Breaking up?" ask Gita. Not surprised indeed, because Gibran had previously told his plan to break up with Lodya.

"Yes, so our bet goes into effect from tomorrow" replied Gibran excitedly.

"Yes. yeah... Let's see who wins, Mr. Gibran Ghanial...!" sahut Gita is confident.

"OK, miss Gitani Dianza Utari. Deal..!"'s...!" gibran.

"But how did you break up? This is a record, your shortest date is two weeks, right?" tanya Gita mocked Gibran.

"Emmm... There's something I want to tell you" Gibran said seriously. He invited Gita to sit in one of the empty gazebos, coincidentally the Gita boarding house was quiet.

"What's wrong?" gita asked curiously looking at Gibran's serious face. Gita sat next to Gibran.

"Do you remember Andra? The one I told you about, my best friend from High School?" ask Gibran to start the conversation.

"Emmm..." Gita thought for a moment. "Oh, who you used to fight with because of girls, what's his name?" ask Gita to continue.

"Yes, yes." replied Gibran. "She's dating Lidya, Lodya's sister. I mean, his ex." Gibran continued.

"Oh... Continues to?" ask Gita again wonder what exactly Gibran wants to tell.

"I was curious about Lodya, because she never told me where she lived. I don't know much about him either. I've only been with him for a week and shot him straight away" Gibran said.

"I know. You are always so, always at will even in the business of finding a girlfriend." cut Gita anxious.

"Well, I'm not going all I want anymore. Okay?" gibran. "It's my fault that I'm always in a hurry and don't even think about other people's feelings" Gibran continued.

"Yep.." nodding Gita agreed. Gibran just smiled looking at Gita's expression.

"That day I called Andra after a long time. I had no other choice because I didn't know the people closest to Lodya. At first he didn't want to tell me, but today he finally wanted to meet me and give me the access card of Lodya's apartment" Gibran explained, revealing a card in his hand.

"Huh? Why does Andra have an access card for Lodya's apartment?" ask Gita wonder.

"I don't know why either, but I'm thinking about one thing" Gibran replied.

"What?" ask Gita. "So, you've been there?" gita continued to be curious.

"Yes, I was there before I came to see you" Gibran replied.

"Continue?" ask Gita again more curious.

"I found him in a room with a man" Gibran replied, looking into Gita's wide eyes at Gibran's words.

"Man?" sahut Gita is shocked.

"Middle-aged man. Emm... Much older than us. Maybe it's better to be his father" Gibran said.

"You disappointed?" suddenly Gita was sad to see Gibran.

"I? Naw. Just thought, I once dated a woman like Lodya." replied Gibran.

Gita knows for sure, during dating, Gibran always keep his girlfriends with a healthy dating style. Although she often changed girlfriends, but there was never one she touched. He never did anything weird and he never kissed. The most distant thing he ever did was kiss Gita on the cheek. Strange indeed, but Gibran reasoned that if he did not want to harm his girlfriends, he also only wanted to kiss her only for the woman he really loved. Gibran is basically a good guy.

"This time I was confused what to say" Gita responded.

"I don't need any words from you." said Gibran immediately as he smiled.

"Yes, maybe you don't need just words. Or do you need chocolate?" gita asked Gibran while taking the chocolate out of her pocket.

"No, I can make you laugh." comfort Gita with Gibran. Gita pinched Gibran's cheek while playing him like a child.

Gibran could not bear to see the adorable attitude of the Gita. Gibran caught Gita's hand. He held Gita's body in his arms and Gita leaned her head against Gibran's chest. This hug felt very warm and comfortable for both of them.

After a while Gibran released his embrace from the Gita. "Emmm.." Gita hasn't had time to put out her words, 'Cup...' Gibran kissed Gita back on the cheek. "Thank you.." while taking the chocolate that was still in Gita's grasp.

Gita was of course surprised, her cheeks flushed red, but this time she liked it more. He neither refused nor was angry at Gibran's actions, allowing Gibran to clench and kiss his cheek again. He smiled and realized something was happening to his heart.

Gibran meets with Andra. They made an appointment at the same cafe last afternoon.

"It's..." Gibran handed Lodya's apartment access card.

"Know that?" andra asked with a smile.

"Yes." replied Gibran briefly.

"I knew he was with the man" Andra said.

"Where do you know?" ask Gibran again.

"What do you think is the reason Lidya and I broke up?" ask Andra back.

"I already know. You betrayed him with Lodya." replied Gibran confidently.

"Lodya forced me. He wants me." Andra replied still with a cold smile. "He teased me and ruined my relationship with his sister. But I'm just her shadow lover. He gave me his access card because he wanted me to be needed every time, I could come for him." Andra explained.

Gibran was shocked to hear Andra's confession. "That guy?" gibran asked suddenly thinking of the man he found with Lodya.

"The old man? She's a real lover. He's the one who rented out that fancy apartment for Lodya. She never knew Lodya gave her one access card to another man" Andra replied again.

Gibran was still digesting Andra's words. He doesn't know what to say.

"After Lidya found out about my betrayal, she immediately disconnected me and moved away from Lodya. Her mother's father knew too and just like Lidya, they stayed away." Andra continued seriously. "Sometimes I still feel guilty for Lidya" Andra said honestly.

"Why did you tell me all this?" ask Gibran astonished.

"I didn't really care about you at first. But after you said you were dating Lodya, I thought, maybe she's planning something" Andra replied.

"What plan?" ask Gibran, astonished.

"Change my position with you. He may be bored with me, I have not received his 'call' for a long time, then he wants you." replied Andra made Gibran wide-eyed. Thinking with Lodya alone has made his stomach nauseous.

"Why do you care about me?" shoot Gibran realizing Andra still cares about him. She believes Andra is a good friend to her.

"I don't care. I'm just upset that my thoughts about the plan are correct." Andra refused to make Gibran smile.

"You never change." Gibran said. Andra smiled back.

"Regardless of what ever happened to the Rose, at least I saved you this time" Andra said seriously. His eyes looked sad as he said the name Rose.

"I'm sorry for what happened to the rose. I've really tried to do whatever I can" Gibran said sincerely apologizing.

Andra remained silent. His memory goes back to what happened when he and Gibran were still in high school. The event that destroyed the beautiful girl's life and destroyed her friendship with Gibran.

"You know I'll never be able to forgive that" Andra replied seriously. His eyes still implied hatred.

"Whatever it is, this time thank you" Gibran said sincerely to Andra.
