Friday has arrived...
This afternoon Gita, Lala, and Alvin have made an appointment at Gita's house to go to Intan's wedding.
In the morning Gita decided to go out to buy shoes, coincidentally shoes that want to be worn to complete her pink dress suddenly broken and must be replaced.
Gita rushes to start her car and takes it out of her garage. Not forgetting he opened his car glass and thanked Bi Inah who had opened the fence for him.
Without Gita realizing it, there was someone who was following his car in the back. The man was wearing a leather jacket, long jeans and was riding his favorite big motorcycle. He followed Gita's car to a mall he was targeting. The mall just opened.
Gita parked her car in the basement floor of the mall and turned off the engine. Not long after he got out of his car.
"Gita...!" call someone whose voice is familiar to Gita's ears.
Gita turned to the direction of the voice and was astonished, "Gibran...!" he soon found Gibran in front of him.
"Why did you go to the mall? By yourself?" gibran asked shortly after arriving in front of the Gita.
"Why are you here?" Gita asked back and ignored Gibran's question. He wondered why Gibran could suddenly be in front of him.
"I. emmm.." thought Gibran looking for answers to Gita's questions. "You yourself? Or make a deal with someone?" gibran continued asking out of curiosity and worry in case Gita was making a deal with someone else what other men besides her.
"No. I didn't make a deal with anyone. I'm here only one wants to buy for a while." replied Gita. "Keep me why are you here?" The Gita repeats the question Gibran has not answered.
"That's... I want to see you, Git." Gibran replied seriously. "I was going to your house. But when I got there, I saw you coming out of the house and I followed you right here." Gibran explained.
Gita and Gibran are still standing in the parking lot.
"You're a nguntit, huh?" gita asked this time a little angry.
"No... I just want to know where you are and who you are" Gibran replied honestly.
"Why do you want to know where I am and who?" shooting the Gita makes Gibran confused to answer.
Gibran was silent, for some reason it was heavy to say that he actually did not like it if there was another man who was with the Gita.
"I went in first" said Gita finally after a long wait for Gibran's reply.
The Gita is confused by Gibran's attitude lately. Gita felt Gibran begin to approach her and acted as if he was approaching her. Though Gita still with his stance does not want to date and Gibran know it. It's not that Gita is too confident if Gibran really likes her, it's just that she herself doesn't want to get too absorbed in the feelings that make her confused.
"I'm coming along." Gibran said quickly.
"What do you want inside?" ask Gita to Gibran in wonder.
"What do you want to buy?" ask Gibran back.
"I? Want to buy shoes." replied Gita wonder the question is not answered and asked back by Gibran.
"Then I will bring you back" replied Gibran.
"I'm not a papa, either." muttered Gita who could still be heard Gibran.
"Don't keep dodging, Gita." said Gibran, who now stands before the Gita. Gibran looked at him seriously. "You can't get away from me" Gibran said in seriousness.
Gita looked back at Gibran. He saw his best friend's eyes staring at him sharply. A gaze that he had truly never seen like that before.
They both remained silent for a moment. Gibran grabs Gita's hand and brings her into his grasp. The Gita did not reject Gibran's hand.
Honestly, his heart was happy to be treated in such a way by Gibran. He still denied his feelings.
Similarly to Gibran, he does not understand why his body always sends out strange vibrations when he is with the Gita. He did not want to ruin his relationship with the Gita that had been established all along. She also knows Gita would never want to if she asked to make him more than a friend, even though she really wanted to have a serious relationship with Gita.
"Gibrans..." Gita ventured to speak. "Don't be like this" said Gita sadly. Gibran looked at Gita confused by his words.
"You mean?" ask Gibran astonished.
Gita glanced at his hand that Gibran was holding. Gibran understood immediately, but refused to let go.
"Do you not like it?" ask Gibran again.
"I don't want us to misunderstand each other" replied Gita.
"But you like it?" ask Gibran not heed the words of the Gita.
"I don't know. It's just weird that we've always been like this." replied Gita also confused by her feelings. He really liked Gibran's treatment, but he also really couldn't get caught too deep with him.
"Do you like it or not?" ask Gibran.
"Gibran.." said Gita confused, he really did not want to answer his question.
,
"I.." replied the Gita stammered. "Yes. but.." continued Gita still careful with the answer.
"I like you, Gita." Gibran said, suddenly making Gita dumbfounded. Gibran ventured to express his feelings. Today, this morning, when the mall had just opened, in the parking lot of the mall that was still a bit quiet, Gibran told Gita that he liked it.
"Why can?" ask Gita who somehow questions like that come out of her mouth.
"You ask why?" gibran replied in surprise at Gita's question.
"Emmm... You can't approach me the same way you approached your previous girlfriends, right?" ask Gita again. He was completely unconvinced by Gibran's statement.
"I've never felt this way, Git." replied Gibran looking serious with his words.
"I'm really confused, Gibran" said Gita, not knowing what to say.
"Me too." Gibran agreed. Gibran stroked Gita's hair. "I just want you to know. That's it." Gibran said again.
Gita jerks. He has not been used to receiving these kinds of treatment, what else from his best friend.
"I'm sorry, Git. Maybe you're not ready to hear this" Gibran said. "I'll wait for you if you need time." Gibran continued.
Gita. He was really confused now.
"Let's go in. My feet are sore from standing here." Gibran joked, he broke Gita's daydream. Gita laughed at Gibran's invitation.
"Aren't you serious? Now even kidding." muttered Gita.
"I'm serious, Gita." Gibran said. He pulls Gita into the mall.
Arriving at the mall...
"You want to buy shoes? Make what? To the point of going to the mall early in the morning." asked Gibran to Gita when he arrived in front of the shoe counter that Gita addressed.
"The same thing with Dawn tomorrow is marriage. The rights of my shoes that are planned for tomorrow are broken. So I'll find a replacement." replied Gita.
"What's? Why didn't you tell me that Intan and Kak Fajar got married tomorrow?" gibran Protest.
Gita completely forgot to tell Gibran. Intan tells him to tell Gibran and to come with him. But because he had been avoiding Gibran for a few weeks, he forgot to say it.
"I think you're busy, besides the show is far away at Intan's house, so where might you like to come along?" gita answered while looking at the shoes in the storefront.
"When did you go there?" tanya Gibran accompanied Gita who was looking around.
"The plan will be noon, so that it does not arrive late." replied Gita while choosing gold-colored wedges and took them.
"Who's the guy?" ask Gibran again.
"Sama Lala." replied Gita briefly while paying attention to the shoes in her hand and then trying on her feet.
"Tomorrow my plans and my family will see my grandmother and grandfather in their home" Gibran told Gita.
"Oh.." said Gita briefly. He called the shopkeeper and asked for the appropriate size for him. "Number 39, Ma'am" Gita told the shopkeeper.
"You went with Lala both?" ask Gibran again to know.
"No... Brother Alvin said he wanted to be together too." Gita answered making Gibran jerked.
"What?" gibran was surprised. "I'll go with you" Gibran said immediately. Gibran can't imagine Gita going with Alvin. What else they'll stay over. Although there is Lala who will come too, but his mind cannot accept the presence of Alvin near the Gita.
"Didn't you say you were going to your grandpa's house?" ask Gita wonder.
"Not so. I went to Intan and Dawn's wedding." replied Gibran confidently.
Gita laughed at Gibran's words. He felt funny because obviously Gibran did not like to hear him going with Alvin.
"OK, you can ride your own bike, right?" tanya Gita smiled seductively at Gibran.
"Why should I go alone?" ask Gibran not to like.
"Who are you going to go with?" tanya Gita is still teasing Gibran.
"Together you are." replied Gibran immediately.
Not long after the shopkeeper brought the shoes that Gita asked for. Gita tried it and liked it. He decided to buy those shoes.
"We stay until tomorrow, you will not bring any clothes or equipment" said Gita made Gibran pouty because annoyed to hear the teasing Gita.
Gita paid for her shoes to the cashier. Now the shopping bag with the shoes was in his hands. "Let's go home." take Gita to Gibran after leaving the store.
"My company first." Gibran pulls Gita's hand and takes her to the men's clothing store. Gibran bought a white shirt, cloth pants, and a black tie, and did not forget the shirt and shorts for his shirt instead.
'He really intended to go.' Inner Gita shook her head while laughing at Gibran's attitude who was still upset over the words of Gita who was going with Alvin.
