opens the door. Then peek out. He saw the situation in the hallway was quiet. Ana got out as soon as possible and closed the door again. He walked quietly down the hallway like a security man's duty.

Ana walked down the entire hallway on the 2nd floor. But there are no outpatient rooms that can be suspected as where Maya was treated. So he decided to go up to the 3rd floor.

Ana waits for the elevator to go to the 3rd floor. He entered when 2 nurses ran and asked him to hold the elevator door.

"Wait!"

Ana held the elevator open. Then the two nurses came in and brought along a push-table full of equipment. They dialed the floor number they were on. Some choose the 5th floor, some are the 7th floor.

Anna stood behind the two of them. Before long, one of them spoke.

"You know.. the female patient who was taken last night? Too bad. The guards forbade doctors from examining his wounds. We were just told to clean the wound and bandage it. Without giving drugs or blood transfusions!" says annoyed.

Ana listened carefully.

'Could it be Maya?' thought.

"Well, I feel like he could die. He was so pale when he came in" said the other nurse.

"If you want to be allowed to die, why take you to the hospital? So obnoxious!" one word is upset.

"Well, but you have to be careful. Don't show your emotions." suggested his friend.

Ting!

The elevator stopped on the 5th floor. Door opens.

"I arrived.." The nurse had a cheerful expression.

"Remember, you have to be careful while on duty. Don't interfere in other people's business!"

"OKAY. See you in the morning!" his friend smiled.

The elevator shuts down and goes up.

Ana advanced and pressed the 6 button.

Shortly after, the elevator doors on the 6th floor opened. Ana out. In front there is a counter where the nurses guard. There was only one who was sitting in his chair and was already snoring softly.

Ana glanced at her watch. It's past midnight. No wonder they fell asleep for a while to wake up again before dawn.

Ana walks down the hallway to the emergency stairs. He would climb up to the 7th floor through the stairs if possible. Because if Maya was on that floor, then those guards would definitely be watching all the entrances.
