William the Traitor

Tuesday morning.

 

Today Nina's plan is to face Mr. Stephen. There are a few things he wants to say about Midas Corp and Alex's mafia cartel.

 

Beep it! Beep it! The phone he used for his daily business activities reads. Nina who was sitting putting on makeup in front of her dressing table, immediately grabbed the phone.

 

Nina's eyes widened when she read the message. A message from the hospital, informing him that Alex has just regained consciousness from his coma.

 

Alex! Unconsciously Nina's inner self screamed happily.

 

Nina rushes to finish her make up, then half runs she towards her wardrobe, changing her clothes to work clothes. He should get to the hospital immediately.

Upon arrival at the hospital, Nina walks hurriedly over to Alex in the ICU room. Her heart is pounding, how is Alex doing? Called earlier, Nina only got the news that Alex was conscious, but it was not explained how she was.

 

Nina reports to the nurse standing guard in front of the ICU room, saying that she wants to visit Alex.  The nurse immediately checked his notes.

 

“You are his family?” Ask the nurse.

 

“Family representation.” Answer Nina quickly.

 

The nurse nodded her head and then looked back at her notes.

 

“Sir Alex, already conscious but there are complaints of not being able to move his body.” Said the nurse, making Nina's heart again feel stopped. “Unless his eyes, his body cannot move. There is also a disturbance in his ability to speak. For another explanation, a neurologist will explain it to you.

 

“Thank you, Sus.” Nina muttered, then asked for permission to visit Alex.

 

After getting the nurse's approval and using special clothes for the ICU room, Nina enters the outpatient room where Alex is. He walked slowly, preventing his high heels from making a noise that disturbed the patient's calm.

 

Alex glances at her as Nina enters Alex's nursery. His eyes were sharp as usual, but his lips said nothing.

“Pak..” Sapa Nina slowly. He clasped Alex's hand, squeezing it slowly. Alex's eyes softened, looking at Nina.

 

“Sweetie you're aware. Don't worry sir, later we will hear what the doctor's explanation of the condition of the Father. About why you can't move.” Said Nina again while stroking Alex's hand.

 

 

“Bu Nina, doctor is waiting for Mom.” The nurse who had briefly explained Alex's condition to Nina, now called her to see the doctor.

“Shortly Yes Sir.” Nina patted Alex softly, Alex just blinked her eyes. Nina rushed to follow the nurse out of the ICU room and headed for the doctor's consultation room.

 

Nina sat down at the doctor's desk and listened to the doctor's explanation. Alex suffered a very hard impact on his spine when the raid occurred and caused damage to the nervous system behind him. That's why Alex had been in a coma for two weeks and now lost his body movement function. Doctors scheduled a follow-up examination for Alex, but as Alex's consciousness was fully restored and his lung and heart function were normal, Alex would soon be transferred to a regular inpatient room.

 

Nina continues to accompany Alex until the boss goes into her inpatient room.

 

“Hmm...” Alex muttered as the nurses had already left Alex's new room. They've put Alex in a comfortable position, and Nina is already sitting next to Alex's bed.

 

“What do you want to help, sir?” Tanya Nina is responsive.

 

Alex looked at Nina. “Midas.” Her speech was short and slow, more like whispering but Nina understood the meaning.

 

Nina told the outline of the state of the company, nothing she covered. It is better for Alex to know first before Nina reports Midas' condition to Mr. Stephen.

 

After hearing Nina's explanation, Alex fell silent staring at Nina.

 

“Do I need to report to Mr Stephen, sir? You are sick, so that Mr. Stephen can make a decision to represent Mr.” Nina said slowly.

 

Alex's eyes were in a panic. “No! No!” Whisper again.

 

Nina nodded. It turns out that Alex still wants to hide this situation from his father.

 

With a strengthening heart, Nina continued her report. Reports that should not exist. The report he compiled to break the bonds of trust within Midas Corp. Especially about William.

 

“Kartel is asking for damages, sir, because Goliath's failure made them again men lose merchandise. William is already at the police station at this time, whether since when he was detained.”

 

Alex's eyes looked at Nina with horror. In his brain, he connected the information Nina gave him. Sure enough, William was already under police protection. Very likely, Goliath's failure because William leaked it. Because other than William, no one else knows about William other than Alex. It may even be that Blackie's failure was also intentional by William in order for him to immediately hide.

 

Alex's teeth rattled with anger. William betrayed her! The person they had been looking for for leaking his work plan to the police, turned out to be William!

 

“Uh... Uh..” Alex growls in anger. Nina stared in horror at her boss, only this time she saw Alex's fiery anger. But in his heart, there is a speck of happiness. He manages to break Alex's trust in William.
