142. The New Leader of the Khaan Clan

"You tell me!" ivan's orders to his bodyguards.

"Okay, sir," he said respectfully.

He walked to the door. Check the outside for a moment. It's dark. No one else should come to their place. Then the guards came back in and locked the doors.

Ana's forehead wrinkled to see it. "Is it so secret?" he thought while looking at his uncle. Alexei shrugged his shoulders in displeasure.

"Leader, I must introduce myself properly first." The guard was about to crouch again.

Ana immediately raised her right hand which was wearing a ring. The guard waited for the order obediently.

"Good, leader. My name is Xander. One of the three special envoys chosen in Uulzalt's decision the Elders of the Khaan Clan. Uulzalt is a special meeting of elders that is only held at certain moments and is considered important.

Xander asks Ivan for permission to show him something. Ivan nodded and handed him something he had stored in a pocket near his chest.

"This is a photo of our previous leader. Father Mr Ivan. Don't they look like a betel in two?" Xander.

Ana looks at the photo, and examines her father's face. "It looks alike!" Ana nodded. "Will it be enough with just a single photograph, as valid proof of descent?" ask Ana not to believe it.

"Of course not. After finding Master Ivan, I reported to the Clan. They sent people to pick us back up."

"And .. My guess is not wrong. Once the DNA test proves, there is no more rejection. All the Klan members agreed that Lord Ivan would take over the leadership!"

"Yet Sir Ivan refused. The reason is because two of his daughters went missing and his first wife was killed by people, due to his work. So in the meantime, the leadership remained held by his sister. The leader will be back there!" Xanders closed the story.
