The Music of My Heart

I drove Kai to the end of the time hall. I hugged him, and he told me, "I know you have two choices, sooner or later, Robbie will fill your heart soon, Dream. Choose the best for you, I'm not saying Voltaire is not the best, please search until that time comes." the message to me.

"What are you saying, Kai? I don't understand." I said.

Kai just smiled, "You don't have to understand, just follow your heart, when you find the right person, your heart will not only beat, but will play music as well." he said.

Kai laughed, and turned to V, "Jaga Dream as long as I'm not around. Maybe I'll rarely call you guys, 'cause it's gonna be a mess there." he said. And before long, Kai was picked up by a time unit officer, and disappeared from our sight.

"There's no Kai here. What are we gonna do, V?" I asked V. Kai was always chatty, he was like my mama, advising me this and that, forbidding me not to be like this or that, preparing for all my needs... Ah, Kai and why can't I go with him? It's my house, not here.

"There's still me Dream. We can have fun here, we can walk until night without anyone nagging.hahahaha, come on, have a little cheer." said V.

I looked at him, and bowed limply, "Where can it be like that right? Still I want to go home." I said.

V approached me, sat down beside me and held my hand, "I know, Dream. One day, you will come home with me." said V.

I looked at him again, "Thank you V." I said. V hugged me, and calmed me down.

Since Kai left as early as possible, we didn't have time to make him breakfast. So this morning V made breakfast just for two. Usually, Kai will always babble, "V, don't get too salty!" or, "Make it for Dream a little more." I miss that chatter.

"Eat the Dream, after that I'll take you to Robbie. Or what if you just quit working?" v said while giving the cereal overnight, and a beautiful scrambled egg in front of me. I scooped it up, "I don't want to, I have to be busy and learn to manage my time." I said as I chewed, "I have to take my place next year. Kai's temporary office is only one period, and I can't come at the inauguration, even though I really want to." I said.

"All right, I'm just suggesting. Or you can work with me, do you want to?" ask V again.

"What's going on between you and Robbie? Robbie's been pretty fun after almost a year I've known him." I said.

And that's true. At first I hated him, he always threw something at me, always yelling, always forcing, but when I found out why he was like that, I gave my sympathy to him. And in the end we became good friends.

"I just don't like him, I mean I'm afraid you like him or he likes you. Because surely you will often spend time together." said V again.

"You seem jealous? Hahahaha." I teased him. V bowed, "I'm not jealous, only I love you too much, Dream." replied V.

I smiled at him, "When I've put my heart to someone, it will be forever. And at that time, I just put a quarter of my heart to you, the rest is still to myself. And like Kai said, I have to listen to the music in my heart, if I've heard it, it means he's the right person for me." I said.

V stuck my head on his chest, "Listen, there's music in my heart right now." she said.

I laughed at her, "Yes I heard it, but it seems that it is not in your heart, but rather from your stomach." I said.

V took off my head, and put his head on my chest.deg... My heart instantly jumped up and down when the V approached me, they rhymed. V smiled, "I heard it, Dream." she said as she looked at me.

"Mom.no.it just beats as usual. They're not music yet!" I said and pulled his head. V laughed again, and continued his breakfast.

I now know the rhythm of my heart's music for V, was he destined for me?

"Bye, V.until later." I said.

"I'll pick you up later." said V, "contact me if anything happens, well, Dream." he added. I nodded, and I saw that Robbie was already in front of the fence. V laxed his car as it passed Robbie.

"Morning, Rob." I said. He smiled, today Robbie looks very cheerful, maybe his cooperation project succeeded.

"For Luna. Is that your ex-husband?" Robbie asked. I'm nodding. "Why did he agree to the annulment of your marriage? It's stupid to let go of a woman like you." said Robbie.

"He didn't let me go, you can see for yourself right? Don't be so prejudiced against others, if you don't know anything about them." I said, "and where are my children?" I asked him back. Robbie didn't answer, just opened the door for me, and as soon as the door opened, the boys ran into me, "Luna! Lunaku...My lunaku!" tell them and jump straight at me. Robbie looked at the three of us.

"Today would you like to walk with me?" ask Robbie. I looked at him, "Only two? What about them?" i asked.

Robbie smiled, "I plan to take them and Nancy with us. Come on.." pinta Robbie.

Robbie smiled again, and whispered to me, "I'm taking my leave today" she replied smiling.

I nodded in response, and helped her children to get ready.

Robbie invited us to board a cruise ship, where it says My Ladies J². As soon as I understood, whose name was meant.

Nancy chases Jean and Jeannette who are running for joy.

"Luna's...Luna is our ship!! Luna.come quickly!" sahut them.

I caught up with them, and they took each other's hands. Robbie followed me, and walked next to Jean.

We boarded that big ship. And the ship started to walk slowly.

The ship broke the ocean, and hit the waves. I looked up, the sky was beautiful. This sky will one day be missed.

"Fortunately we, the sky is clear today "said Robbie suddenly and sitting next to me, "the kids are with Nancy." he said again.

I hurried to stand up to help Nancy, but Robbie held my hand, "Company me here, Luna, sit with me." she asked.

Reluctantly, I sat down beside him. He began his talk, "Thank you, well, you've made my kids sweet and fun." he said.

"Your kids are always sweet and fun, you know? You are the only one who has less time for them. They're like that just because they want to get your attention." I responded.

Robbie nodded, "You're different from the woman I know. In just a week, my children have already called you with Lunaku. Therefore, I was wondering what you were like, and when we met I did not expect that you were very young." said Robbie again.

"But I'm not a child." I protested, because many people still consider me a child.

Robbie laughed, "Luna, can I call you Lunaku too?" robbie asked me seriously.

"Why?" my many. I searched and listened to my heartbeats, whether they were pounding, and it was not there.

"I just want to get to know you better, and I wish we were more than good friends." she replied, "How can I win your heart?" ask Robbie again.

I looked at him in disbelief, "I don't know." I replied.

"May I try it?" ask Robbie again. And I heard it.. deg..deg...deg...deg.... What's wrong with me?

"Try it." I answered without thinking. Robbie smiled, and looked at me, "Thank you." she said.

**EPILOGUE

V POV**

"What did you say?! Robbie likes Dream?!!" I said, when I heard Kai tell me that.

I looked at Kai who was preparing to return to his time year.

"Try harder, V. Or your position will be taken by Robbie. Just as you have managed to defeat me." said Kai, "but that's also because I gave up..hahahahaha" he added again, this time with a prank.

"I won't budge from Robbie. I will not be like you, Kai." I said, as well as I promised myself not to give up on Dream.

"Dream is feeling freedom here, he doesn't want to be bound or committed. According to him, which makes him comfortable is what he will walk. I hope you'll make it comfortable. And if we make a comparison, of course between you and Robbie will be different. He is more mature, more mature, and maybe he will be more able to make Dream feel comfortable around him" said Kai Long.

And Kai's words made me realize. I can't force Dream, I can only be in a defensive position, and keep her from turning to Robbie.
