33. Threats

Slowly Azriel compressed Zahra's swollen legs, painstakingly and gently. Azriel kept trying to ease the pain Zahra was feeling. The tears that he had been trying to hide were finally spared, and drops fell on Azriel's sweet cheeks. Azriel tried to avoid Zahra's gaze, looking down as if she was focusing on Zahra's feet.

"Who made your legs like this? say it!" Ask Azriel.

"I'm falling." Zahra answered, with eyes that kept trying to stare at Azriel's face.

"Are you crying? who hurt my leg, then why are you crying?" Zahra asked this time Zahra's hand immediately touched Azriel's face.

"I'm not crying, something's going into my eyes, so you don't get me wrong." Azriel wiped her tears.

"Azriel, my legs are fine. You don't have to be afraid that if I can't work, I can still do all my work well."

"Good then."

"Thanks to your help, the swelling is slightly reduced. Then I'll go home."

"Geez, awww!" Zahra screams with pain and soreness in her legs.

Despite having to endure the pain that made him lose strength even more, Zahra returned to stand up and immediately ran to the highway then immediately stopped a taxi and rushed to leave the location.
