Oh My Saviors

Oh My Saviors
Chapter 4: The Return of Cherry

Tak...Tak...Tak...

The sound of the impact created by Khanza's steps echoed in the hallway of an office building, He walked in a hurry, greeting from other employees he replied with a nod along with a thin smile. A file he carried in his right hand.

Chequek... He goes into Nic's room, "Nic, he agrees!" he said with passion.

Nic looked up at him with a hint of wonder, "approve what?"

"Of course, Miss Cherry! He's already agreed to star in our brand." As soon as Nic remembers everything about his plan to recruit Cherry as his advertising model, yesterday's events get a little sidetracked.

"Ah good, very good! When is he coming here to sign the contract?"

"Maybe this afternoon, the manager called me earlier." Nic nodded his head.

"Ehem... Khanza, how do I look?" tanyakanya.

"As usual you're so handsome!" Khanza raised his thumb.

"Do you need to get new clothes?" I asked a little insecure.

"Hey, you met him to talk about work not for a date, why change clothes. That's enough." Tukas Khanza, who did not want to add to his work.

"Hm... You're right," he murmured.

"Oh yeah, I left first I still have another job." After delivering his report Khanza exited the room where Nic was, his expression changed. The cheerful face that He often shows if he is with others just disappears, when his own fragile soul comes out.

"Hold Khanza you can do it, I'm so strong" he murmured softly.

A luxury car stopped in front of the building, a burly man wearing a black suit politely opened the car door. A woman dressed fashionably and wearing high heels, get out of there. His tall body, has a sexy body, and long hair and a beautiful smile sweetly greet everyone while waving a characteristic hand of a star.

'The main role has come, so who am I? I'm just a supporting cast member who only appears to perfect their story.' Inner Khanza, she smiled wryly.

Khanza came forward to welcome Cherry, "welcome Miss Cherry Tomlinson, I hope you will feel at home working with us." Khanza greeted Cherry with a friendly smile. He then took Cherry to Nicholas' room.

Ceklin...!! Khanza entered the room with Cherry and her Manager. Nic was standing behind them, not knowing what he was looking at outside the window.

"Ehem! Sir, Miss Cherry is here." Khanza.

"Miss, please sit down first, make yourself comfortable." Khanza tried to be professional.

Nic turned around and looked at Cherry who had just been sitting at the available soup there. Their eyes met immediately, Cherry seemed stunned, but not with Nic. He immediately broke eye contact and sat in a single sopa facing each other with the sopa Cherry used.

"Ha-hello, Miss Cherry." Say hello to Nic in an awkward tone.

"Hello too," Cherry replied to Nic's awkward greeting. Khanza who watched the childhood lovers greet each other can only be silent even though in his heart was disturbed.

"I'm good, Nici!" He smiled, Nic seemed surprised by Cherry's call. For a long time no one had called him by that name other than his Father and Mother. Ghosts alone were not dislike, it was just that the call was a bit childish.

"It turns out you remember" Nic chuckled.

"Yes, I remember everything" Cherry blushed, they talked a lot about making Khanza feel like a mosquito repellent, he shouldn't be here.

Khanza retreated slowly so that Nic would not notice if he was about to leave, one step, two steps, when Khanza took the third step, "Khanza, come here!" call Nic.

'Uh, shit.' Khanza murmured inwardly.

"This Cherry is Khanza she's a secretary and also my assistant, she's also my good friend." Khanza nodded his head slightly while smiling.

"Yes, my assistant told me." Said he was not interested, Khanza was silent he knew that his existence was only a bully of the reunion of these two people.

"Nic, I have other work to do, can you handle the situation here?" Khanza asked, actually it was just an excuse, so that he could leave this room.

Nic nodded, "okay! go, I can handle it."

Khanza was finally able to escape from that place, but his heart still felt heavy. Khanza went into his room, laid his head on the table, his mind floating on what Nic and Cherry did if they were both in the same room.

Khanza again sat up straight while giving a rough breath, hoping the fret in his heart was also wasted. He tried to refocus on work that was not really rushed. However, in the present situation it would be better to distract him.

At lunchtime, Khanza chose to eat first before returning to work. He deliberately did not want to rush back in Nic's room, Khanza came out while stretching his muscles he did not pay attention to the road until the voice of a woman was clearly heard in the jungle.

"Miss Khanza, let's have lunch together" he asked, which immediately made Khanza turn his head.

Huh huh? He screamed in surprise, the two people He had avoided the most were now right in front of him.

"Haha, Miss Cherry instead I don't want to accept your good faith, but my work is too much so I can't join you guys." Khanza gave an excuse.

Nic threw a questionable glance, because he knew very well that Khanza did not have such an important job at all until he had to skip his lunch, "you guys go, I'll copy this document." Khanza passed as quickly as possible.

Khanza asked to buy food and drinks for one of the Office girls who happened to pass in front of him. Today he will not go anywhere he will remain silent in his room until the working hours are over.

Khanza was sitting in his chair again, he saw the screen of his phone that suddenly lit up, apparently a message from Nic. He sent a picture of her with Cherry who was in one of the cafes near the office.

Khanza throws his phone away from him, not wanting to see where Nic and Cherry are and what they're doing.

Dada Khanza suddenly feels claustrophobic, she doesn't like it, she's jealous, "Ah fucking heart! Control yourself, control yourself" Khanza murmured to himself as he let out a rough breath.

Right now he looked like a fool, hiding from everyone, immersed in a job that was only as an entertainer when his heart was broken. He just wanted to die, Khanza thought, but it was not a solution, but just a form of self-torture.
