Kai... Don't go!!

These past few days, Kai has always checked what I need, from food to clothes, he made sure I was fulfilled and lacked nothing. One day, he took me to work part-time.

"I'll remember that, Dream. And your answer to Voltaire, I'm still waiting for him." said Kai. He's parked V's car neatly in front of Robbie's house.

"If I'm at home, when Jean Jeannette sleeps, I can do my job." I said.

I nodded, "Of course I can." I said and restrained my sleepiness.

Kai looked for a coffee cafe, so we could sit comfortably.

"Dream, the day after I have to go back" he said, "your father needs me. Your father has resigned from his position, and at this time the position of prime minister has not been filled, therefore, your father asked me to fill the vacancy temporarily until you are considered ready, and married, then it is your husband who will replace me." said Kai.

I tried to digest all Kai's words.

"Why don't you fill that position forever? I don't want to." I said. But I think about my papa.

"You have an obligation to fill that void, Dream." said Kai patiently, "marry and replace your father." he said again.

"Can I not get married? I mean, I was competent enough to be the first female leader there." I said again.

Kai chuckled, "rules are rules, Dream. And it must be obeyed." said Kai.

"Don't I have to come, Kai?" I asked Kai again.

Kai shook his head, "Grow up here, Dream. After that, when you're ready, please come back." replied Kai.

POV* Kai**

I was waiting for Dream to come back, and Robbie's housekeeper told me they were coming back soon. And sure enough, before long Robbie's car came. Then she opened the window, "Kai, please open the door of your car, Luna fell asleep, she seemed to be tired." Robbie said, and she showed a sleeping Dream and leaned on her muscular arms. I felt a slight thump in my chest.

I complied with her request to open the door of my car, and without waking Dream up in the slightest, and without any doubt, Robbie carried Dream, and laid her down in the passenger seat next to the driver by lowering the position of the car seat. After that, Robbie walked back to his car, and as he passed me, he punched me a little on the shoulder, "I'm sorry I gave it back too late." he told me.

I can understand now why Voltaire is threatened by the existence and closeness between Robbie and Dream.

"Hey Rob." I called him. Robbie turned his head and approached me again, "can you help me to look after Luna as long as she works with you?" I asked him.

Robbie straightened up and puffed out his chest, "I'm always looking after him, buddy, you know?" answer Robbie. And yeah, I can see that.

"You like her?" ask again.

Robbie smiled at me, "A little bit." she replied in passing.

I nodded my head, Voltaire's position is completely threatened at this moment. And I don't know who Dream's choice will be, just that she has to choose as soon as possible.
