Chapter 48 The Expulsion of Sarah

Luke and Emma became a full-time married couple this afternoon, as they exchanged promises with a kiss that seemed to be without edges. Upon arrival at the mansion, they still shared warmth with each other with hugs and kisses, even without the need for intercourse. Luke and Emma want to make up for the time wasted during this misunderstanding.

"Luke, aren't you tired? Hah.. hah." said Emma gasping, trying to hold her breath as she was constantly kissed by her husband. Lukas smiled and then slid down at his side. "All right, I'll stop" she whispered as she gently stroked Emma's pretty face. "My wife.." he muttered meaningfully. Emma looked embarrassed, and she drew closer to her husband's face in a seductive gesture. "Yes, my husband," he said with a sweet smile. "I'm very lucky to marry you, even though it all happened so suddenly. Forgive me for my arbitrary behavior when we first met," Luke said regretfully, referring to the early days of their relationship.

Emma simply replied with a warm smile. He is not the kind of vengeful person. For Emma, it feels quite satisfying to be a wife loved by her husband, although sometimes they are at odds and become victims of slander and manipulation from some irresponsible parties.

"Luke, if you really love me, can you please fulfill my request?" pinta Emma wants to test Luke's love.

"Tell me, honey. If I could, I would do it" Luke said with confidence.

"Please stop visiting Sarah for treatment. I'll find you a more competent therapist,"

"Is it because you're jealous?" asked Luke in a half-tempting tone. Emma turned her face and nodded firmly. "Well, if that's what my wife wants, I'll do it" Lukas continued firmly, kissing Emma's neck gently. Emma's body temperature rose suddenly, making her nape turn pink.

"Euhmh... So, are we gonna have a kid?" ask Emma. "..... if you're cured," he continued.

"of course. I want to have a child with you. Help me heal, will you?"

"Of course, honey,"

They hugged each other tightly until they finally fell asleep. The quarrels and disagreements that have occurred so far seem only to fuel the fire of their love. This time, Luke and Emma will not just give up for the sake of the wholeness of their household.

The next morning, when Sarah arrived at the mansion after leaving her clinic, she was shocked to see the bodyguards and servants were forcibly removing her belongings. Anger rippled within him for not accepting the treatment.

In a loud voice, Sarah shouted, "What the hell is this???!!!" He could not accept the fact that his belongings were taken out just like that from the western pavilion of Luke's mansion.

"The side of the mansion has given the order, Miss. You must leave this pavilion immediately" said one of Luke's bodyguards in a sharp tone. Sarah was shocked that all the bodyguards had been replaced. He doesn't know any of them as the mansion's guard is tightened after Emma's incident which disappeared suddenly last night. Sarah doesn't even know that Emma was involved in a scandal with Ryan, because it was kept secret.

"Whatchu mean? Where is Lukas? I want to talk to him!" Sarah shouted with unstoppable fury.

"Luke's Master has gone to work. Madame Emma gave us the order" the bodyguard explained as he dragged Sarah's luggage and belongings out.

Sarah felt increasingly angry and did not accept this situation. He immediately picked up his phone and tried to call Lukas, but there was no response. Anxiety and confusion were mounting within him.

Suddenly, Emma emerges from the direction of the main house with an attitude that surprises Sarah. "What else do you want with my husband? Haven't you played him enough? How pathetic!" beat Emma with a hateful tone.

Sarah tried to explain in a clear tone, "Emma, what happened? Why are you acting like this? I'm just the therapist, Emma. I'm not a bad person."

"But-but, Emma. I can explain," Sarah said, still trying to defend herself. Sarah is shocked to hear that Emma has suspicions of the herbal tea being given to Luke every morning. However, he was sure, Emma did not know the exact content of the tea. That's because the engineering compounds being developed by Lucy's pharmacy are very small and undetectable.

"That's enough! Starting from today, you were fired and expelled from the Prasodjo residence. Please come out with your own feet. If I can't, I'll drag you out with my own hands" Emma threatened in a firm and determined voice.

"All right, I'm going. But remember, Emma, you'll definitely find me again! Wait up!" Sarah threatened back while carrying away her suitcase and belongings into her car. Although cornered, Sarah is determined not to forget this embarrassing incident.

With the sound of a roaring engine, Sarah's car drives away from Luke and Emma's mansion for good. The servants who had previously complained of his presence seemed to be cheering and cheering. The servants were relieved to see Sarah finally leaving their master's mansion.

"Alhamdulillah, Mistress! He finally disappeared too!" squeak Cici with great enthusiasm. Emma just nodded with a smile. Emma felt that the burden that had been disturbing her life was finally gone. She felt grateful that Sarah had finally left their mansion.

"Yes, Ci. Luke told me to do that. She couldn't bear to kick Sarah out directly because of their childhood relationship, so she asked for my help," Emma said in a soft voice, sharing the secret with Cici.

"Friends but troublesome! That's not a friend, Nyah. Thank goodness he left. We will not bother anymore" said Sri who was also in the pavilion.

"That's it, let it go. Come on, let's get back to work. Madam, you please rest" said Rosa, ending the conversation of the servants who began to forget their duty.

"Alright, please get back to work. Thank you, guys," Emma said with a smile. He felt a sense of relief in his heart, enjoying the harmonious atmosphere that was finally re-created within their mansion.

Slowly, their lives begin to recover from the shock caused by Sarah. Emma and Luke focus on building their happiness. They support each other and try to correct all the mistakes that happened in the past.
