Gita and Alvin arrive at a restaurant near the campus. If it was normally with Gibran, the Gita would always sit next to him, now the Gita would take a seat across from Alvin. He's not used to Alvin.
"What do you want to eat, Git?" ask Alvin to Gita while giving Gita the menu on the dining table.
"Emmm..." Gita still looking at the menu. "Special fried rice, sister." replied Gita later.
"No pedas?" ask Alvin.
"No, sister." replied Gita. 'If Gibran must have known I couldn't bear to eat spicy.' The inner Gita suddenly thought of Gibran.
"What drink?" ask Alvin again.
"Es sweet tea, sister." replied Gita again. 'If Gibran must have known I would messan what drink.' Inner Gita again. 'Why do I keep thinking about him anyway?' gita asked in astonished hearts.
"Why, Git?" alvin asked, looking at Gita who was thinking about something.
"No papa, brother." replied Gita immediately dispelled his thoughts about Gibran. "Oh yeah, brother Alvin what's my birthday?" tanya Gita switched the conversation.
"23 years, Git. Do I look old enough?" alvin asked jokingly.
"Haha..." Gita laughed at Alvin's joke. "No, no." answered Gita. He had never walked alone with a male friend other than Gibran. This is something new for the Gita.
"I love being able to make you laugh" Alvin said, looking at Gita's face in front of him.
Gita's cheeks flushed at Alvin's words, but somehow she didn't like him as much as Gibran did. 'It would have been more pleasant if Gibran had said it.' The Gita's inner self again remembered Gibran. He really had to get rid of Gibran who again appeared in his mind.
"Thank you for giving me such a special gift today" Alvin said.
"Emmm.. equally, sister." replied Gita with a rather forced smile.
"Drrrttttt.. drrrrtttt... drrrtt.." suddenly Gita's phone vibrated. Gita immediately took her phone in her pants pocket. How surprised he found the name 'Gibran' listed on the call screen.
Gita thought for a moment and finally ignored the call. He was confused and still upset because Gibran also ignored him while on campus earlier.
"Not lifted?" asked Alvin who saw Gita put the phone back in his pocket.
"No papa, Brother. It doesn't matter." replied Gita immediately.
"From Gibran, huh?" ask Alvin to guess.
Gita is shocked to hear Alvin's guess. "Emmm..." Gita thought for a moment then nodded.
"You got a problem?" ask Alvin again to know.
"Emmm..." Gita thought again.
"Come, Git. Until when will you continue to be overshadowed by Gibran?" alvin asked a little emotion. "You guys dating?" Alvin asked again.
"Emmm.no, sister." answered Gita honestly.
"I think you like each other" said Alvin, still doubting Gita.
Gita just smiled at Alvin. He can't tell Alvin what really happened between him and Gibran.
"Emmm... If so, may I 'dkt' be with you?" ask Alvin carefully.
Gita was silent at Alvin's question. He really doesn't know what to give an answer. At the moment, he has no intention of making an approach with Alvin.
Gita was surprised to hear Alvin's words. He did not expect his thoughts and Alvin's mind turned out to be the same. But, he also did not expect Alvin to discuss things very seriously so soon.
"I want to get to know you better, Git. I'm ready to apply for you after I graduate and work later. It won't take long" Alvin continued.
"What?" exclaim Gita dumbfounded. 'Is it not too soon to talk about it with Alvin?' the Gita is confused. "I'm sorry I haven't thought that way, sister." replied Gita later.
"I'm sorry maybe I said it too soon" Alvin soon realized. Gita nodded in agreement and went back into silence.
Gita and Alvin's food order finally came. They no longer discuss marriage and other serious matters. They were just chatting casually during the meal that was on their table.
After finishing eating, Alvin drove Gita back to campus because Gita's car was still in the campus parking lot. Arriving at the parking lot, they were surprised because there was Gibran who was sitting in the hallway near the parking lot. As Gita and Alvin thought, Gibran was sitting waiting for the Gita.
Gibran stared intently at Alvin and Gita who had just arrived. He really dislikes Alvin trying to get close to Gita.
"Thank you, Git. We'll walk again sometime?" alvin said thank you when he arrived in front of the Gita car.
"Together, Brother." replied Gita briefly. He felt uncomfortable with Gibran's gaze fixed on him.
"I'll go home first" Alvin said. He turned to Gibran for a moment and realized that Gibran was really looking at the two of them.
"Yes, Brother. Thank you for the treat." replied Gita also thank Alvin.
"Aren't you papa I live alone?" alvin was worried because Gibran was constantly not taking his eyes off the two of them.
"No papa, sister." replied Gita soothingly. "I also want to go straight home." continued Gita again.
"OK if that's it. If there's anything call me?" alvin told the Gita.
"Yes, Brother. Thank you." replied Gita again.
Alvin immediately started the motor. After Alvin passed, Gibran immediately approached Gita who had been standing in front of his car.
"Where are you from?" ask Gibran a little emotionally.
"Is that important to you?" ask Gita back with no less emotion.
"So now you're telling him to come near you?" ask Gibran again to increase emotions.
"If so, why?" ask Gita not to lose. Thankfully the campus parking lot was quiet and no one would hear their quarrels.
Gibran let out a long breath. "I don't like it." Gibran replied in earnest.
"What right do you not like?" ask Gita again. This time he was emotional. He felt annoyed like Gibran had never changed and was always at will. Gibran suddenly ignored him this morning and now forbids him from being with Alvin.
"You shouldn't ask that question after everything that happened to us, Git" Gibran said seriously. Gibran's face changed upon hearing Gita's question. Gibran fell silent and his gaze turned cold realizing his status.
Gita suddenly felt guilty for yelling at Gibran loudly. He looked at Gibran who was still silent before him.
"Alright, I understand now" said Gibran softly. He immediately realized his position and did not continue his anger.
Gita wanted to hold Gibran's hand and apologized for hitting him, but in fact she went silent without moving a bit. 'It's not all his fault, I caused it this way. It is not..., my complicated thoughts that cause it this way.' The inner Gita in the heart.
Gibran turned slowly and left the Gita still frozen. He did not turn away one bit. Gita watched Gibran walk away.
Gibran walked towards the parking lot of the motorbike and immediately turned it on. He and his bike passed from Gita's sight.
Meanwhile, Gita got into her car. Without feeling her tears fall back down her cheeks. In the car, Gita cries herself.
